The data collection process relies on literature review techniques to gather trusted supporting scientific literature. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are utilized as analytical stages to dissect the entire lecture recording based on Aristotle's rhetorical triangle theory. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

search uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation studies and in-depth interviews with informants from the Bukittinggi City Regional Financial Agency. The research results show that the tax potential in Bukittinggi City is very large, especially from the hotel and restaurant sector, but has not been fully explored optimally. Tax target setting is still fluctuating and does not fully reflect the real potential available. Factors that influence the success or achievement of targets include the level of taxpayer compliance, the quality of data collection, the tax administration system, as well as the influence of fiscal policy and local economic conditions. The optimization strategy implemented includes carrying out intensive outreach, developing a digital tax reporting system, updating and registering new data, as well as approaches that provide taxpayer education and awareness. This research recommends strengthening data, taking approaches with various agencies and maximizing tourism management to support a sustainable increase in Regional Original Income (PAD).

Pegolahan dan analisis data penelitian sepenuhnya di lakukan di Geogle Earth Engine. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa daerah berpontensi banjir memiliki luas 12.991.33 ha dan daerah yang tidak berpotensi banjir yaitu seluas 18.924,24 ha. Daerah potensi rawan banjir kemudian diklasifikasi berdasarkan batas administrasi dimana Kecamatan Teluk Ambon memiliki daerah yang berpotensi tergenang banjir seluas 5.149.37 ha, Kecamatan Nusaniwe seluas 2.034.23 ha, Kecamatan Serimau seluas 1.914.18 ha, Kecamatan Leitimur Selatan seluas 1.180.13 ha dan Kecamatan Teluk Ambon Baguala seluas 2.713.42 ha. Peta daerah potensi banjir di Kota Ambon kemudian dioverlay dengan data sebaran permukiman di Kota Ambon dan diketahui bahwa permukiman penduduk yang diprediksi berada pada daerah yang berpotensi banjir seluas 3.400.65 ha. Data primer akan di analisa dan di uji dengan SPSS versi 25.Peramalan produksi tahun 2023 sebanyak 44.289 pcs dan permintaan sebanyak 38.289 pcs, diperkuat dengan hasil uji t Desain produk terhadap peramalan permintaan, nilai thitung sebesar 1,850 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 1,850 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig. 0,019 < 0,05 artinya H1 diterima. Peramalan produk cacat tahun 2023 sebanyak 8.003 pcs. Hasil diperkuat nilai thitung sebesar 9,980 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,980 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H2 diterima. Untuk meramalkan permintaan, Bintang Collection harus meramalkan desain dan mutu. Hasil survey ini diperkuat oleh hasil uji F diperoleh fhitung 66,318 yang artinya lebih besar dari ftabel yaitu 66,318 > 2,466 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat diartikan H3 diterima.
