rch. The research findings show that authentic assessment is effective in promoting deep concept understanding and application of knowledge in real situations. Project assessment provides students with opportunities to integrate skills and knowledge in tasks relevant to the real world. Portfolio assessment allows students to reflect on their development holistically through a collection of work. Simulation assessments give students the experience of applying knowledge in a structured context. Case study assessments develop critical thinking skills in complex situations. In conclusion, educators need to consider learning objectives and student characteristics in choosing the appropriate type of authentic assessment. This research provides practical guidance for educators in designing effective assessments that motivate students. The results of this study encourage further discussion and research on the development of authentic assessment methods in education.

Kajian ini ditujukan guna merancang serta membangun Sistem Posyandu Pintar berbasis web yang mendukung pengelolaan data secara digital serta terintegrasi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi pustaka. Sistem dilakukan pengembangan memakai framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, serta Bootstrap menjadi antarmuka pengguna. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwasannya sistem yang dibangun bisa membantu kader Posyandu mengelola data balita, lansia, kader, serta pemeriksaan kesehatan secara lebih cepat dan akurat, sekaligus memudahkan pembuatan laporan otomatis. Hasil pengujian juga mengindikasikan tiap fitur utama, meliputi login, tambah data, ubah data, hapus data, serta cetak laporan, berfungsi selaras keperluan pengguna.
Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) is a public health service that plays a crucial role in monitoring the health of pregnant women, toddlers, and the elderly. However, data management at Posyandu Puspa Indah 2 in South Tangerang City is still done manually using register books and Health Cards (KMS). This slows down the recording and retrieval process and risks errors and data loss. This reserach was conducted to design and develop a web-based Posyandu Pintar system that facilitates integrated and digitalized data management. The research utilized observation, interviews, and literature review as the primary data collection methods. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database management system, and Bootstrap for interface design. The results demonstrate that the system effectively supports Posyandu cadres in managing toddler data, the elderly, cadres, and health checks more quickly and accurately, while simplifying the automated reporting process. Testing results show that all key features, such as logging in, adding data, editing data, deleting data, and printing reports, function well according to user needs.

Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai pembinaan iman anak dalam keluarga dan gereja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terbuka, rutin, dan berkesinambungan antara orang tua dan guru Sekolah Minggu mampu menciptakan kerja sama yang harmonis dalam pembinaan iman anak. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua melalui pendampingan rohani, pengulangan pengajaran firman Tuhan di rumah, dan pemberian teladan hidup Kristen memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan iman anak. Sinergitas antara keluarga dan gereja membantu anak memperoleh pembinaan iman yang lebih konsisten, terpadu, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani berdasarkan prinsip Ulangan 6:6-7.
This study aims to understand the synergy between parents and Sunday School teachers in children’s faith development based on Deuteronomy 6:6–7. The focus of the study is directed toward the communication patterns between parents and Sunday School teachers, as well as parental involvement in supporting children’s spiritual growth. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain an in-depth understanding of children’s faith development within the family and church contexts. The results of the study indicate that open, regular, and continuous communication between parents and Sunday School teachers is able to create harmonious cooperation in children’s faith development. In addition, parental involvement through spiritual guidance, reinforcement of God’s Word at home, and the provision of Christian role models has a positive influence on children’s spiritual growth. The synergy between family and church helps children receive faith development that is more consistent, integrated, and aligned with Christian values based on the principles of Deuteronomy 6:6–7.

Checking the validity of the data was carried out using data triangulation techniques.The results of the study show that the quality of the performance of personnel administration services at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency is generally good where services are provided according to SOPs, carry out procedures, there are no extortion by employees, then civil servants who those given services are also satisfied, as well as the files needed by civil servants too not too long to get, it's just that there are some delays but can still be overcome. This is caused by several things, including the lack of human resources and inadequate infrastructure at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency.From this research, the authors suggest to the Head of the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency to apply the rules and always evaluate the performance of personnel administration services carried out by BKD employees.

The results of the study show that the profile of mathematical literacy is more complete for visual learning styles than for auditory and kinesthetic learning styles.
