s to customers still uses risk prediction manually in giving credit to customers which is taking up a lot of time and energy especially when the customer reports is further analyzed by the Bank. One technique that can help in predicting the Bank's credit risk determination is Decision Tree which is a technique that is a part of Data Mining techniques to take a decision in the form of a tree. With Decision Tree techniques, it is expected to help the bank to allow faster and easier in predicting the data and getting a conclusion from existing data. One of the ways to predict the data is using Dtreg software. This software only uses data that is in the format of "csv (comma delimited)â€, if it is not using the format" csv (comma delimited)", so that the data can not be processed by Dtreg software. When the excel format has been converted to the "csv (comma delimited)" format, the analysis process can be done. Dtreg can generate decision tree, one of them is the result of risk decision from the number of mortgages based on the number of customers.

Abstrak: Ada beberapa fasilitas dalam penyaluran dana ke nasabah yang di miliki Bank Syariah Bukopin. Salah satunya Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR), selama ini pihak Bank memberikan KPR ke nasabah masih menggunakan prediksi resiko secara manual dalam meberikan kredit kepada nasabah yang banyak menyita waktu dan tenaga apalagi pada saat laporan nasabah dianalisa lebih lanjut oleh pihak Bank. Salah satu teknik yang dapat membantu pihak Bank dalam memprediksi Penentuan resiko kredit adalah teknik Decision Tree yang merupakan bagian dari teknik Data Mining untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dalam bentuk pohon. Dengan teknik Decision Tree diharapkan dapat membantu pihak bank agar lebih cepat dan mudah dalam memprediksi data dan menarik suatu kesimpulan dari data yang ada.Salah satu cara memprediksi data tersebut dengan menggunakan software Dtreg. Pada software ini data yang digunakan hanya bisa dalam bentuk format “csv (comma delimited), jika tidak menggunakan format “csv (comma delimited)“ maka data tersebut tidak bisa diproses oleh software Dtreg dan selanjutnya jika format excel yang telah dirubah ke format “csv (comma delimited)â€, maka akan dapat dilakukan proses analisa. Dtreg dapat menghasilkan pohon keputusan, salah satu nya yaitu hasil keputusan resiko dari jumlah kredit pemilikan rumah berdasarkan jumlah nasabah.

Abstrak: PT. Barettamuda Pratama Padang berjalan pada kegiatan pendistribusian bahan pembangunan jalan pada PU Bina Marga. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data bahan konstruksi hanya sebatas Microsoft Office. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, sering terjadi pengulangan data saat menuliskan data tersebut pada lapora, kesalahan penulisan data sehingga data yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Dengan sistem yang sedang berjalan,mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu untuk mengolah data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembanguan jalan tidak efesien. Abstrak: Kebutuhan logistik yang sangat besar pada Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran untuk memperlancar pengobatan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang bisa memprediksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan tepat agar tidak mengakibatkan kelebihan dan kekurangan terhadap jumlah pemakaian yang selalu berubah setiap tahunnya. Pada saat ini proses perhitungan telah banyak dilakukan dengan bantuan software-software yang ada pada komputer yang berkecepatan tinggi seperti Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Backpropogation digunakan untuk memprediksi proyeksi logistik pasien berdasarkan jenis obat Analgetik, Antiemetik, Vitamin, Antiepilepsi, Anestesi, Anti Parkinson, Psikofarmaka, Kortikosteroid. Pengolahan data proyeksi logistik ini menggunakan software Matlab 6.1. Setelah menggunakan Backpropogation akhirnya ditemukan pola arsitektur yang terbaik yaitu arsitektur 8-3-3-1 dari 5 arsitektur yang telah diujikan. Dari pola tersebut kemudian diprediksi proyeksi logistik di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran pada tahun 2014 akan meningkat menjadi 91290 dari tahun 2013 sebesar 65422 atau meningkat sebesar 25868 (28,33%).

Abstrak: Sebuah perancangan antarmuka aplikasi pembelajaran disusun dan dibuat berdasarkan kebutuhan penggunanya. User Centered Design (UCD) bertujuan untuk membantu perancangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang berorientasi pada usability pengguna. Setelah disusun sesuai kebutuhan tersebut, maka aplikasi dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sehingga terlihat jelas seperti apa sistematika dan operasi penggunaan dari aplikasi yang dirancang. Penggunaan UCD dapat digunakan dalam merancang suatu aplikasi pembelajaran keragaman budaya di Asahan berbasis Web. Elemen yang ada pada aplikasi ini digambarkan secara grafis dan dapat memperlihatkan hubungan yang erat antar elemennya. Sehingga melalui perancangan yang detail dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan pengguna, generasi muda tertarik dan mau mempelajari kebudayaannya sendiri melalui sistem informasi yang komprehensif.

Data dihimpun melalui empat cara, yakni tes, pengamatan, wawancara, dan penelusuran dokumen. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa pemahaman siswa atas konsep pecahan tergolong masih rendah, dibuktikan oleh angka ketuntasan belajar yang hanya menyentuh 23,07%. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah hal, di antaranya lemahnya penguasaan dasar pecahan, rendahnya keterlibatan siswa saat belajar, serta metode pengajaran yang belum diterapkan secara maksimal. Mengacu pada hasil tersebut, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif untuk mendorong peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap pecahan.
Fraction is a fundamental mathematical topic that frequently appears in everyday situations. This study set out to examine how well fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 010091 Kisaran Baru grasp the concept of fractions. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, with 26 students taking part as participants. Four data-gathering techniques were used: testing, observation, interviews, and document review. Findings revealed that students’ grasp of fraction concepts was still limited, shown by a completion rate of only 23,07%. Several factors contributed to this outcome, among them a weak foundation in basic fraction concepts, low student involvement during lessons, and teaching methods that had not been optimally applied. Based on these findings, more interactive learning strategies are needed to help strengthen students’ conceptual grasp of fractions.

ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.

The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

Although the FIFO system has been widely studied in the context of manufacturing and supply chains in general, this research provides new insights into its application in a hotel kitchen operational environment. The research results show that the implementation of the FIFO system in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang has helped improve the efficiency of raw material usage and reduce the risk of spoilage or expiration. However, several challenges were found in its implementation, such as limited storage space and the need for staff training. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of the FIFO system in raw material inventory management in the hospitality industry. The proposed recommendations include improving storage infrastructure, developing a digital recording system, and ongoing training programs for kitchen staff.
