The butterfly pea flower extract was then used in three different concentrations: 2 ml, 4 ml, and 6 ml. This composition variation is divided into nine samples with the addition of olive oil and butterfly pea flower extract, respectively. The resulting product has been tested in four categories: pH test, free fatty acid test, ethanol insoluble substance test, and active ingredient test. The experimental results that met SNI 2588-2017 were sample 1, with a variation of the composition of 15 ml of olive oil and 2 ml of butterfly pea flower extract. with a pH test result of 5, an insoluble test result in ethanol of 0.16%, a free fatty acid test result of 0.2256%, an active ingredient test result of 24%, and an organoleptic test result in three categories, namely color, odor, and shape, is level 4 (preferred).

This study aims to compare the Weighted Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing algorithms in forecasting room reservations at Raz Hotel and Convention Medan using historical data from January 2025 to May 2026. The research method consisted of data collection, forecasting using both algorithms, and accuracy evaluation through Mean Absolute Deviation, Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error. The results indicate that the Single Exponential Smoothing algorithm achieved a Mean Absolute Percentage Error of 15.24%, which is lower than the 15.63% obtained by the Weighted Moving Average algorithm. Furthermore, the Single Exponential Smoothing algorithm predicted 835.90 room reservations for June 2026. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Single Exponential Smoothing algorithm provides better forecasting accuracy and is more suitable for predicting room reservations at Raz Hotel and Convention Medan.

Through a qualitative approach, this research takes the Evangelical Fellowship Church of Eliezer in a specific region as a case study to illustrate how the application of Jesus leadership principles can yield positive social transformation in a church context. parents. This condition poses risks to physical health, emotional well-being, and overall infant development. This study aims to analyze the effect of baby massage on sleep quality among infants aged 3-6 months at Babycare Bondowoso and to identify differences in sleep quality before and after the intervention. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 40 infants selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that prior to the intervention, 87.5% of infants experienced poor sleep quality, whereas after the intervention, all infants (100%) demonstrated improvement to good sleep quality. Statistical analysis indicated a p-value of 0.00, which is lower than 0.05, confirming a significant effect of baby massage on infant sleep quality. These findings demonstrate that baby massage effectively improves sleep duration, comfort, and stability through physiological relaxation mechanisms. The novelty of this study lies in providing empirical evidence of the effectiveness of baby massage as a non-pharmacological intervention that is simple, safe, and can be independently applied by parents while offering holistic benefits for infants. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for developing health education and improving infant care practices.

mpetition among driver-partners, which directly affects fluctuations in their income. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of competition level, working hours duration, and fare policies on the income of GoRide partners in Denpasar City. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with the population consisting of all active GoRide driver-partners in the area. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% significance level, resulting in 67 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to examine the effect of each independent variable on income as the dependent variable. The results show that the competition variable has a significant negative effect on partner income, indicating that the higher the level of competition, the lower the income earned. Conversely, working hours have a positive and significant effect, indicating that increased working duration directly contributes to higher income. Meanwhile, fare policy shows a positive but insignificant effect, meaning that although there is a statistically positive relationship, the effect is not strong enough to significantly impact income. These findings highlight the importance of efficient management of working hours and strategic adaptation to competition levels as efforts to maintain the economic sustainability of driver-partners. In addition, platform providers are advised to periodically review fare policies to ensure they remain aligned with market dynamics and partner needs, in order to maintain a sustainable income balance.

Modern markets, with more organized management and better facilities, often attract consumer attention away from traditional markets, despite offering higher prices. This research employs a qualitative method with an interactive approach, where the researcher directly interacts with the subjects of the study. The findings indicate that 75% of traditional market traders do not feel threatened by modern markets, as they can still attract customers with lower prices and negotiation flexibility. However, 25% of traders experience negative impacts due to decreased income, with an average decline ranging from 10% to 15%. This study highlights the necessity for traditional market traders to adapt to changes and seek new strategies to sustain their businesses amidst increasing competition. The findings aim to provide a deeper understanding of market dynamics in Gumawang City and support the development of better policies for traditional markets.

This finding underscores the importance of work motivation as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.The Direct Effect Analysis yielded several important findings. First, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Work Motivation (WM) shows positive and significant results, with an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.693, t-Statistics of 10.788, and P-Values of 0.000. This indicates that organizational culture has a strong and direct influence on employee work motivation.Second, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Performance (EP) also shows positive results, albeit with a lower level of significance. The Original Sample (Path) value of 0.068, t-Statistics of 1.949, and P-Values of 0.052 indicate a positive influence, though at the threshold of statistical significance.Lastly, the relationship between Work Motivation (WM) and Employee Performance (EP) demonstrates highly positive and significant results. With an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.760, t-Statistics of 13.294, and P-Values of 0.000, this finding affirms the crucial role of work motivation in enhancing employee performance.In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of organizational culture and work motivation in the context of employee performance at PT.
