Abstract:This study examines the Ar Rahman Human Being (ARHB) Model as an integrative framework of resource-based business resilience by incorporating akhlakul karimah as moral capital functioning as an internal governance mechanism.…
ism. The study addresses the limitation of the resource-based view (RBV), which tends to emphasize resource capacity without adequately considering the normative dimension guiding its utilization. A contingency model is proposed that positions internal moral quality as a conditioning factor for the effectiveness of strategic resources in enhancing business resilience. Using an explanatory quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 250 micro and small enterprise (MSE) owners in Makassar City. Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze the direct effects of expertise, education and training, physical capacity, and capital on business resilience, as well as the moderating role of akhlakul karimah in these relationships. The results indicate that expertise, education and training, physical capacity, and capital positively influence business resilience. Furthermore, akhlakul karimah strengthens the relationship between strategic resources and business resilience, suggesting that the effectiveness of transforming technical capacities into business resilience is contingent upon the entrepreneur’s internal moral quality. These findings extend resource-based business resilience discourse by integrating moral capital as an internal governance mechanism.

on, Population Control, and Family Planning (DP3AKB) of Banten Province. A quantitative approach with a census method was applied, involving all 134 employees as respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that work motivation and soft skill training have positive and significant effects on employee performance. Furthermore, both variables significantly influence employee competence. Competence also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and partially mediates the relationship between work motivation and performance as well as between soft skill training and performance. These findings suggest that improving employee performance in public sector organizations requires integrated human resource development strategies focusing on motivation enhancement, effective soft skill training, and systematic competency development.
Abstract:The uncertainty surrounding the global economy has created existential challenges for the tourism industry, necessitating a Human Resource Management (HRM) paradigm that goes beyond traditional administrative approaches.…
This study aims to explore adaptive HRM strategies in the face of the global crisis, with a particular focus on the highly vulnerable tourism and hospitality industries.
This study uses the PRISMA framework to conduct a systematic literature review of 26 peer-reviewed articles published between 2023 and 2025, sourced from Google Scholar. The findings indicate that effective adaptive strategies require the holistic integration of e-HRM and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance operational agility, the implementation of GHRM to drive efficiency and employee retention, and the development of Agile Leadership to navigate uncertainty. Furthermore, this study highlights the crucial role of prioritizing employee well-being and Psychological Capital (PsyCap), particularly in emerging economies where social safety nets may be limited. This research provides a comprehensive framework for HR practitioners in the tourism sector to formulate policies that balance business continuity with human-centric support in challenging times.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resource Accounting (HRAC) disclosure on firm value, with financial performance as a mediating variable. This quantitative study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports…
ports and sustainability reports from 14 companies during the 2020–2024 period, with a total of 70 observations. HRAC disclosure is measured using the Human Resource Disclosure Index through a content analysis approach. Firm value is proxied by Net Asset Value (NAV) transformed into the natural logarithm, while financial performance is measured using ROA. Data analysis was performed using path analysis with SPSS software, and the Sobel test to examine the role of financial performance as a mediating variable. The results show that HRAC disclosure affects firm financial performance, but does not directly affect firm value. Financial performance is proven to affect firm value in a negative direction. The results of the Sobel test indicate that financial performance plays a significant role as a mediating variable in the relationship between HRAC disclosure and firm value. These findings indicate that HRAC disclosure affects firm value indirectly through financial performance. ASDM disclosure functions as supporting information and additional signals for investors, but is not yet able to become the main determinant in the direct formation of company value.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze human resource policies to improve the quality of employee performance at the Population Control, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection Service of Gunungsitoli City. The research focuses on…
three main objectives: (1) to determine the form of human resource policies implemented to improve performance quality, (2) to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these policies, and (3) to formulate appropriate strategies to improve employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the implemented human resource policies include training and competency development, performance assessment based on work indicators, and a reward system and work discipline. Supporting factors for the implementation of these policies include leadership support, active employee participation, and the availability of a training budget. However, there are also inhibiting factors such as a lack of professional human resources, limited supporting facilities and infrastructure, and low work motivation among some employees. The strategies implemented to improve performance quality include strengthening supervision, developing a collaborative work culture, improving the quality of training, and regular evaluation of policy implementation. This study concludes that appropriate and consistent human resource policies play a crucial role in building more optimal employee performance within the service environment.
Abstract:Digital transformation at Islamic Rural Banks demands governance that is accountable, secure, and aligned with sharia principles. This study aims to map digital governance practices and formulate prerequisites for safe,…
compliant, and value-oriented implementation. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach and adopting an active participatory method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, document reviews, and observations with purposive sampling (management, DPS, IT/cybersecurity units, and customers). The analysis refers to the Miles & Huberman model (data reduction–data presentation–conclusion drawing); validity is maintained through source triangulation, member checking, and audit trails. The findings consolidate five key domains: (1) the role of DPS in digital decisions and ongoing supervision, (2) human resource capabilities and risk culture, (3) IT & cybersecurity architecture (data protection, incident response, business continuity), (4) risk management–compliance (synchronization of OJK–DSN–MUI guidelines), and (5) digital customer literacy and experience. The theoretical contribution integrates the Institutional, Accountability, and TAM/UTAUT perspectives to explain the drivers and barriers to adoption. Practically, a risk-based digital governance roadmap is developed that prioritizes cybersecurity governance, strengthening the role of the DPS through digital oversight, and data governance policies.

depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques with the principal, vice principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The results showed that HR planning at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli was carried out through three main steps: (1) needs analysis and preparation of technology-based teacher formation, (2) competency mapping and identification of information and communication technology (ICT) training needs, and (3) empowerment of teachers and staff through workshops, mentoring, and discussion forums. Obstacles faced included limited digital literacy among teachers and staff, unequal network access, and resistance to changes in technology-based learning methods. Efforts made by the school included providing digital literacy training, optimizing available devices and networks, utilizing offline learning applications, and creating a work culture that is adaptive to innovation. This study concluded that targeted HR planning, infrastructure support, and continuous competency development are important factors in realizing effective digital transformation in schools. These findings are expected to be useful for SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli, other educational institutions, and further researchers in developing digitalization strategies for school management.
