entang Perbankan khususnya mengenai pasal pemalsuan rekening bank, hasil karya dan hasil penelitian dari kalangan hukum serta penjelasan dalam kamus atau ensiklopedi.Adapun permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengenai proses pengungkapan atau penanganan tindak pidana pemalsuan rekening bank. Sesuai dengan permasalahan, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengungkapan atau penanganan tindak pidana pemalsuan rekening bank ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga metode atau mekanisme kerja untuk menangani proses tindak pidana yang terjadi dalam perbankan yaitu penanganan kasus dugaan tindak pidana di bidang perbankan yang diperoleh Bank Indonesia, mekanisme kerja penanganan kasus dugaan tindak pidana di bidang perbankan yang ditemukan penyidik, dan mekanisme kerja pelaksanaan SKB dalam rangka tukar menukar informasi. Mekanisme ini sudah tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Bersama antara tiga lembaga yang terkait yaitu Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, dan Bank Indonesia yang sebagai pengawas bank. Dalam penelitian ini juga dikemukakan salah satu contoh tindak pidana dalam bank yaitu orang dalam yang melakukan pemalsuan rekening bank yang mengakibatkan kerugian nasabah sampai milliar rupiah. Disamping itu juga dalam penelitian ini di dapati bahwa nasabah yang menjadi korban tidak dapat mengklaim dengan alasan diluar system. Karenanya diperlukan produk perundang-undangan yang lebih komprehensif dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana perbankan serta lebih dipertegas lagi perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah, sehingga lembaga perbankan yang merupakan pemegang kendali perekonomian bangsa boleh berjalan dengan baik sejalan dengan menjaga kepercayaan yang diberikan masyarakat kepada lembaga perbankan itu sendiri.

Gangguan fisik juga akan mengganggu aktivitas kerja yang dimana aktivitas kerja akan menjadi tidak optimal sehingga menurunnya kemampuan pengemudi dalam lingkungan sekitar. Hal tersebut yang membuat atau memicu banyaknya kecelakaan. Kelelahan menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas di Indonesia. Angka kecelakaan lalu lintas tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan, kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan sepeda motor masih menjadi angka tertinggi. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pada pengemudi ojek online di Kota Bekasi tahun 2024. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu diperoleh melalui wawancara yang langsung kepada responden dengan instrumen berupa lembar kuesioner Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 50 responden (64,0%) mengalami kelelahan berat, 31 responden (36,0 %) mengalami kelelahan sedang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelelahan dengan usia dengan nilai p= 0,003 (p<0,05), lama tidur nilai p=0,040 (p<0,05), durasi kerja nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05) dan tidak ada hubungan antara kelelahan dengan status gizi dengan nilai p=0,746 (p>0,05), masa kerja nilai p=0,728 (p>0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut pengemudi ojek online perlu mempertimbangkan mengenai usia berisiko, waktu istirahat yang cukup serta waktu kerja yang baik untuk menghindari terjadinya kelelahan kerja.

The object of research is the living community in Jabodetabek area, with a design using descriptive quantitative. The research data source is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to the population of communities who live in Jabodetabek area with the sample selection technique using random sampling of 107 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 software. The research results prove that The Customer Satisfaction variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 0.174 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.862 > 0.05, it means that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.The Technology Acceptance Model variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 2.99 > 1.96, so it can be stated that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.003 < 0.05, it means that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. The Product Quality variable based on the statistical t value obtained a value of 1.304 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. While based on the P-Value obtained 0.193 > 0.05, it means that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.

The instrument of this research is using a questionnaire created using a Google form that is distributed online. The respondents of this study are millennials. This study contributes to the inconsistency test between social media information quality variables and political involvement. The results of the study prove that there is an influence between the variables use of social media and political involvement. This study also concluded that most of the millennial generation use social media for 3 hours/day to seek information and communicate. Finally, this research can find that the use of social media affects political involvement.
