Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze, partially and simultaneously, the influence of seasonal cycles and fish price fluctuations on the financial literacy of fishermen in Sifalaete Ulu Village. Partially, this study aims… ims to determine the effect of seasonal cycles on fishermen's financial literacy, as well as the effect of fish price fluctuations on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, this study aims to determine the effect of both variables together on fishermen's financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from 57 active fishermen. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that partially, seasonal cycles have a negative and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy, while fish price fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. The Role of Online Reviews as a Mediator in The Decision to Purchase Fashion Products at Shopee

Utami, Rizki Amalia, Soetjipto, Budi Eko, Wardana, Ludi Wishnu
Abstract: The development of digital technology has transformed consumer consumption patterns, particularly in the fashion industry, which is increasingly dominated by e-commerce platforms. Shopee, as one of the largest marketplaces… es in Southeast Asia, has become a primary choice for consumers when shopping for fashion products. One factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions is the availability of online reviews on the platform. This study aims to analyze the role of online reviews as a mediating variable in fashion product purchasing decisions on Shopee. Online reviews serve as a source of information that helps consumers evaluate product quality, seller reputation, and the level of satisfaction of previous users. The research method used was a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to Shopee consumers who had previously purchased fashion products. The collected data was then analyzed using a path analysis model to examine the direct and indirect relationships between factors influencing purchasing decisions. The results show that online reviews play a significant role as a mediator in the decision-making process. Consumers tend to trust other users' real-life experiences more than solely the seller's product description. Positive reviews increase consumer interest and confidence in a product, while negative reviews can delay or even cancel a purchase decision. These findings confirm that the presence of online reviews is not only a supporting factor but also serves as a bridge, mediating the relationship between consumer perceptions of a product and the final purchase decision. The implication of this research is that sellers on Shopee need to pay attention to product and service quality to generate positive reviews, thereby increasing purchase conversion rates.

Silmi, Kevin Ghulaman, Budi Eko, Budi Eko Soetjipto, Ludi Wishnu, Ludi Wishnu Wardhana
Abstract: Multi-sensory brand experience has emerged as a crucial factor in modern marketing, significantly influencing customer satisfaction, brand perception, and loyalty. Despite its increasing importance, research in this area… remains fragmented, with theoretical integration and empirical validation gaps. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis using the Scopus database to map the evolution of research on multi-sensory brand experiences and their impact on customer satisfaction. From an initial dataset of 203 documents, a rigorous selection process resulted in 41 relevant articles for in-depth analysis. Using VOS viewer, the study visualizes research networks, inter-topic relationships, and emerging trends, revealing a 47% increase in publication volume from 2012 to 2024. Findings indicate that customer satisfaction, consumer behaviour, and sales are dominant themes, with sentiment analysis and digital technology (AI, AR) gaining traction in recent years. However, significant gaps remain, particularly in experimental studies quantifying the long-term impact of multi-sensory experiences on customer loyalty and cross-industry comparisons of multi-sensory branding effectiveness. The novelty of this study lies in its combined bibliometric and systematic approach, which identifies critical research trends, theoretical gaps, and emerging digital strategies in multi-sensory marketing. This study contributes to the academic discourse by comprehensively synthesizing research trends and proposing future research directions in technology-driven branding strategies and consumer engagement.
