The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, attitudes and support from health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic among visitors at Tanjung Pura Hospital, Langkat Regency. The method in this research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was all visitors to Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital in October 2022 with a total sample of 96 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data collected was obtained by interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that knowledge was poor as much as 57.3%, positive attitude was 56.3%, support from health workers was poor as much as 53.1%. The results of bivariate analysis show that the knowledge variable is 0.000, attitude is 0.001, support from health workers is 0.001. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the variables of knowledge, attitudes and support of health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended that hospitals implement strict health protocol checks, such as carrying out checks at hospital entrances, making regulations regarding health protocol raids, and imposing sanctions for those who do not comply with health protocols.

District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. Therefore, sellers must ensure product quality that meets the requirements of sacrificial animals and customer preferences, as this significantly affects satisfaction.

This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

Denpasar City reached 32,476 MSMEs and the sample used was 100 MSMEs in Denpasar city. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on respondents who owned MSMEs in Denpasar City. The results of the t test can be obtained t-count of the Intrapreneurship variable of 1.231 with a significance value of 0.221. This significance value is greater than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means that Intrapreneurship has a positive and insignificant effect on Financial Performance. The results of the t test can be obtained by the t-count value of the Organizational variable of 5.052 with a significance value of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means the organization has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Based on the results of the F test, the F value is 20.324 with a significance level of 0.000, so simultaneously the Intrapreneurship and Organization variables have a significant effect on the Financial Performance variable. As well as from the test results of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value shows a value of 0.295 or 29.5% indicating that the ability of the independent variable to explain the effect on the dependent variable and the remaining 70.5% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variable.

The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, with 27 companies selected as samples, making a total of 135 companies studied from the period 2017-2021. The research technique used was multiple linear regression analysis.Partially, the findings of this research state that: 1) Activity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, indicated by a significant value of 0.052 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 1.963 > 1.65648. 2) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.044 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 2.038 > 1.65648. 3) Solvency has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 18.944 > 1.65648. 4) Simultaneously, activity, liquidity, and solvency have a positive and significant effect on profitability, as indicated by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 147.949 > 3.07. The determination test shows that 76.7% of the variations in activity, liquidity, and solvency affect profitability, while 23.3% (100% - 76.7%) is influenced by other factors beyond the independent variables studied in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2021.

In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

The subjects of this study include consumers who purchased Jotun brand paint products from CV. Asia Maju Rantauprapat during the period specified by the author. Determining the sample size used the purposive sampling technique with a total of 65 consumers. To analyze and analyze the research data, it was carried out using the computer program SPSS version 20 with instrumental testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Research results show that marketing experience, price and brand trust have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. At the same time, marketing experience, price and brand trust have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions with a contribution of 0.888 or 88.80% and the remaining 11.20% is influenced by other factors. Other factors were not considered in this study.

Tujuan peneliti menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur, terutama untuk mengenal sumber informasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan di Lapas Cilegon sudah sesuai dengan UU No. Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelayanan Pemasyarakatan merupakan peraturan perundang-undangan yang positif dan harus dilaksanakan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasyarakatan. Faktor pendukung upaya Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cilegon dalam mengembangkan keterampilan narapidana antara lain kondisi penjara yang baik, pelatihan narapidana yang bersifat bottom-up, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta pelatihan berbasis keluarga dan pemberian gaji. . Faktor-faktor yang menghambat upaya Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cilegon untuk mengembangkan keterampilan narapidana antara lain kurangnya keterampilan penjaga penjara, terbatasnya pemasaran produk keterampilan dan populasi penjara yang kelebihan kapasitas.
