of user knowledge in the field of interior design so that after the design is finished, the user is not satisfied with the results of the interior design. The main objective of this research is a decision making system in selecting interior designs according to user needs by paying attention to criteria such as design form, design size, material and quality. The method of selecting interior design using the Mamdani method. The mamdani method is very suitable in calculating the output value of each criterion value and the end result becomes the reference value in making a decision. The resulting system is in the form of design selection criteria according to user needs. Tujuan utama penelitian ini berupa Sistem pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan desain interior sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dengan memperhatikan kriteria seperti Bentuk Desain, ukuran desain, bahan dan Kualitas. Metode pemilihan Desain interior menggunakan metode Mamdani. Metode mamdani sangat cocok dalam menghitung nilai output dari masing masing nilai kriteria dan hasil akhirnya menjadi nilai acuan dalam pengambilan sebuah Keputusan. Sistem yang dihasilkan berupa kriteria pemilihan desain sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan demikian Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai Output sebesar 427.368 yang berada pada range dengan nilai dipertimbangkan.

Therefore, to meet the beef needs, an additional supply of beef is needed by importing beef from abroad in the form of processed meat and prospective beef breeders. The problem experienced by independent local breeders is the selection of the best cattle breeds The process of selecting cattle breeds conducted so far by farmers is still manual and traditional. They did this because of the lack of qualified knowledge to choose the best beef breed based on certain criteria and which alternative cow options are suitable for beef cattle. So that the process of enlarging cattle breeds becomes shorter in time with maximum results. The technology used is using the MOORA and WASPAS methods as a comparison in determining the best beef cattle breeds. The method is expected to produce a comparison so that the results obtained from a more accurate method in selecting the best beef breeders in order to advance the local independent livestock business in particular and become self-sufficient beef in general.

Abstrak: Kebutuhan akan pemenuhan kuantitas dan kualitas daging sapi di indonesi sangat masih kurang dari persedian sapi yang ada di Indonesia, untuk tahun 2020 ini sendiri kebutuhan akan daging sapi di Indonesia sekitar 700.000 ton sementara persedian dalam negeri hanya mencapai 400.000 ton, dari itu Indonesia masih kurang 300.000 ton lagi. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencukupi kebutuhan daging sapi tersebut diperlukan tambahan suplai daging sapi dengan melakukan impor daging sapi dari luar negeri baik berupa daging olahan maupun bakalan calon bibit sapi. Masalah yang dialami oleh para peternak lokal mandiri yaitu pemilihan bibit sapi terbaik Proses pemilihan bibit sapi yang dilakukan selama ini oleh peternak masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit sapi terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif sapi mana yang cocok untuk dijadikan sapi potong. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembesaran bibit sapi menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode MOORA dan WASPAS sebagai pembanding dalam menetukan bibit sapi potong terbaik. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan menghasilkan perbandingan sehingga didapat hasil dari metode yang lebih akurat dalam pemilihan bibit sapi terbaik demi memajukan usaha peternakan mandiri lokal secara khusus dan menjadi swasembada daging sapi secara umum.

s made the need for chili higher in Indonesia while chili is used in various fields such as medicine, cooking spices, and the food industry. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in July the first 2019, retail red chili prices are set at Rp 62,099 per kilogram. This price increased by 21.76 percent when compared to the average price of chili in June 2019. In recent months the price of chili has increased very high, this is due to the reduced yields of chili farmers. Increasing the supply of chili is reduced and can not meet market needs. To control the soaring chili prices, the government is making important imports from India. The problem experienced by local farmers is the selection of superior chili seeds. The process of selecting chili seeds carried out so far by farmers is still by manual and traditional methods. Because this adds to the knowledge that is qualified to choose superior chili seeds based on certain criteria and which choices of chili seeds are suitable for cultivation. The process of cultivating chili seeds becomes more complete with maximum results. The technology used is using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method in determining superior chili seeds. From this method, it is expected to provide a solution to the chili farmers about the alternative selection of superior chili seeds.

Abstrak: cabai merupakan tanaman yang banyak kita jumpai di Indonesia, biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan dan penguat rasa pada makanan. Cabai termasuk anggota genus Capsium. Banyaknya peminat cabai membuat kebutuhan akan cabai semakin tinggi di Indonesia cabai digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti obat-obatan, bumbu masakan dan industri makanan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan juli pecan pertama 2019, harga cabai merah eceran tercatat Rp 62.099 per kilogram. Harga tersebut mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,76 persen jika dibandingkan rata-rata harga cabai pada juni 2019. Beberapa bulan terakhir ini harga cabai mengalami lonjakan yang sangat tinggi hal tersebut karena berkurangnya hasil panen para petani cabai. Sehingga pasokan cabai berkurang dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Dalam rangka mengendalikan harga cabai yang melonjak tinggi pemerintah melakukan impor cabai dari India. Masalah yang dialami oleh para petani lokal yaitu pemilihan bibit cabai unggul. Proses pemilihan bibit cabai yang dilakukan selama ini oleh petani masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif bibit cabai mana yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembudidayaan bibit cabai menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Abstrak: Nusa Tenggara Timur khususnya desa Oemasi memiliki potensi alam yang kaya sehingga masyarakat desa Oemasi dapat menghasilkan berbagai macam kerajinan lokal yang sangat berkualitas dan memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Kerajinan yang dihasilkan biasanya berupa kain tenun, selendang, ukulele dan lain-lain. Permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat desa Oemasi dalam menjual kerajinan adalah terbatasnya media promosi dengan metode konvensional dan metode penjualan kerajinan lokal via media sosial juga memiliki kekurangan yaitu stok barang yang masih harus diupdate secara manual dan history penjualan yang masih dicatat secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekayasa aplikasi penjualan kerajinan masyarakat NTT berbasis android yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk membantu masyarakat desa Oemasi dalam melakukan penjualan kerajinan lokal masyarakat NTT sehingga permasalahan penjualan dengan metode konvensional atau melalui media sosial dapat diatasi. Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Waterfall.

The lack of knowledge of farmers and the community about the evaluation of land suitability causes the cultivated plants do not produce optimally, because the conditions required by these plants are not in accordance with the conditions of the land that supports the growth of these plants. Seeing the importance of the process of selecting plants based on land suitability, while determining the selection of plants is still done only by looking at the experience of farmers who have not been tested. So the authors feel the need to make research to determine plants on land based on land suitability and plant growth requirements. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is very suitable to be used to calculate the priority weight of each criterion because it is objective, which will later be used as a reference ranking by the TOPSIS method. With this research, it can determine the estate crops that will be planted on a land based on the level of land suitability and the requirements for growing plants that are alternative precisely, accurately and dynamically.

Abstrak: Kebanyakan Petani masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tanaman apa yang cocok ditanaman di lahannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan petani mengenai kesesuaian lahan dengan persyaratan tumbuh suatu tanaman. Lemahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani dan masyarakat tentang evaluasi kesesuaian lahan menyebabkan tanaman yang dibudidayakan tidak berproduksi optimal, karena syarat yang dibutuhkan tanaman tersebut belum sesuai dengan kondisi lahan yang mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Melihat pentingnya proses pemilihan tanaman berdasarkan kesesuain lahan, sedangkan penentuan pemilihan tanaman masih dilakukan hanya berdasarkan dengan melihat pengalaman petani yang belum teruji. Maka penulis merasa perlu membuat penelitian untuk menentukan tanaman pada lahan berdasarkan kesesuain lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sangat cocok digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas dari tiap kriteria karena bersifat obyektif, yang nantinya menjadi acuan perangkingan yang dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menentukan tanaman perkebunan yang akan ditanam pada suatu lahan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman yang menjadi alternatif secara tepat, akurat dan dinamis.

secara mendalam bagaimana emosi dan belajar sosial memengaruhi proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar melalui perspektif neuropedagogik dan brain‑based learning. A mixed methods approach was used by combining quantitative analysis (meta-analysis of 173 respondents and 47 indicators of NP, EC, OB, MS, BS) and descriptive qualitative analysis using thematic analysis techniques on semi-structured interviews with five elementary school teachers. The meta-analysis results showed a very strong average effect of the latent construct relationship (t(128) = 12.92; p < 0.001; r ≈ 1.00) with almost zero heterogeneity (Qₑ(128) = 1.67; τ² = 0; I² = 0%), and no significant moderating effects were found for all indicators; the partial meta-regression coefficients for all items were very close to zero and the R² value was 0.000. Qualitatively, three main themes emerged: (1) positive emotions as the foundation of learning readiness, (2) social interaction as a reinforcement of meaning formation, and (3) contextual learning that integrates cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions. Although most teachers have not yet mastered the concepts of neuropedagogy and brain-based learning theoretically, they have intuitively implemented its principles through motivation, praise, humor, group work, collaborative projects, and learning experiences relevant to students' real lives. These findings support the latest theory that places emotions and social interactions as the main drivers of brain function in learning (Immordino Yang, 2016; Tyng et al., 2017; Vygotsky, 1978; Jensen, 2008), and emphasizes the importance of strengthening teachers' competence in understanding and designing brain- and emotion-based learning to support the holistic development of elementary school students.

t quasi-experimental control group design involving two fifth-grade classes: one experimental class that received fraction instruction through BBL and one control class that was taught using conventional methods, with 40 students in each group. Mathematics anxiety related to fractions was measured using a modified mathematics anxiety scale for elementary school students, while fraction achievement was evaluated through a valid written test. The results showed that both groups had relatively equivalent initial abilities, supported by normal and homogeneous pretest data and no significant differences in pretest scores. After the intervention, the experimental class showed consistently lower levels of anxiety related to fractions in all dimensions (tests/assessments, classroom learning situations, fraction tasks, and fraction avoidance) and significantly higher post-test scores than the control class, with an average difference of about seven points. The findings show that BBL, which aligns the learning process with the way the brain naturally learns by fostering positive emotions, multisensory experiences, and meaningful social interaction, is effective in improving students' understanding of fractions while simultaneously reducing their math anxiety. This study offers a unique perspective by conducting an experimental trial of BBL as a targeted intervention for math anxiety related to fractions in Indonesian elementary schools and highlighting its potential as a neuroeducation-based pedagogical strategy to foster numeracy and emotional well-being in math learning.

cept in neuroscientific learning, describes the brain's ability to form, strengthen, or modify neural networks through experience, repetition, meaningful activities, and students' emotional involvement. Given the characteristics of elementary school students who are at a stage of cognitive development that is highly responsive to learning environment stimulation, a study of the application of neuroplasticity by teachers is important to ensure that the learning process is in line with the brain's working mechanisms.This study used a neuropsychological instrument measuring the dimensions of neuroplasticity to assess four main indicators, namely repetition & practice, dedicated time for review, use of interactive activities, and contextual learning that connects the material to students' real experiences. The data was reinforced through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis of the learning strategies applied by each teacher. The results showed variations in application between teachers. Some teachers showed strong implementation in interactive activities and contextual learning (score of 5), while structured repetition showed lower consistency (score of 3). The interview findings reinforced the instrument results by showing patterns of strategies such as the use of inspirational stories, educational games, quizzes with prizes, conveying the benefits of learning, and scaffolding through easy material as a starting point. This study concludes that the application of neuroplasticity principles is present in teachers' teaching practices, although the level of depth and routine still needs to be strengthened. The theoretical implication confirms that learning that integrates positive emotions, collaborative activities, planned repetition, and contextualization of material has the potential to have a significant impact on the formation of students' neural networks. Practically, this study provides recommendations for strengthening neuroscientific learning-based instructional design as an effort to optimize the learning process of elementary school students.

This article presents a systematic review of scholarly studies discussing the use of mobile applications in Islamic studies education. The review focuses on two key aspects: the design principles employed in application development and the learning outcomes achieved following their use. The review involved selecting literature from the past six years using specific inclusion criteria, including content relevance, source credibility, and its connection to mobile learning practices in Islamic education. Analysis reveals that designs considering cultural appropriateness, user interface interactivity, and integration of Islamic values positively influence students' emotional engagement, motivation, and content comprehension. Learning outcomes also extend into affective and spiritual domains, not merely cognitive. These findings serve as an initial foundation for developers and educators to build an adaptive, meaningful, and value-based Islamic mobile learning ecosystem.

Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.
