Post Flood Disaster Infrastructure Development Management In Masamba District, North Luwu Regency

Abstract: Masamba and Baebunta District which are located in North Luwu Regency are disaster-prone areas and have a high potential for natural disasters. On July 13 2020, there was a flash flood which damaged infrastructure, public… c facilities and caused casualties. Until now, the government is still continuing to make improvements. The results of the study indicate that the Management of Infrastructure Development in Masamba District, North Luwu Regency is still experiencing problems. This is due to a lack of estimate regional expenditure revenue-APBD funds which has made infrastructure development unfinished because these funds have been used in handling the Covid-19 virus. To find out how the Management Function of Post Flood Disaster Infrastructure Development in Masamba District, North Luwu Regency. Using the theory of George R Terry which consists of four aspects namely planning, organizing, actuating, and supervising. These four aspects will be used in research to analyze more deeply regarding the research to be carried out. As informants consisted of: PUPR Service, BNPB, Head of Maipi Village, Head of Baloli Village, Head of Bone Village, Old Head of Bone and the Community. This study used interview techniques, observation of research locations, and documentation. Using qualitative methods with descriptive research type.

Performance of Staff Administrative Services in The Regional Personnel Agency South Kalimantan Province

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the performance of personnel administration services at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency and what factors hinder its implementation. The research method used in this study is… s a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Technical data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Technical analysis of data is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was carried out using data triangulation techniques.The results of the study show that the quality of the performance of personnel administration services at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency is generally good where services are provided according to SOPs, carry out procedures, there are no extortion by employees, then civil servants who those given services are also satisfied, as well as the files needed by civil servants too not too long to get, it's just that there are some delays but can still be overcome. This is caused by several things, including the lack of human resources and inadequate infrastructure at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency.From this research, the authors suggest to the Head of the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency to apply the rules and always evaluate the performance of personnel administration services carried out by BKD employees.

In addition, by applying a code of ethics, an accountant is seen as more professional, reliable and trustworthy. An accountant must be independent because a lack of independence can violate the basic principles of ethics regarding the objectivity of an auditor at work.

Juridical Study of the Death of Mahsa Amini Based on Islamic Law and International Human Rights

Abstract: The death of Mahsa Amini in relation to the mandatory wearing of the hijab for Iranian women caused quite an uproar in the international community. The research was conducted by utilizing written literature, books, journals,… als, and past research results that are relevant to the research topic. The results of the research found that there was a violation of human rights from the loss of Mahsa Amini's life due to the actions of local authorities who were too repressive because she was considered not implementing the existing rules in Irat - relating to the obligation of Iranian women to wear the hijab and niqab. On the other hand, this shows that sometimes there is still a conflict of interest between the enforcement of human rights and the enforcement of Islamic law that collides with each other. In this case, a thorough investigation is needed to punish those involved and the government needs to review its law enforcement officers.

Spatial Planning of the East Java Provincial Government during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Supporting State Defense

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic poses future space planning challenges. The current Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted everyone around the world covering all fields from health, economy, and food security, to sports, including… the field of spatial planning. Control of infectious virus outbreaks must be involved in spatial planning. Spatial planning that cares about the level of human health is no longer just struggling with green open space. But there should also be space for physical distancing in public places. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial planning of East Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic in supporting state defense. This paper is written based on the results of qualitative research using phenomenological research design. In this study, the data collection process was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation study methods. The data obtained is then analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that spatial planning during the pandemic was carried out with four aspects, namely analyzing the Covid-19 distribution map in East Java, planning changes in policies and strategies with public health considerations, planning space structures with the addition of emergency infrastructure, and planning space patterns with the allocation of green open space. The obstacles faced in spatial planning are the restriction of working hours and the implementation of WFH for employees, and the lack of community support as an affected object. Both are overcome by implementing digitalization strategies and community participation so that the spatial planning agenda during the Covid-19 pandemic can run well. In addition, the better spatial planning during the pandemic, the better the country's defense because of the non-military threat in this case the Covid-19 virus can be well anticipated.

Analysis of Employee Stress Management in Improving Public Service Performance (Study of UPT Pelayanan Pajak Daerah Tanjungpinang)

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the management of employee work stress in improving the performance of public service UPT Pelayanan Pajak Daerah Tanjungpinang. This study used qualitative research methods. The… design of this study uses a descriptive design. The data collection method used is a field study which includes open observation, unstructured interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause work stress on service employees at UPT PPD Tanjungpinang include: 1) network problems; 2) different characteristics of Taxpayers; 3) personal problems of employees; and 4) pressure from agencies. The management of work stress carried out by service employees is by refreshing, or leaving the room for a moment, chatting with colleagues, and others. Management of work stress carried out by agencies through three categories, namely, organizational communication, employee performance appraisal, and employee welfare.

Abstract: The development of investment is one indicator of the progress of economic growth in Indonesia, where investments made properly can support the improvement of the welfare of the Indonesian people. The challenge of implementing… enting investment in Indonesia today, one of which is the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. The investment performance of a region can be reflected in the Capital Output Ratio (COR) and Incremental Output Ratio (ICOR). The development of the availability of investment in an area can be measured from the Capital Output Ratio (COR) which is the ratio between realized investment and the income of a region or GRDP. Meanwhile, the amount of investment capacity of a region in increasing any increase in regional income can be measured from the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). If you look at the development of ICOR in Pekanbaru City, it has fluctuated, in 2016 it rose to 15.62 then in 2017 it decreased to 14.27, then in 2018 it became 15.57 and in 2019 it increased to 13.27 and in 2020 it decreased to -17.33 this is influenced by the Covid 19 Pandemic factor which causes all business sectors to slow down, in 2021 with a value of 15.87. From the results of the analysis of the Projection Investment Needs formulation, it is found that the investment needs in the city of Pekanbaru as much as Rp. 129 682.91 billion, it can be seen that the Base sector is in dire need of investment in 2023, which is 65.4%, the Business Fields are Manufacturing, Construction, Wholesale and Retail Trade., Car and motorcycle repair.
