of agricultural systems while conserving biodiversity amidst the threats of climate change.This study aims to evaluate the potential of agroforestry to enhance biodiversity and the resilience of agricultural systems to climate change in Dulamayo, Gorontalo. The research methodology is based on vegetation analysis and the calculation of biodiversity indices, with data collection encompassing measurements of tree characteristics and species identification.The results indicate the presence of 17 tree species with a total of 154 individuals, where Candlenut (Aleurites molucana) and Sugar Palm (Arenga pinnata) dominate with proportions of 22.73% and 20.13%, respectively. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index yielded a moderate value (H' = 2.311) with a high evenness level (E = 0.816), indicating a high ecosystem stability.The findings suggest that the agroforestry system in Dulamayo plays a crucial role in supporting biodiversity and the resilience of ecosystems to climate change through its complex and diverse vegetation structure.

Data collection involved document and thematic analyses, emphasizing ethical practices’ impact on stakeholder relationships and competitive outcomes. The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. The study concludes that integrating PR ethics into organizational culture enhances competitive advantage and ensures long-term sustainability in a dynamic market.

s one of the critical factors that has an impact on the level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. The room boys are an integral part of the hotel operations and are responsible for ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and ready so that guests always feel comfortable and accommodated in a beautiful environment. This study employs the qualitative approach of research types using data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with room boys and hotel management as well as guest satisfaction surveys. The findings indicate that the good work performance of the room boy has a great influence on providing high-quality robust service. It was concluded that trained room boys have high motivation and when they are provided with proper tools and materials good room service is possible. In this case, the room boy's performance can be enhanced by hotel management to ensure that they provide frequent training, and work facilities as well as proper and fair assessment and appreciation to the subordinates. It is the finding of this research that room boy work optimization can be done through training, management, and productivity-oriented assessments.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.
