ticles published in uncredited journals. Apart from that, there are still many lecturers who do not understand the systematics of writing in accredited national journals. Therefore, the faculty of economics and business, Pekalongan University carries out scientific writing and publication training as well as utilizing the SINTA account to improve lecturer performance. The training was carried out in four stages, namely the initial survey stage, the training material socialization stage, the writing practice stage and utilizing the SINTA account, and the activity evaluation stage. The survey results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of participants who understood the systematics of writing in the SINTA journal from 57% before the training to 91% of the total. Meanwhile, the percentage of participants who were able to utilize the SINTA account also increased from 44% before the training was carried out to 82% after the training was carried out.

The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

This activity is structured into three distinct phases during its execution: preparation, implementation, and practice. Based on empirical findings, engaging in direct interaction with mathematical puzzles has been found to enhance hand-motor coordination, finger dexterity, and precision control during object manipulation. Ninety-five percent of students were extremely interested in this educational game; eighty-five percent felt that math puzzle games improved their fine motor skills (hand and finger movements); and ninety-two percent intend to continue playing math puzzles on other materials in the future, according to the results of the questionnaire assessing the experience of playing with math puzzles. Students' fine motor skills improved significantly as a result of the implementation of this game, it was concluded.

The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

This service activity aims to provide training for NAM Al-Mulk Vocational School students in making solid soap that is safe for health and environmentally friendly. Solid soap is made by adding seaweed extract which has a multitude of benefits, one of which is to help moisturize the skin and treat irritation. The methods used are lectures, discussions, and direct practice during training. The results of the service received a good response from the participants based on the questionnaire results after the training, 75% of the training participants were satisfied with the soap-making training with the addition of seaweed extract because it met the participants' expectations. The results of ANOVA with Sig support this. equal to 0.000 < 0.05, it means that there is a difference in the average understanding of service participants before and after being given training in making solid soap with seaweed extract.

Abstrak: Sekolah SMK NAM Al-Mulk merupakan salah satu sekolah SMK yang berbasis islam. Di sekolah ini terdapat pembelajaran mengenai pembuatan produk tepat guna yang dapat digunakan sebagai pembelajaran wirausaha. Namun, masih belum ada edukasi pembuatan pruduk yang bisa dijadikan sebagai objek berwirausaha yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari yang bernilai ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan bagi siswa SMK NAM Al-Mulk dalam pembuatan sabun padat yang aman bagi kesehatan dan ramah lingkungan. Sabun padat yang dibuat dengan menambahkan ekstrak rumput laut yang memiliki segudang manfaat salah satunya untuk membantu melembabkan kulit dan mengatasi iritasi. Metode yang digunakan yakni ceramah, diskusi dan melakukan praktek langsung saat pelatihan. Hasil dari pengabdian mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari peserta berdasarkan hasil kuesioner setelah pelatihan sebesar 75% yaitu peserta pelatihan merasa puas dengan pelatihan pembuatan sabun dengan penambahan ekstrak rumput laut karena sesuai dengan harapan peserta. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil ANOVA dengan Sig. sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 maka dapat diartikan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pemahaman peserta pengabdi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun padat dengan ekstrak rumput laut.

The method used in overcoming the problem is socialization with lectures and discussions to increase understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste, can be used as animal feed and kasgot as a planting medium and organic fertilizer; as well as direct practice of maggot cultivation and making organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials. The conclusion from the results of these activities is that the PKM activity partner participants have seen an increase in partner understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste and other benefits it produces after socialization (with lectures and question and answer discussions) and partners understand how to cultivate maggot and make organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif serta aplikasi kasgot yang dapat dijadikan media tanam dan pupuk organik. Permasalahan mitra adalah pengetahuan mitra rendah dalam pengolahan sampah organik; pakan ternak unggas dan pupuk yang biasa digunakan mitra harganya sangat mahal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga, dapat dijadikan pakan ternak serta kasgot sebagai media tanam dan pupuk organik; serta praktek langsung budidaya maggot dan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan tersebut bahwa peserta mitra kegiatan PKM terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga serta manfaat lain yang dihasilkannya setelah dilakukan sosialisasi (dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab) dan mitra memahami cara budidaya maggot serta pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot.

Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Selain itu, siswa juga kurang menyadari bahwa desain grafis dapat menjadi peluang bisnis di era digital ini. Misalnya, desain grafis untuk pembuatan logo, toko online/olshop dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan nilai jualnya, begitu juga poster penjualan makanan dan lainnya, Salah satu alternatifnya design ini menggunakan aplikasi Canva, alat yang mendukung proses pembelajaran secara visual dan membantu melatih kemampuan literasi visual siswa dengan cepat dan mudah. The community service team offers solutions by providing training related to interactive learning media and the utilization of technology using the wordwall application. The wordwall application can attract the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process by utilizing various features. This training was attended by 8 participants located at UHW Perbanas on June 24, 2022. The methods used were discussion, independent practice, and evaluation obtained from filling out the pre-test and post-test. The results of the training and mentoring show that 100% of the training participants are able to use wordwalls. The learning media using this wordwall had a significant effect and this was shown by the practical results of each participant who successfully completed the tasks given by the community service team which is 8 participants successfully made a quiz using the wordwall application.

On March 03 2023 and March 07 2023, training and assistance for taxpayers were conducted in filling out the Annual Individual Tax Return at the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia Tax Center by the Tax Volunteers. The method used is direct assistance to individual taxpayers in updating NPWP-NIK, and KLU data, also reporting annual tax returns via e-filing. The activity participants are all taxpayers including lecturers and educational staff at the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia and STIKes Murni Teguh. This activity resulted in an increase in understanding for participants in reporting Annual SPT Individuals, while the Tax Volunteer gained knowledge about taxation based on the latest regulations and was able to put into practice the knowledge learned during lectures which can be used as practical experience. Meanwhile, the results for the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia are an increase in taxpayer compliance within the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia, including lecturers and education staff society who are aware of their obligations and always report their income to the state.

Pada tanggal 03 Maret 2023 dan 07 Maret 2023, telah dilakukan pelatihan serta pendampingan Wajib Pajak dalam mengisi Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan Orang Pribadi di Tax Center Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia oleh tim Relawan Pajak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan secara langsung kepada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dalam melakukan pemutakhiran data NPWP-NIK, KLU, dan pelaporan SPT Tahunan melalui e-filing. Peserta kegiatan adalah seluruh Wajib Pajak termasuk dosen dan tenaga pendidik di lingkungan Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia serta STIKes Murni Teguh. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman bagi peserta dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi, sedangkan tim Relawan Pajak memperoleh pengetahuan tentang perpajakan berdasarkan peraturan terbaru dan dapat mempraktikkan secara langsung pengetahuan yang dipelajari selama kuliah serta dapat dijadikan sebagai pengalaman praktis. Sedangkan hasil bagi Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia adalah peningkatan ketaatan wajib pajak di lingkungan Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia termasuk dosen dan tenaga pendidik sebagai masyarakat yang sadar akan kewajiban dan senantiasa melaporkan penghasilan mereka kepada negara.
