The results show the importance of English language instruction in schools and the widespread use of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach because of its efficiency in the teaching and learning process. The CLT method helps students improve their communication abilities by inspiring them to see English as a useful instrument for efficient conversation. The communicative approach, or communative language teaching (CLT), involves teaching language through communication. This type of language instruction positions communication as both a purpose and a means of learning English. The improvement of students' communication and interpersonal skills is a priority in communicative language instruction. Through contact between students and between students and teachers, it is made sure that students are capable of speaking clearly and confidently in real-life circumstances. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terbuka, rutin, dan berkesinambungan antara orang tua dan guru Sekolah Minggu mampu menciptakan kerja sama yang harmonis dalam pembinaan iman anak. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua melalui pendampingan rohani, pengulangan pengajaran firman Tuhan di rumah, dan pemberian teladan hidup Kristen memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan iman anak. Sinergitas antara keluarga dan gereja membantu anak memperoleh pembinaan iman yang lebih konsisten, terpadu, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani berdasarkan prinsip Ulangan 6:6-7.
This study aims to understand the synergy between parents and Sunday School teachers in children’s faith development based on Deuteronomy 6:6–7. The focus of the study is directed toward the communication patterns between parents and Sunday School teachers, as well as parental involvement in supporting children’s spiritual growth. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain an in-depth understanding of children’s faith development within the family and church contexts. The results of the study indicate that open, regular, and continuous communication between parents and Sunday School teachers is able to create harmonious cooperation in children’s faith development. In addition, parental involvement through spiritual guidance, reinforcement of God’s Word at home, and the provision of Christian role models has a positive influence on children’s spiritual growth. The synergy between family and church helps children receive faith development that is more consistent, integrated, and aligned with Christian values based on the principles of Deuteronomy 6:6–7.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik penentuan informan secara purposive yang melibatkan Branch Sales Manager, tenaga sales, dan pelanggan tetap. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan validitas data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales berperan strategis dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan melalui komunikasi adaptif, pelayanan responsif, komitmen, serta keterlibatan dalam membantu kebutuhan pelanggan. Loyalitas tercermin pada pembelian ulang, rekomendasi, dan keberlanjutan kerja sama. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas peran sales meliputi kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi interpersonal sales dan konsistensi pelayanan sebagai strategi mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.
Increasingly competitive competition in the building materials distribution industry requires companies not only to maintain smooth distribution, but also to build long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the role of sales in increasing customer loyalty and identify factors that influence this role at PT Mitra Maju Mapan Bondowoso Branch. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation using purposive informant selection techniques involving Branch Sales Managers, sales personnel and regular customers. Data analysis is carried out through data condensation, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification, with data validity maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The research results show that sales plays a strategic role in building customer loyalty through adaptive communication, responsive service, commitment, and involvement in helping customer needs. Loyalty is reflected in repeat purchases, recommendations and continued cooperation. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of the sales role include service quality, company image, trust and customer satisfaction. This research implies the importance of strengthening interpersonal sales competence and service consistency as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty on an ongoing basis.

(1988) which includes:Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsivness), Guarantee (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty). The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the three dimensions of service quality, namely those related to Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, are considered by the community to be not optimal when they are obtaining SIM C at the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office. While the other two dimensions, namely Assurance and Empathy, are considered by the community to be optimal. This condition resulted in many violations committed by two-wheeled riders, which reached 75% andaccording to data from the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit in 2020, there were 51,858 motorists who did not carry SIM C when driving on the roads in the city of Semarang.

udy was conducted to explore perception of students in Islamic Education Department in using Google Translate in learning English subject. A questionnaire consisted of open-ended and close-ended questions was distributed to 138 students of Islamic Education Department. Then, descriptive qualitative research employed to describe and analyze the data. The result show that students assume Google Translate as a good way to help them translate difficult words, sentences, and paragraphes from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English. Although the students find several problems especially in the quality of translation, they are confident to overcome the problems with effective ways. Moreover, the positive impacts of Google Translate use is greater that the negative impacts for several considerations.
