MOBILE LEGEND GAME PREDICTION USING MACHINE LEARNING REGRESSION METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: A research institute explains that with 83.7 million people using the Internet, Indonesia is among the top 20 internet users globally. Various individual or group activities require an internet network, one of… which is playing games, for developments in the gaming sector, especially the MOBA (Massive Online Battle Arena) genre game, is being hotly discussed. There are various kinds of MOBA genre games, one of which is the Mobile Legends game. Many E-Sport Mobile Legends teams, especially in Asia, make this phenomenon a business space to generate large profits. In this study, the researcher recommends a good machine learning algorithm to predict the outcome of Mobile Legends matches. Of the 600 match history data analyzed, this study recommends the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms as the right algorithms to predict the outcome of the match. Prediction results from each algorithm can reach 82% and 80% accuracy. These findings can help the E-sports analysis team build their match strategy.             Keywords: artificial neural networ; machine learning; mobile legend; prediction; random forest     Abstrak: Sebuah lembaga penelitian menjelaskan bahwa dengan 83,7 juta penduduk yang menggunakan Internet, Indonesia termasuk di dalam 20 besar pengguna internet secara global. Berbagai aktivitas individu atau kelompok membutuhkan jaringan internet, salah satunya adalah bermain game, untuk perkembangan pada sektor game khususnya game bergenre MOBA (Massive Online Battle Arena) sedang hangat diperbincangkan. Ada berbagai macam game bergenre MOBA, salah satunya game Mobile Legends. Banyak tim E-Sport Mobile Legends khususnya di asia menjadikan fenomena ini sebagai ruang bisnis untuk menghasilkan keuntungnya yang besar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan algoritma pembelajaran mesin yang baik untuk memprediksi hasil pertandingan Mobile Legends. Dari 600 data riwayat pertandingan yang dianalisis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan algoritma Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dan Random Forest (RF) sebagai algoritma yang tepat untuk memprediksi hasil pertandingan. Hasil prediksi dari masing-masing algoritma dapat mencapai 82% dan akurasi 80%. Temuan ini dapat membantu tim analisis E-sports membangun strategi pertandingan mereka.   Kata kunci: artificial neural network; machine learning; mobile legend; prediksi; random forest  

MULTI-PLATFORM BASED FINANCIAL STATEMENT REPORT REPOSITORY SYSTEM AT UPT.PTPH NORTH SUMATRA

The development of both is fast and varied, following the aspect of increasing human need for information quickly and accurately. One example of its development in this millennial era is the development of data processing tools in the form of a repository system. The repository is a storage-based service that offers digital materials in various formats managed by certain parties to its users. UPT.PTPH North Sumatra Province is a government agency engaged in the plant and horticulture sector that does not yet have a computerized information system. To obtain related information, workers or staff must manually search for the desired data. The prototyping model used in the design proved to be adaptive in dealing with change. The results of the study reveal that a multi-platform-based financial statement repository system in the form of websites and Android applications can speed up the report processing process, provide valid financial data and a more transparent and structured data management process.   Keywords: data management; information system; information technology; prototyping model; repository.     Abstrak: Peran teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi merupakan dua bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Keduanya berkembang atas respon urgensi manusia, yang kemudian memiliki pengaruh dan implikasi yang  cukup krusial pada zaman ini. Perkembangan keduanya yang cepat dan variatif, mengikuti dari aspek peningkatan kebutuhan manusia terhadap informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Salah satu contoh dari perkembangannya pada zaman millenial ini adalah  berkembangnya alat bantu pengolahan data berupa sistem repository. Repository adalah sebuah fasilitas storage-based service yang menawarkan bahan digital dalam berbagai format yang dikelola oleh pihak tertentu kepada kalangan penggunanya. UPT.PTPH Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di sektor tanaman dan hortikultura yang belum memiliki sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait, para pekerja ataupun staff harus secara manual mencari data yang diinginkan. Prototyping model yang digunakan dalam perancangan terbukti adaptif dalam menangani perubahan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa sistem repository financial statement berbasis multi platform berupa website dan aplikasi andoid dapat mempercepat proses pengerjaan laporan, memberikan data keuangan yang valid serta proses pengelolaan data  yang lebih transparan dan terstruktur.   Kata Kunci: model prototyping; pengelolaan data; repository; sistem informasi; teknologi informasi.  

METODE WEIGHTED MOVING AVERAGE DALAM M-FORECASTING

Abstract: Abstract: M-Forecasting or Mobile Forecasting can be interpreted as mobile-based forecasting. Forecasting here means predicting a situation in the future. The use of mobile technology in forecasting is considered appropriate… iate to improve the efficiency of forecasting to be carried out, this is supported by the development of increasingly mobile technology, where digital marketing marketing research institutions estimate that in 2018 the number of active smartphone users in Indonesia is more than 100 million people. This fantastic amount can be utilized by the development of mobile-based information systems for forecasting. Predictions of a forecast can be realized by using several methods. The Weighted Moving Average method is one of them. This method provides predictions for the future by utilizing previous data and giving different weights for each data used. The level of confidence in forecasting can be determined by measuring the error percentage of the forecasting obtained. The higher the error rate can be interpreted that the forecasting results obtained are increasingly unreliable or inaccurate, and vice versa. This forecasting technique can be applied in various fields of work, including in forecasting rubber production. By obtaining forecasting data on rubber production in the future, of course, it can provide an overview of future work steps, so that it can increase the company's work productivity. Based on this, the researchers intend to build a mobile-based forecasting application system, so that it can be installed in a mobile device later, especially mobile technology with the Android operating system.   Keywords: Forecasting, Mobile, Android, Weighted Moving Average.   Abstrak: M-Forecasting atau Mobile Forecasting dapat diartikan sebagai peramalan berbasis mobile. Peramalan disini berarti memprediksi suatu keadaan dimasa mendatang. Penggunaan teknologi mobile dalam peramalan dianggap tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peramalan yang akan dilakukan, hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi mobile yang kian pesat, dimana lembaga riset digital marketing emarketer memperkirakan pada 2018 jumlah pengguna aktif smartphone di Indonesia lebih dari 100 juta orang.  Jumlah yang fantastis ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis mobile untuk peramalan. Prediksi dari sebuah peramalan dapat terwujud dengan penggunaan beberapa metode. Metode Weighted Moving Average adalah salah satunya. Metode ini memberikan prediksi masa depan dengan memanfaatkan data-data terdahulu dan memberikan bobot yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap data yang digunakan. Tingkat kepercayaan peramalan dapat diketahui dengan mengukur persentase eror dari peramalan yang diperoleh. Semakin tinggi tingkat eror dapat diartikan bahwa hasil peramalan yang diperoleh semakin tidak dapat dipercaya atau tidak akurat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Teknik peramalan ini dapat diterapkan diberbagai bidang pekerjaan, termasuk dalam peramalan produksi karet. Dengan memperoleh data peramalan produksi karet dimasa mendatang tentunya dapat memberikan gambaran untuk langkah-langkah kerja kedepannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud membangun sebuah sistem aplikasi peramalan berbasis mobile, sehingga dapat dipasang diperangkat mobile nantinya, khususnya teknologi mobile dengan sistem operasi android. Comprehensive Analysis of Osh Implementation in Community Health Center Based on Permenkes No. 52 of 2018 in Supporting Accreditation Achievement (A Case Study of Padangsari Community Health Center)

Abstract: Health workers are 1.5 times higher risk of work accidents compared to other professions, with 90% of incidents occurring in developing countries. WHO noted that 3 million out of 35 million health workers are exposed to… blood pathogens, increasing the risk of HIV (0.4%), HBV (27-37%), and HCV (3-10%). One of Health center accreditation purpose is to makesure safety to both health workers and patient. In 2023, out of 37 health centers in Semarang, 36 health centers (97.3%) achieved “Plenary” accreditation and 1 Health Center (2.7%) achieved “Main” accreditation. The purpous of this study are to To determine the current OSH practice and determine OSH aspect that needs improvement based on Health Ministry Regulation No.52 of 2018. qualitative methods with a case study design. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management at Padangsari Health Center was evaluated based on 92 indicators from three main aspects. In the OHS management criteria, 14 out of 23 indicators (60.9%) have been met. For OSH standards, 45 out of 61 indicators (73.8%) have been met. Meanwhile, 8 indicators related to OSH training, reporting, and recording have all been met. Although Padangsari Health Center has achieved "Main" accreditation with an achievement of 72.8%, further efforts are still needed to meet at least 80% of the assessment indicators in order to obtain the highest accreditation, namely "Plenary". It is recommended to improve indicators, especially in improving OHS planning, strengthening supervision, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and evaluating the effectiveness of OSH implementation in the future.

Financial Freedom for Millennials: Smart Strategies in the Age of Innovation

Abstract: This study explores the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and lifestyle on financial management among millennials, with a case study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas&#8230; as Pelita Bangsa. Using a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique, data were collected from 100 respondents through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that financial literacy, financial inclusion, and lifestyle positively and significantly impact student financial management, with significance values of 0.000 and 0.007 (< 0.05). These findings highlight the importance of these three factors in managing finances in the millennial era.

Implementation of The Use of Portfolio Assessment In Learning Writing Skill at Vocational School

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of the use of portfolio assessment in learning to write at the vocational school level in Bogor district. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method,&#8230; hod, as the research subject for teachers and students. The instruments and data collection techniques used consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Milles and Huberman model theory which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions. The research results show that Bogor district vocational school teachers have used portfolio assessment in writing learning activities. This was obtained from the results of interviews, observations and documents of teachers who had carried out the portfolio assessment stage in learning to write quite well but not yet optimally. There are still several steps that have not been implemented by teachers in the form of obstacles in providing reviews and reflections on students' assignment results due to time constraints.

Mining Operational Technical Study Pit Gaharu Blok 44-45 On Site Sambarata PT. Berau Coal

Abstract: PT Berau Coal as one of the National Coal mining companies operating in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, is always trying to increase its coal production. PT Berau Coal's production target in 2014 is 23 million tons (Source:&#8230; ce: PT Berau Coal's 5-year long-term plan document). This increase in production can basically be achieved in 2 (two) ways, namely: 1. This is done by adding heavy equipment such as loading equipment and production transportation equipment so that production capacity becomes greater. 2. This is done by maximizing the productivity of mechanical equipment, namely existing loading and transport equipment. Increasing production capacity by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment is a relatively cheaper way than adding heavy equipment. Efficiency is the key to increasing the productivity of existing mechanical tools. Based on considerations of the company's need to increase production, one of which is by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment, this research aims to conduct a study on the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment carried out at the Agaru Pit mining block 44-50 at the Samabarata site. PT Berau Coal so that the results of this study can determine the productivity of each mechanical device. The research method is carried out using direct computation, tabular method, and comparison between theoretical and actual and using the theory of calculation equations. Where the supporting data for analysis is in the form of field data as primary data and literature data as supporting (secondary) data. The results of this research study are the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment where there are deviation values between actual and theoretical, both positive deviation (the optimum positive deviation between actual and theoretical is 97.3%) and negative deviation (optimum negative deviation between actual and theoretical is -11.8 %).

Kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia dan Thailand dalam Penanggulangan HIV AIDS

Abstract: Introduction:  WHO's global health sector strategy 2022–2030 on HIV goals to reduce HIV infections from 1.5 million by 2020 to 335,000 by 2030, and deaths from 680,000 in 2020 to below 240,000 by 2030. The Southeast Asia&#8230; sia Regional Action Plan (RAP) for HIV (2017–2021) provides a clear vision of "zero new infections, zero HIV-related deaths, and zero discrimination" and a goal to "End the AIDS epidemic as a health threat by 2030".  Methods: Qualitative research by understanding the phenomenon of what the research subjects experienced, In this study, the authors used a descriptive method, which aims to describe the facts of the Indonesian government's policy and the Thai government's policy in tackling HIV AIDS cases in each country. Results: People diagnosed with HIV should be offered and associated with antiretroviral treatment (ART) as soon as possible after diagnosis and monitored periodically using clinical and laboratory parameters, including tests to measure the virus in the blood (viral load). Indonesia's policies in dealing with HIV AIDS are: Government Policy, Treatment, treatment and support for PLHIV, Conducive Environment, Sustainability of Countermeasures. Meanwhile, Thailand's state policy is: Prevention, Treatment and treatment, Cooperation in countermeasures and creating a conducive environment for PLHIV. Conclusion: It is known that in principle, the prevention and treatment of HIV AIDS refers to the world health organization and is developed based on the needs of each local government by looking at several ethnicities, races and religions as strategies in accelerating their prevention

PERAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH TERHADAP TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL PADA UMKM DI LABUAN BAJO

Abstract: Transformasi digital merupakan elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah daerah&#8230; dalam mendorong transformasi digital pada UMKM di Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMKM serta instansi pemerintah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah memiliki peran strategis dalam menyediakan infrastruktur digital, pelatihan keterampilan digital, serta menciptakan kebijakan yang mendukung inklusi teknologi pada UMKM. Meskipun terdapat berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses internet, rendahnya literasi digital, dan kurangnya pendampingan teknis masih menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, sektor swasta, dan komunitas lokal menjadi faktor penting dalam mempercepat proses transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan.

CONSUMER PERCEPTION AND ETHICS OF AI INFLUENCERS IN BANK BCA’S DIGITAL SECURITY CAMPAIGN

Abstract: The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) introduced Virtual Influencers (VIs) as innovative digital marketing tools, yet their adoption in high-trust sectors like banking presented unique challenges. This study&#8230; udy analyzed the potential impact of using VIs on consumer perception and marketing ethics within the context of digital security campaigns. A qualitative-contextual approach was employed, examining Bank Central Asia’s (BCA) “Don’t Know? Kasih No!” (DKKN) campaign as a primary case study. The research explored the implications of replacing a highly credible human figure, Indro Warkop, with a VI. Drawing on Source Credibility, Parasocial Relationship, and Marketing 6.0 theories, the analysis identified an inherent trust deficit in VIs. Results indicated that while the actual DKKN campaign successfully garnered over 100 million views and reduced customer financial losses by 41%, a hypothetical AI-led version would likely trigger consumer skepticism due to a lack of experiential authenticity. Furthermore, an ethical paradox was discovered where mandated AI transparency disclosure triggered skepticism among Gen Z users. It was concluded that for high-stakes financial communication, human influencers remained superior due to their emotional relatability and the "sentience factor" required for cybersecurity advocacy. This paper recommends that banking institutions limit VIs to functional roles rather than high-stakes security literacy.
