Abstract:Medical personnel are a group of workers who are at high risk of experiencing work accidents and occupational diseases. One type of occupational disease that is often experienced by medical personnel is mental illness. Mental…
ental illnesses experienced by medical workers can have a negative impact on their quality of life, performance and productivity. Therefore, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness have the right to receive protection and guarantees from the government and employers. However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

Abstract:The Caesarean section (C-section) rate increased steadily in the past two decades in Indonesia. People have a common belief that cesarean delivery is less painful, and safer than vaginal delivery. Risk factors for maternal…
al infection are clearly recognised, therefore Antibiotic prophylaxis at caesarean section is widely recommended to prevent maternal infection. The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.
Abstract:Regional Autonomy is a strategic step taken by the government to overcome uneven development in Indonesia where local governments are responsible for improving regional development. One of the important factors for the success…
uccess of regional development is the effectiveness of local revenue reflected through local taxes. The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.
Abstract:Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax or what can be called PBB-P2 is one of the revenues included in Regional Original Income (PAD). With the existence of Law Number 23 of 2014 which is an amendment to Law Number 32 of…
2004 concerning Regional Government, and Law Number 33 of 2004 concerning Financial Balance between the Central Government and Regional Government which will give authority to the Government Regions to PBB-P2 areas in order to carry out government functions and increase regional income sources. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using several data obtained from research conducted by the Central Statistics Agency from 2017 to 2021. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the level of PBB-P2 effectiveness in Trenggalek Regency is classified as very effective. In contrast to the level of contribution of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax to PAD, it is actually still not optimal. With this research, it is hoped that Trenggalek Regency can create new strategies and treatments to improve the system for managing Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax revenues in the context of optimizing Original Regional Income in Trenggalek Regency.
Abstract:PT Berau Coal as one of the National Coal mining companies operating in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, is always trying to increase its coal production. PT Berau Coal's production target in 2014 is 23 million tons (Source:…
ce: PT Berau Coal's 5-year long-term plan document). This increase in production can basically be achieved in 2 (two) ways, namely: 1. This is done by adding heavy equipment such as loading equipment and production transportation equipment so that production capacity becomes greater. 2. This is done by maximizing the productivity of mechanical equipment, namely existing loading and transport equipment. Increasing production capacity by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment is a relatively cheaper way than adding heavy equipment. Efficiency is the key to increasing the productivity of existing mechanical tools. Based on considerations of the company's need to increase production, one of which is by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment, this research aims to conduct a study on the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment carried out at the Agaru Pit mining block 44-50 at the Samabarata site. PT Berau Coal so that the results of this study can determine the productivity of each mechanical device. The research method is carried out using direct computation, tabular method, and comparison between theoretical and actual and using the theory of calculation equations. Where the supporting data for analysis is in the form of field data as primary data and literature data as supporting (secondary) data. The results of this research study are the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment where there are deviation values between actual and theoretical, both positive deviation (the optimum positive deviation between actual and theoretical is 97.3%) and negative deviation (optimum negative deviation between actual and theoretical is -11.8 %).
Abstract:This research aims to explore innovation in batik coloring techniques through the collaboration of conventional wax and stamp methods with Shibori resist dyeing, known as Shibotik. Conducted at Batik Komar, the qualitative…
ve approach employed involved participant observation and in-depth interviews. Over a five-month period, the researcher actively engaged in activities at the batik house, observing production processes, interacting with craftsmen, and creating works using Shibotik coloring techniques. The findings reveal that Batik Komar successfully developed Shibotik as an innovative form of textile art. By combining six basic Shibori dyeing techniques—Arashi, Itajime, Kanoko, Kumo, Miura, and Nui—they created new patterns that blend the clarity of traditional batik motifs with the unpredictable edges of Shibori motifs. This collaboration not only produces beautiful and narrative fabrics but also has a positive impact on the community. The increased interest in Shibori, particularly among young entrepreneurs, creates economic opportunities and new jobs. However, suggestions for further research highlight the creative potential of coloring techniques and their economic and cultural impact, particularly on Indonesia's cultural heritage. The study also outlines practical implications, such as enhancing education and training opportunities in batik and Shibori techniques at the local level. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability suggests investigating the application of Shibori techniques with environmentally friendly principles. In conclusion, Shibotik contributes not only to preserving Indonesia's batik heritage but also opens new potentials in the creative industry. Its novelty lies in cross-cultural collaboration and the creative utilization of coloring techniques, presenting new opportunities for textile art development. The implications can guide further research in the contexts of education and the sustainability of traditional arts.
