This research aims to find out what obstacles the teachers of SMPN 2 Dompu have in designing modules and assessing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). This research uses a type of pre-experimental design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 1 Konawe totally was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests those are pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The researcher used theory of Edhitin (2000) to analyzed the data. The results of quantitative analysis show that the results of descriptive statistical data shows that there are differences in the learning acheivement of students' reading comprehension which are marked by the mean score of students who are in the implementation the pretest was 56,59 while in the posttest the students' average score was 70,91. The results of inferential statistical data show that t test > t table or 6,539 > t table = 2,086 if viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests it is known that t test > t table or 7,936 > 2.086, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of look and say methode on the reading comprehension learning achievement of class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe.

The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.

The data collection process focuses on collecting various sources and relevant data, scientific literature, and other writings related to thoughts on educational reform in Minangkabau. The results of the research show that there are thoughts about educational reform carried out by several prominent figures in Minangkabau such as Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The results of the thinking of these figures were to change the education system from halaqah to madrasa, organizing the place of study with a classroom system, using classical books as the main learning source, adding general subjects such as arithmetic, natural sciences and so on. Among the legacies of figures who contributed greatly to Islamic education in Minangkabau are Sumatra Tawalib Padang Panjang, Adabiah School, Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang, and MTI Canduang.
