Data were collected from scientific articles published between 2015 and 2024 using Scopus, PubMed, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. Findings reveal that excessive complaining amplifies stress, worsens mental health, and disrupts the immune system. Psychologically, uncontrolled complaints are linked to low emotional resilience. From an Islamic view, patience (shabr) and supplication to God provide spiritual strength and mental stability. Medically, emotional stress raises cortisol levels, negatively impacting tissue healing and immune responses. This study underscores the urgency of a holistic approach that integrates psychological, spiritual, and medical dimensions in healthcare services. It contributes to scientific discourse by offering a model for more humane and comprehensive healthcare. Further empirical studies are recommended to validate this integration in clinical settings.

The relationship between per capita income, economic growth, and inflation reflects societal well-being. This study analyzes the impact of per capita income and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia from 1998 to 2023. The aim is to determine the effect of per capita income and inflation on economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that per capita income and inflation significantly affect economic growth. Per capita income has a positive impact, while inflation significantly influences economic growth. This study recommends economic policies that consider the effects of per capita income and inflation to promote sustainable economic growth. The research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from BPS and the World Bank. The variables studied are economic growth (dependent variable), per capita income (independent variable X1), and inflation (independent variable X2). Data were collected from documents and annual reports, with validity from official sources and reliability tested over 26 years. Data analysis shows that independent variables affect the dependent variable by 50.9%. The results indicate that per capita income and inflation significantly influence Indonesia's economic growth. Economic policies should consider these two factors to achieve sustainable economic growth.

The research results concluded that training partially influences work performance with a calculated t value of 5.085> t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, competency has no effect on work performance with a calculated t value of 0.223 < t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.824 > 0.05. Simultaneously training and competency influence performance. This can be seen from the F test results which show that the calculated F value is 27.522> F table 3.18 and the sig value is (0.000 <0.05). Then it was discovered that based on the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted R square value was 0.510 or 51%. This can be explained by the fact that the training and competency variables have 51% of the ability to explain the work performance variable and there is still 49% of the variance explained by other variables.

Public speaking is a crucial skill in various aspects of life, ranging from education to the professional world. This ability not only helps in academic presentations but also impacts how a person communicates and influences others. At the high school level and equivalent, students begin preparing for the next stage in their education or entering the workforce. Many challenges arise for students when speaking in front of an audience in a formal setting and explaining their presentations. Students face difficulties due to a lack of self-confidence, nervousness, panic, and a lack of mastery over the material they will present. In addition to a lack of self-confidence, other challenges include limited vocabulary, low communication skills, fear of judgment from others, and insufficient preparation. Basic public speaking training at Al Ma'shum High School in Kisaran would be highly beneficial for students to boost their self-confidence, enhance their communication skills, sharpen their critical and logical thinking abilities, and equip them for entering the workforce. The r test results show that rcount > rtable or 0.9998 > 0.306. This means that online learning influences students' interest in learning Basic Mathematics in the Civil Engineering Study Program. The results of the t test show that tcount ≥ ttable is 4.01 ≥ 2.045 so that online learning also influences the Basic Mathematics learning outcomes of Civil Engineering Study Program students. Students' ability to answer test questions during online learning was 76.67%.

se of this study is to analyze public perceptions of the implementation of the principles of accountability, transparency, openness, and the rule of law in public services in Gurinda Jaya Village, Merauke Regency, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of village officials and community service users. The results indicate that the implementation of good governance principles has not been optimal, characterized by discrepancies in service delivery times with established standards, limited public understanding of service information, inconsistent transparency practices, and an unfulfilled sense of justice and legal certainty in public services. The study's conclusion confirms that strengthening apparatus capacity, improving discipline and integrity, and strengthening village government commitment and community participation are important implications for realizing more effective and accountable village governance.

retically grounded in Amirullah’s (2017) leadership framework, which emphasizes leader–member relations, task structure, and position power, and Sariani’s (2020) motivation theory, focusing on educational background, personal expectations, and job satisfaction. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to capture in-depth perspectives on leadership practices and motivational dynamics within a newly established provincial government organization. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. A total of 22 informants, comprising senior officials, section heads, and staff members, were purposively selected based on their institutional roles and direct involvement in organizational processes. The findings indicate that leadership style significantly influences employees’ work motivation. Effective leadership is reflected in open and transparent communication, participatory decision-making, clear task delegation, consistent supervision, and fair recognition of employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction, clarity of work roles, coordination across organizational units, availability of work facilities, and opportunities for capacity building emerged as critical supporting factors in sustaining motivation. The study concludes that a communicative, participative, and supportive leadership style is essential for strengthening work motivation and improving organizational effectiveness in public sector institutions, particularly within developing regional government contexts.
