ntuk mengetahui efektifitas senam otak (brain gym) terhadap peningkatan daya ingat lansia di Desa Sukanagara Cikupa. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pre eksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pretest Posttest Design, yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan satu kelompok dengan diberi perlakuan dan posttest setelah dilakukan perlakuan. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah 40 responden Hasil Penelitian : Nilai mean sebelum dilakukan intervensi senam otak adalah 12,77 dimana lebih kecil dari pada nilai mean sesudah intervensi senam otak yaitu 22,05 dan standar deviasi sebelum dilakukan intervensi senam otak adalah 3,548 dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi senam otak yaitu 2,561. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test bahwa dapat diketahui nilai Z -5,525, dengan nilai signifikansi P-Value dari data tersebut adalah 0,000 (P<0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ha diterima”. Kesimpulan : berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat efektifitas antara tingkat daya ingat sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi senam otak.

komunikasi hanya terjadi satu arah dan siswa kurang diberi kesempatan untuk membangun pengetahuan tersendiri sehingga aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran rendah. Kurang efektifnya penggunaan metode mengajar oleh guru dapat menyebabkan kemampuan siswa menguasai materi pelajaran yang disajikan tidak optimal. Siswa cenderung pasif dan kurang berminat melakukan aktivitas sehingga nilai hasil belajar pun menjadi rendah. Rendahnya hasil belajar PKn merupakan salah satu masalah di SMK Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil ujian semester PKn adalah rata-rata 50 di bawah indikator ketuntasan belajar 60 sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam standar ketuntasan belajar minimal 60. Pada Penelitian ini, penulis bukan hanya berperan sebagai peneliti namun juga sekaligus sebagai guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang mengajar di kelas yang akan di teliti. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini merupakan bentuk penelitian tindakan guru sebagai peneliti. Jadi, peneliti terlibat langsung secara penuh selama proses penelitian, mulai dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan model spiral dari Hopkins. Aktivitas peserta didik selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode Grup Investigation (GI) menunjukkan peningkatan yang memuaskan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil persentase peserta didik pada siklus I (pertama) 74,7%, pertemuan siklus II (kedua) menjadi 84,1%, dan pertemuan siklus III (ketiga) meningkat menjadi 92%. Respon peserta didik terhadap proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan metode Grup Investigation (GI) pada materi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila dalam kerangka praktik penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Negara, menunjukkan peserta didik merasa senang dan mudah memahami materi yang diterapkan penelitinHasil belajar peserta didik kelas X TBSM 3 SMK Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 mengalami peningkatan untuk kategori sangat baik dari 36,7 % pada tes akhir pertemuan pertama menjadi 80% pada tes akhir pada pertemuan kedua dan menjadi 90% pada tes akhir pertemuan ketiga.

This research aims to assess the performance of FM before the pandemic, and the start of the new normal and compare the operations on these timelines to identify the inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement that can lead to an effective, efficient, and consistent quality performance. The researcher includes the assessment of gaps, management capabilities, technologies, factors influencing performance and productivity, and ways of adapting to the changing external business landscape. To interpret the collected data, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Pearson-r correlation were used in quantitative data, and thematic analysis for the qualitative responses. The data gathered from the FM team supporting different clients and as senior leaders, signifies that there is no significant difference in operations and technology to support clients. However, minor improvements and recommendations by senior leaders can be considered and can contribute to effective and efficient operations.

KAM was initiated by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) as an international auditing standard setting body, which aims to increase the transparency of audited financial reports. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods which use secondary data sources. The secondary data used in this study is in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) via the internet. Based on the results of data analysis of the financial statements of PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk Q2 of 2022, in the independent auditor's report, the main audit item disclosed is the allowance for impairment losses on loans. Based on data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the share price per share at the end of the fourth quarter of 2021 and the share price on June 30, 2022, has fluctuated. It was concluded that in the period following the issuance of the Q2 2022 financial statements with the existence of an independent auditor's report disclosing key audit matters facilitated the flow of company-specific information to the market.
