rmance demands indicate that training programs alone are insufficient to produce optimal athletic performance; therefore, sports nutrition strategies become a crucial component in supporting athletes’ physiological adaptation processes. The research problem addresses how sports nutrition contributes effectively to improving the power and endurance of volleyball athletes based on recent scientific evidence. This study aims to systematically analyze the contribution of sports nutrition to enhancing the physical capacity of volleyball athletes through a scientific literature review approach. The research method employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA framework to examine articles indexed in Scopus and SINTA published between 2015 and 2024. The identification process yielded 312 articles, followed by a rigorous screening and eligibility assessment that resulted in 22 articles meeting the inclusion criteria, with 10 core studies analyzed in depth to obtain a synthesis of relevant scientific findings. The results indicate that carbohydrate periodization of 6-8 g/kg body weight per day contributes to an improvement in vertical jump performance by approximately 3-6%, while optimal protein intake of 1.6-2.2 g/kg body weight per day increases peak power by about 4-8%. Creatine monohydrate supplementation of 3-5 g per day has been shown to enhance explosive power by 5-12%, whereas beta-alanine supplementation improves anaerobic work capacity by 8-14%. Hydration strategies and carbohydrate regulation also contribute to an increase in VO₂max by 2-5% and reduce the fatigue index by 6-10%. The findings confirm that sports nutrition functions as an essential mediator between training stimuli and the neuromuscular as well as metabolic adaptation responses of athletes. The novelty of this study lies in its conceptual synthesis that positions nutritional periodization as an evidence-based integrative strategy for sustainably optimizing the power and endurance of volleyball athletes.

The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method to explore community-based learning processes through family apprenticeship, direct observation, and practical experience that integrates technical skills, aesthetic sensitivity, spiritual values, and Javanese philosophy. The findings reveal a distinctive learning ecology that emphasizes the internalization of tacit knowledge, character formation, and the close relationship between learning processes and socio-cultural life. The community also demonstrates adaptive resilience through its ability to adopt innovation without abandoning core cultural principles. The conclusion confirms that ethnopedagogical practices among the Muntilan stone carvers represent an effective and relevant contextual education model to support the preservation of intangible cultural heritage while addressing the challenges of modern education. Higher education institutions providing distance education face challenges in delivering digital learning materials that are not only easily accessible but also capable of sustainably enhancing students’ learning motivation. The research problem addressed in this study focuses on the extent to which the utilization of Android-based digital learning materials influences the learning motivation of students at Universitas Terbuka. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of using Android-based digital learning materials on students’ learning motivation in the context of distance education. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method as the research design. The research sample consisted of 97 Universitas Terbuka students from UT Ambon, UT Gorontalo, and UT Makassar, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted through simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the analysis indicate that the utilization of Android-based digital learning materials has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation, as evidenced by a regression coefficient value of 0.442 and a significance value of 0.000, which is below the 0.05 significance threshold. These findings confirm that improvements in the intensity and quality of using Android-based digital learning materials are directly associated with increased student learning motivation. The novelty of this study lies in strengthening empirical evidence on the effectiveness of Android-based digital learning materials in a cross-regional distance education context, while also providing practical contributions to the development of digital learning strategies aimed at enhancing the learning motivation of Universitas Terbuka students.

This study aims to analyze the relevance and contribution of the philosophical streams of Essentialism and Reconstructionism in the development of contemporary Christian Religious Education. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature review, using descriptive–interpretative analysis of relevant scientific, philosophical, and theological sources. The findings indicate that Essentialism makes a significant contribution to strengthening the foundations of faith, shaping Christian character, and internalizing core Christian values that are normative and sustainable. Conversely, Reconstructionism positions CRE as a means of social renewal that encourages learners to actively engage in justice, social responsibility, and societal transformation. The integration of these two philosophical approaches enables CRE to develop holistically by balancing spiritual, moral, and social dimensions within the educational process. The conclusion of this study affirms that Essentialism and Reconstructionism possess strategic relevance as a philosophical foundation for contextual and transformative Christian Religious Education. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative philosophical model that harmonizes the firmness of faith with an orientation toward social change, thereby offering a new conceptual framework for the development of Christian Religious Education that is adaptive to the challenges of modern education without losing its theological essence.

This study is grounded in the need to understand the attitudes of early adult Fujoshi in a more nuanced and non-simplistic way, particularly through the framework of attitude theory encompassing cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. The research problem focuses on how Fujoshi aged 18-40 interpret, experience, and express their attitudes toward homoromantic fiction content and its relationship to social values and norms in real life. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with three Fujoshi informants who are members of the XX fan chat group. The findings indicate that social media and peer networks play a significant role in the process of becoming a Fujoshi, as well as in shaping relatively intensive and repetitive patterns of content consumption as a form of emotional entertainment. Cognitively, the informants recognize that homoromantic fiction is related to LGBT issues; however, at the affective level, their interest is primarily driven by the uniqueness of the narrative structure and character dynamics rather than by sexual orientation itself. In the conative dimension, most informants do not demonstrate a tendency to support LGBT practices in real life; some even hold conservative views and display critical awareness of the potential negative impacts of their hobby, which they perceive as not fully aligned with prevailing social norms. The study concludes that Fujoshi attitudes are complex, ambivalent, and highly contextual. The novelty of this research lies in revealing a clear differentiation between the consumption of homoromantic fiction as a form of symbolic entertainment and individuals’ value positions toward social reality, which are often normatively conflated in previous assumptions.

The research problem of this study focuses on how these three variables shape consumer purchasing decisions amid increasingly intense e-commerce competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion, and product quality on purchasing decisions in e-commerce by employing a qualitative approach through a literature review of various relevant scholarly sources, including both national and international journals. The findings indicate that competitive pricing aligned with consumers’ perceived value has a strong influence on attracting purchase intentions, while appropriate, sustainable, and communicative promotional strategies are able to enhance consumer awareness and purchase motivation. On the other hand, product quality is proven to be a key determinant in building trust, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in online transactions. The conclusion of this study confirms that price, promotion, and product quality simultaneously contribute positively and significantly to e-commerce purchasing decisions. This condition raises both conceptual and practical issues regarding how to design a model of Islamic Religious Education that systematically, applicatively, and contextually integrates scientific knowledge and spirituality within contemporary higher education. This study aims to formulate such an integrative framework through a qualitative approach based on an in-depth literature review of books, journal articles, and research findings, which are analyzed thematically and conceptually. The results identify three main strategies: the development of an interdisciplinary curriculum that internalizes ethical–tawhidic values within professional sciences, the implementation of value-based pedagogy that connects spiritual concepts such as as-sidq and al-amanah with real-life case studies, and the strengthening of campus culture that supports value internalization through co-curricular activities and community service. The synthesis of findings indicates that this integrative model has the potential to enhance students’ moral awareness, spiritual resilience, and ethical decision-making capacity in responding to the dynamics and complexities of modern life. The conclusion emphasizes that the integration of scientific knowledge and spirituality in Islamic Religious Education is not merely a curricular supplement, but a strategic necessity in higher education. The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. An in-depth analysis of the findings reveals that learning models that position students at the center of activity are able to facilitate more meaningful learning experiences through game situations that closely resemble real on-court conditions. Furthermore, the interaction patterns created through game activities contribute to the development of psychomotor skills and increase students’ readiness to engage confidently in competitive scenarios. Evaluation of various forms of implementation suggests that game-based learning innovations, whether through structured models or application-based media, hold significant potential to improve the quality of badminton instruction. Nevertheless, this review also identifies several challenges, including limited long-term studies, research concentration at specific educational levels, and insufficient exploration of affective and cognitive variables. mpetition among driver-partners, which directly affects fluctuations in their income. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of competition level, working hours duration, and fare policies on the income of GoRide partners in Denpasar City. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with the population consisting of all active GoRide driver-partners in the area. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% significance level, resulting in 67 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to examine the effect of each independent variable on income as the dependent variable. The results show that the competition variable has a significant negative effect on partner income, indicating that the higher the level of competition, the lower the income earned. Conversely, working hours have a positive and significant effect, indicating that increased working duration directly contributes to higher income. Meanwhile, fare policy shows a positive but insignificant effect, meaning that although there is a statistically positive relationship, the effect is not strong enough to significantly impact income. These findings highlight the importance of efficient management of working hours and strategic adaptation to competition levels as efforts to maintain the economic sustainability of driver-partners. In addition, platform providers are advised to periodically review fare policies to ensure they remain aligned with market dynamics and partner needs, in order to maintain a sustainable income balance.
