TB elimination through increased access to justice and the fulfillment of health rights. This study analyzes the implementation of the LAPOR TB platform from a juridical perspective, using normative research methods that involve legislative and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that this platform has great potential to improve access to health services for TB survivors, but still faces various legal challenges, including personal data protection, limited access to technology, ineffective complaint mechanisms, and weak law enforcement. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen legal policies, improve technological infrastructure, and eliminate social stigma to ensure that this platform can run effectively. With these steps, LAPOR TB is expected to be able to support TB elimination efforts and fulfill the right to health for all Indonesian people.

t’ah, child custody, and property division, are analyzed in terms of their suitability with the main objectives of Islamic law, namely protection of religion, soul, descendants, mind, and property (Maqashid Syari’ah). This research uses qualitative methods with the normative legal approach. to examine court decisions and how the laws applied reflect the principles of Maqashid Syari’ah. The results of the study indicate that divorce decisions at the Religious Court have considered women’s rights proportionally, although there is still room for further adjustment to be more in line with the essence of Maqashid Syari’ah, especially in terms of economic protection and gender justice. This study recommends the need to strengthen the integration between positive law and sharia principles to better guarantee women’s welfare after divorce.

The research findings underscore that legal frameworks guarantee the rights of tourists to protection, safety, and security. Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. Thus, a comprehensive and proactive approach to safety measures is essential in fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. The analysis results show that the maximum distance between the arrester and the transformer is 10.96 meters, while the installation distance in the field is 3.2 meters, so the arrester can still protect the transformer because it is still lower than the maximum distance. This research is also normative legal research, where the object can be public law, criminal law, civil law, family law, marriage law and so on. This research was conducted at the KUA in Jambi Province. The data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that marriage registration for the people of Jambi Province is very important. Based on the Maqāṣid al-Syarīah perspective, there is maṣlahah in registering marriages, namely to provide protection for the husband, wife and children in the family. If we pay attention to the legality of marriages in Indonesia, the state only recognizes registered marriages, on the basis of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan perbandingan hukum (comparative approach). Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan atas Al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab-kitab fikih muamalah, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta jurnal hukum mutakhir, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep ijarah bi al-’amal menempatkan upah sebagai hak yang harus dipenuhi secara adil, proporsional, dan tepat waktu, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur’an Surah At-Talaq ayat 6, Surah Al-Qashash ayat 26-27, dan hadis riwayat Ibnu Majah. Prinsip tersebut memiliki keselarasan nilai dengan semangat Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan, meskipun keduanya berbeda pada aspek sumber otoritas, mekanisme penetapan upah minimum, dan bentuk sanksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar nilai-nilai ijarah bi al-’amal, khususnya prinsip maqashid syariah, diintegrasikan sebagai basis etik dalam pembaruan kebijakan pengupahan nasional, terutama untuk melindungi pekerja pada sektor informal dan ekonomi gig yang belum sepenuhnya terjangkau oleh regulasi ketenagakerjaan formal.
Wages are a fundamental right of workers that must be protected, both from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This study aims to examine the concept of ijarah bi al-’amal in Islamic law as a philosophical foundation for wage protection, and to compare it with wage regulations under Indonesia’s Manpower Law. The results show that ijarah bi al-’amal positions wages as a right that must be fulfilled fairly, proportionally, and in a timely manner, as affirmed in the Quran Surah At-Talaq verse 6, Surah Al-Qashash verses 26-27, and the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, examining legal materials from the Quran, hadith, classical fiqh literature, statutory regulations, and recent legal journals. The findings reveal that the principles of ijarah bi al-’amal align with the spirit of Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 on Wages, although they differ in terms of the source of authority, minimum wage determination mechanisms, and forms of sanctions. This study recommends integrating the values of ijarah bi al-’amal, particularly maqashid syariah principles, as an ethical basis for reforming national wage policy, especially to protect informal and gig-economy workers not yet fully covered by formal labor regulations.

The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to increase awareness and knowledge of the community of Silo Lama Village, Silau Laut District, about the importance of personal data security in the digital era. The implementation method includes outreach, education, and practical training for the community using a participatory approach. The material presented includes the definition of personal data, types of cyber threats, how to protect personal information, and an introduction to the Personal Data Protection Law. The activity was attended by 30 participants consisting of village officials, community leaders, and the general public. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of personal data security, from an average pre-test score of 45% to 82% in the post-test. Participants were also able to identify various forms of online fraud and implement data protection measures. This program has made a positive contribution to improving the digital literacy of rural communities and is expected to prevent losses due to cybercrime in the future.

Masyarakat desa cenderung rentan terhadap ancaman siber karena keterbatasan literasi digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Silo Lama, Kecamatan Silau Laut tentang pentingnya menjaga keamanan data privat. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pelatihan praktis kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengertian data pribadi, jenis-jenis ancaman siber, cara melindungi informasi pribadi, serta pengenalan UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Kegiatan dihadiri dengan 30 orang meliputi unsur pejabat desa, tokoh warga, dan warga umum. Hasil kegiatan memaparkan peningkatan pemahaman warga terkait keamanan data pribadi, dari rerata skor pre-test 45% menjadi 82% pada post-test. Peserta juga mampu mengidentifikasi berbagai bentuk penipuan online dan menerapkan langkah-langkah perlindungan data. Pelatihan ini juga mencakup keterampilan praktis seperti analisis data, penggunaan perangkat lunak bisnis digital, dan optimalisasi e-commerce. Sehingga kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung transformasi digital di era Industri 5.0 dengan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. rticipants at LKP Mutiara Informatika in Asahan Regency, requires a fundamental understanding and skills in protecting personal data and recognizing cyber threats. This community service program aims to provide educational and practical training on personal data protection and cybersecurity. The implementation methods include material delivery, interactive discussions, and practical simulations using real case studies. This program enhanced participants’ understanding of digital privacy, online fraud, and the use of basic security tools. Participants were also able to identify preventive measures to protect their digital accounts. Through this training, the community is better prepared to face the challenges of the technological era and to serve as agents of cybersecurity literacy, while also emphasizing the importance of synergy between education and technology in building safe and responsible digital awareness.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat membawa berbagai manfaat sekaligus tantangan, salah satunya adalah meningkatnya risiko terhadap keamanan siber dan kebocoran data pribadi. Masyarakat digital, khususnya peserta di LKP Mutiara Informatika Kabupaten Asahan, membutuhkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar dalam melindungi data pribadi serta mengenali ancaman siber. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang bersifat edukatif dan aplikatif mengenai perlindungan data pribadi dan keamanan siber. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi praktik menggunakan studi kasus nyata. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang privasi digital, penipuan online, serta penggunaan perangkat pengaman dasar. Peserta juga mampu mengenali langkah pencegahan untuk melindungi akun digital. Dengan pelatihan ini, masyarakat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan era teknologi dan berperan sebagai agen literasi keamanan siber, sekaligus menegaskan pentingnya sinergi edukasi dan teknologi dalam membangun kesadaran digital yang aman.
