Spatial Planning of the East Java Provincial Government during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Supporting State Defense

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic poses future space planning challenges. The current Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted everyone around the world covering all fields from health, economy, and food security, to sports, including… the field of spatial planning. Control of infectious virus outbreaks must be involved in spatial planning. Spatial planning that cares about the level of human health is no longer just struggling with green open space. But there should also be space for physical distancing in public places. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial planning of East Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic in supporting state defense. This paper is written based on the results of qualitative research using phenomenological research design. In this study, the data collection process was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation study methods. The data obtained is then analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that spatial planning during the pandemic was carried out with four aspects, namely analyzing the Covid-19 distribution map in East Java, planning changes in policies and strategies with public health considerations, planning space structures with the addition of emergency infrastructure, and planning space patterns with the allocation of green open space. The obstacles faced in spatial planning are the restriction of working hours and the implementation of WFH for employees, and the lack of community support as an affected object. Both are overcome by implementing digitalization strategies and community participation so that the spatial planning agenda during the Covid-19 pandemic can run well. In addition, the better spatial planning during the pandemic, the better the country's defense because of the non-military threat in this case the Covid-19 virus can be well anticipated.

The Effect Of E-Service Quality And E-Satisfaction On E-Loyality At SM Bakery Bulukumba And Makassar Cake Shops

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction at bakery sm bakery Bulukumba and Makassar cake. The population in this study were customers at SM Bakery and Makassar Cake&#8230; ake and the sample used was 60 customers. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method which was distributed via Google from. The data analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS) using measurement model analysis (outer model) and structural model analysis (inner model) where the research results show a direct effect of E-Service (X) on E-Loyalty (Y), where from the results of the statistical test the result is a p-value (0.011) <0.05, which means that the p-value is less than the significance level of 0.05 so that there is a direct effect of E-Service on E -Loyalty.

Analysis Of The Quality Of Service Driving License (SIM) C To Reduce The Number Of Traffic Violations At Polrestabes Satlantas Office Semarang City

Abstract: Quality public services according to Triguno (1997:78) are related to attitudes and ways of serving customers satisfactorily, which means serving at any time, quickly, being polite, friendly and helpful, as well as professional&#8230; ssional and capable. There are various public complaints submitted through the mass media as evidence that the implementation of services to the community cannot be carried out optimally, giving rise to a bad image of government officials.This study aims to find out how the quality of service provided by the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office to the public when applying for a Driving License (SIM) C is based on the use of theory from Parasuraman et al. (1988) which includes:Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsivness), Guarantee (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty). The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the three dimensions of service quality, namely those related to Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, are considered by the community to be not optimal when they are obtaining SIM C at the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office. While the other two dimensions, namely Assurance and Empathy, are considered by the community to be optimal. This condition resulted in many violations committed by two-wheeled riders, which reached 75% andaccording to data from the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit in 2020, there were 51,858 motorists who did not carry SIM C when driving on the roads in the city of Semarang.

Analysis of Employee Stress Management in Improving Public Service Performance (Study of UPT Pelayanan Pajak Daerah Tanjungpinang)

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the management of employee work stress in improving the performance of public service UPT Pelayanan Pajak Daerah Tanjungpinang. This study used qualitative research methods. The&#8230; design of this study uses a descriptive design. The data collection method used is a field study which includes open observation, unstructured interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause work stress on service employees at UPT PPD Tanjungpinang include: 1) network problems; 2) different characteristics of Taxpayers; 3) personal problems of employees; and 4) pressure from agencies. The management of work stress carried out by service employees is by refreshing, or leaving the room for a moment, chatting with colleagues, and others. Management of work stress carried out by agencies through three categories, namely, organizational communication, employee performance appraisal, and employee welfare.

Analysis of Financial Performance in SOE Building Construction Sub-Sectors Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 Period

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of SOEs in the building construction sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This type of research is descriptive research,&#8230; search, with the location of the research at the STIEM Bongaya Makassar Investment Gallery to obtain data on the company's financial statements and visit the www.idx.co.id page to get supporting data. The research was conducted using financial ratio analysis techniques. The object of this study is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the building construction sub-sector that has gone public. The data used comes from secondary sources in the form of company financial statements. In this study, liquidity, solvency, activity, profitability, and market value ratios were used as analytical tools. This study used four state-owned enterprises in the building construction sub-sector that conducted stock offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017-2021 as samples. The results of the study as a whole show that based on the calculations and analysis carried out on the overall ratio, PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. are companies with a better level of financial performance compared to state-owned enterprises in other building construction sub-sectors.

This research involves hermeneutic and ethnopedagogical analysis methods. Hermeneutics is used to reveal contextual conditions. Change Management PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero) Dealing with A Strategic Environment in The Vuca Era

Abstract: Changes that occur very quickly and dynamically in the VUCA Era encourage the need for an effective management system to achieve company goals and solve all challenges, both internal and external. PT PAL Indonesia (Persero)&#8230; ro) is a strategic industry that produces the main tools of the Indonesian defense system, especially for the marine dimension. It also needs to have strategies in dealing with the strategic environment in the VUCA Era. The purpose of this study is to analyze how change management is carried out by PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) in dealing with the Strategic Environment in the VUCA Era. The method of writing scientific articles is using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in the form of Literature Studies and Library Research. The results of the study explain that the Maritime Industry Transformation 4. 0 is PT PAL Indonesia's effort in responding to VUCA's challenge to increase the company's business competition. PT PAL Indonesia's HR management through increasing core capability and people competency is an important capital in realizing Maritime Industry Transformation 4.0.

The Effect of Macroeconomic Factors on The Financial Performance of Banking in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of short-term and long-term macroeconomic factors on the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The dependent variables in this study are Return on Assets (ROA), Financial&#8230; nancial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Costs of Operating Income (BOPO) as proxies of financial performance. While the independent variables are industrial production index (IPI), inflation, BI rate, composite stock price index (CSPI) and exchange rates. The analytical method used is Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). The data used in this study are monthly time series data from January 2010 - December 2015. The results of the study state that in the long term the influence of the Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets ( ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a positive and significant impact on Return on Assets (ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant influence on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a negative and significant effect on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). The short-term effect of macroeconomic variables on financial performance (ROA, FDR and BOPO) does not show a significant relationship.

Quality Of Public Services at The Office of The East Banjarmasin Sub-District

Abstract: Sub-district is the division of administrative territory in Indonesia under districts or cities. The position of a sub-district is a district/city regional apparatus as a regional technical implementer which has a certain&#8230; n work area and is led by a sub-district head. The East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office is one of the sub-districts in the city of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan province. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Quality of Public Services at the East Banjarmasin District Office, Banjarmasin City. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service standards at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but many people do not understand the service standards in the office, because the service standards are not installed at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office. The quality of public services at the East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office, Banjarmasin City can be said to be good, but there are indicators that have not been running according to community expectations, namely the unfriendliness of service employees in serving service users. So that makes people uncomfortable in taking care of all their needs.

Implementation Of Integrated Quality Management In Media-Based Chemistry Learning Information And Communication Technology As Graduates

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low implementation of ICT-based chemistry learning, schools have not been able to implement ICT-based chemistry learning in achieving graduate quality. The purpose of this study was to determine&#8230; etermine the implementation of integrated quality management of ICT-based chemistry learning as an effort to improve the quality of graduates. This research is a qualitative research with case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by triangulation of sources and techniques. Regulation of the minister of education and culture Number 20 of 2016 concerning competency standards for elementary and secondary education graduates, regarding the meaning, purpose, and scope of SKL as well as Monitoring and Evaluation. Definition of Graduate Competency Standards are criteria regarding the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The results of research at SMAN 1 Bandung City and SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan West Bandung in general indicate that the implementation of integrated quality management of ICT-based chemistry learning in both schools has been going well so that it can improve the quality of graduates.
