ental illnesses experienced by medical workers can have a negative impact on their quality of life, performance and productivity. Therefore, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness have the right to receive protection and guarantees from the government and employers. However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien HIV yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura dengan menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 56 Pasien HIV data yang diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian: dari 56 orang dengan HIV. Kasus terbanyak ditemukan pada usia 20-35 tahun 38 orang (67,9%), jenis kelamin laki-laki 33 orang (58,9%), pendidikan SMA 36 orang (64,3%), pekerjaan karyawan swasta 5 oarang (8,9%), sumber informasi dari media social/internet 41 orang (73,2%), sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan cukup 48 orang (85,7%) dan memiliki sikap positif terhadap pencegahan HIV sebanyak 54 orang (96,4%). Kesimpulan: Hasil dari penelitian bahwa karakteristik pada usia 20 – 35 tahun berjenis kelamin laki-laki, bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta dan berpendidikan terakhir SMA serta sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dan memiliki sikap yang positif terhadap pencegahan HIV dengan tidak melakukan hubungan seksual pranikah, penggunaan narkoba suntik.

The research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.

Sumber data pada penelitian ini berasal dari mahasiswa/I Universitas Nusa Putra dan Masyarakat Umum yang memutuskan pembelian setelah melihat Review produk yang dilakukkan oleh Influencer di social media.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Influencer Marketing (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pembelian Konsumen (p-value 0,247). Meskipun demikian, koefisien regresi positif sebesar 0,251 menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara Influencer Marketing dan Periaku Pembelian Konsumen, namun pengaruhnya tidak cukup kuat dalam konteks penelitian ini. This community development activity aims to produce planning documents that are oriented towards social disaster mitigation but still consider the sustainability aspects of an area and can serve as a guide for policy makers in formulating development programs in RW I Kelurahan Kramas. This planning document formulating uses a Rational Comprehensive Planning (RCP) analysis method by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the conditions of an area. The data collection method used in this service was through interviews and secondary data search. The results obtained in this analysis are 6 groups of development directions, namely improving the quality of infrastructure, improving health and safety, building layout, improving environmental quality, increasing the economy and improving the aesthetics of the area.

r marriage dispensations through Article 7 paragraph (2). This normative loophole raises academic questions about how the law works in social reality and how preventive measures can be institutionalized. This study aims to assess the implementation of regional policies, particularly Perwali No. 32 of 2024, and to examine the practices of religious courts in deciding on marriage dispensations using Lawrence M. Friedman's Legal System Theory and the principle of Sadd al-Dzarīʿah as analytical tools. Empirical research methods were used through interviews, observations, documentation, and qualitative analysis of two cases of marriage dispensation that were rejected and granted. The results of the study show that the significant decrease in the number of marriage dispensations in Surabaya occurred due to the synergy of the legal structure (Religious Court, DP3APPKB, Ministry of Religious Affairs, RT/RW), legal substance through the Perwali which tightened procedures, and changes in the legal culture of society. The courts applied new standards that are more protective and based on maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah , making marriage dispensations an emergency mechanism rather than a legalization of child marriage. This study provides theoretical implications in the form of an integrative model between maqāṣid and the modern legal system, as well as practical implications in the form of recommendations to replicate the Surabaya model in other regions in an effort to protect children.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dalam menghadapi tantangan etika digital, khususnya dalam penggunaan media sosial secara bertanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, dengan sumber utama berupa ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan tafsirnya, serta sumber pendukung dari jurnal, artikel, dan studi kasus terkait etika dalam media social. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai seperti tabayyun (klarifikasi), iffah (menjaga kesucian diri), dan tabligh bil hikmah (menyampaikan pesan dengan bijaksana) memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku bermedia sosial yang etis. Implementasi prinsip-prinsip ini tidak hanya menjaga kehormatan individu, tetapi juga memperbaiki harmoni sosial di dunia maya. Dengan pendekatan ini, media sosial dapat menjadi sarana positif yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis dan teoretis bagi masyarakat Muslim untuk memanfaatkan media sosial secara bijaksana, sekaligus menjawab tantangan moral di era digital. Nilai kebaharuan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dengan fenomena etika digital, khususnya dalam konteks media sosial. Penelitian ini tidak hanya mengidentifikasi tantangan moral yang dihadapi pengguna media sosial, tetapi juga menawarkan solusi berbasis ajaran Islam yang relevan dan praktis. Pendekatan ini menciptakan sinergi antara ajaran agama dan perkembangan teknologi, memberikan sumbangan baru dalam diskursus etika digital yang jarang dieksplorasi secara mendalam dalam studi-studi sebelumnya.
