review approach to explore the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership and how this concept influences the increase of spiritual perseverance in the context of leadership. Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. This research also shows the importance of the spiritual dimension in forming meaningful and authentic leadership characters in dealing with modern dynamics. The results of this study have significant practical implications for contemporary leaders. An understanding of the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership can help leaders integrate spiritual values into their leadership practices. As such, this research makes a valuable contribution to understanding the relationship between spiritual example, spiritual perseverance, and meaningful leadership in this complex world.

The research population includes members of the GMAHK Banjarmasin congregation who are involved in church services. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with church leaders, congregation members, and volunteers, as well as analysis of church documents. A thematic analysis approach is used to identify patterns and meaning related to service strategies. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide new insights that can increase the effectiveness of church services, especially in the context of the local culture and environment of the Banjarmasin congregation. By focusing on developing relevant and significant services, this research has the potential to make a positive contribution to the congregation's spiritual growth and positive interactions with the surrounding community.

enAI as an adaptive learning medium, its effect on improving digital literacy, and Information Systems students' perceptions of its use. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The results showed that the average digital literacy score increased from 68.8 to 85.0, representing an improvement of 16.2 points after the implementation of GenAI. The highest improvement was found in the Digital Safety and Ethics dimension with 19 points, followed by Digital Content Creation with 17 points, Information Literacy and Digital Technology Utilization with 16 points each, and Digital Communication and Collaboration with 13 points. The paired sample t-test produced a t-value of 8.45 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that the implementation of GenAI had a statistically significant effect on improving students' digital literacy. The students also expressed positive perceptions of GenAI because it facilitated their understanding of learning materials, increased learning motivation, and supported more effective completion of academic tasks. This study concludes that GenAI is an effective adaptive learning medium for improving students' digital literacy. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a GenAI implementation model that integrates adaptive learning with the five dimensions of digital literacy among Information Systems students in a comprehensive manner.

ancial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan—OJK) as the institution authorized to regulate and supervise capital market activities. This study aims to analyze the legal framework governing OJK's supervision of market manipulation practices, assess the effectiveness of its implementation, and identify the factors influencing the success of such supervision. This study employed a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that OJK's supervisory authority is supported by a strong legal framework under Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of supervision continues to face challenges arising from technological developments, the increasing complexity of market manipulation schemes, and limitations in supervisory capacity. This study concludes that strengthening institutional capacity, optimizing the use of technology, and enhancing inter-agency coordination are essential to improving investor protection and maintaining the integrity of the capital market. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the legal framework, supervisory effectiveness, and technology-based market manipulation challenges within a single analytical framework.

These conditions highlight the need to reconstruct the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents so that the family may once again serve as the primary center of faith formation. This study aims to analyze the essence of Christian parents' spiritual responsibility from theological and pedagogical perspectives, explain its implementation in Christian Religious Education within the family, and examine its implications for the development of children's faith, character, and spirituality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method. The findings reveal that parents' spiritual responsibility is manifested through exemplary living, faith-based communication, spiritual discipline, and sustainable family relationships. The study also proposes a conceptual model consisting of four main components: theological foundation, pedagogical relationship, family spiritual practices, and children's character transformation. It is concluded that reconstructing parents' spiritual responsibility strengthens the family as the primary context of Christian Religious Education while fostering synergy among families, churches, and educational institutions. The novelty of this study lies in integrating theological and pedagogical perspectives into a contextual, dialogical, participatory, and transformative model for reconstructing the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents.

The research employs a historical method with a qualitative approach through the stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography, focusing on M. Quraish Shihab's scholarly works and relevant academic literature. The findings reveal that M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought has developed consistently through a dialogue between the Qur'an, the tradition of Qur'anic exegesis, and the realities of Indonesia's pluralistic society. The concept of wasathiyyah is understood as a principle of balance grounded in justice, public benefit (maslahah), and respect for human dignity. Its implementation is reflected in Tafsir Al-Misbah and his other scholarly works, which contextualize Qur'anic teachings within the spheres of social life, education, and nation-building. This study concludes that M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought constitutes a significant intellectual foundation for strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the coping strategies employed by working mothers with toddlers and identify the factors influencing their selection of coping strategies. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using purposive sampling to recruit working mothers with children under five years of age employed at a Correctional Center. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while data trustworthiness was ensured through source triangulation and member checking. The findings indicate that the coping strategies adopted by participants include social support, emotional regulation, relaxation activities, and the development of positive perspectives toward work and childcare responsibilities. The selection of these strategies is influenced by family support, personal experiences, job characteristics, the work environment, and individuals' ability to adapt to various demands. The study concludes that the successful management of dual roles among working mothers depends on their ability to integrate multiple coping strategies adaptively according to the situations they encounter. The novelty of this study lies in revealing coping strategies as an adaptive process that integrates social support, emotional regulation, relaxation activities, and positive perceptions of the work environment as part of maintaining a balance between occupational responsibilities and childcare.

The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, with data analyzed through the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that the student digital card is easy to understand, operate, access, and learn, thereby accelerating transaction processes, improving service efficiency, and supporting more systematic financial record-keeping. The main obstacles identified include technical disruptions, network limitations, and the absence of independent features for checking account balances and transaction histories. This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study population consisted of 87 employees, all of whom were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings reveal that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.388. Work discipline also demonstrates a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.310. The work environment emerges as the most dominant variable, with a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 1.238, and a beta coefficient of 0.417. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by an F-statistic of 40.438 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.594 indicates that 59.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence that the work environment constitutes the most dominant factor affecting employee performance within the Department of Education and Culture of Jayapura City, an institution characterized by distinctive organizational features and service-area conditions.

chatbots, virtual counselors, and digital mental health platforms presents various opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications that require comprehensive examination. This study aims to analyze the opportunities offered by AI, the challenges associated with its implementation, and the ethical implications of its use in online counseling services. The study employed a literature review method with a qualitative approach, examining 15 scientific articles published between 2016 and 2026. Data were analyzed using content analysis through the synthesis of findings from previous studies. The results indicate that AI has the potential to expand access to counseling services, improve service efficiency, support preliminary assessments, and facilitate the delivery of more personalized and data-driven interventions. However, the use of AI continues to face several challenges, including limitations in understanding human emotions and social contexts, the risk of inaccurate responses, algorithmic bias, and the potential for user dependency on technology. The most prominent ethical concerns involve privacy protection, data security, algorithmic transparency, system accountability, and professional responsibility. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a supportive tool or co-counselor for professional counselors rather than a replacement for human practitioners. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of the opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of AI into a comprehensive analytical framework.
