the correlation between the intensity of the quarter-life crisis (Variable X) and self-esteem (Variable Y) among active students at the State Christian Institute of Kupang (IAKN Kupang). Employing a sample of 30 participants gathered via probability sampling techniques, data collection was conducted utilizing Likert-scale questionnaires and statistically processed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The empirical analysis demonstrates a significant and highly robust positive correlation between the investigated constructs ($r = 0.769$; $p = 0.000$). This outcome highlights a noteworthy theoretical anomaly, wherein heightened levels of crisis are unexpectedly linked with enhanced self-esteem. This distinct psychological pattern is driven by active internal introspection, a purposeful pursuit of life meaning, and personal identity consolidation amid adversity. Furthermore, the campus culture at IAKN Kupang—characterized by comprehensive spiritual mentoring, robust peer networks, and a nurturing social atmosphere—serves as a constructive emotional buffer. These external dynamics empower students to navigate developmental stress adaptively, demonstrating that rather than diminishing their self-worth, the identity crisis ultimately bolsters their personal resilience.

The subjects of this study are 30 individuals experiencing long distance marriage. Data were collected using Likert scales, specifically the communication intensity scale and the marital commitment scale. The obtained data were analyzed using simple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between marital commitment and communication intensity. s well as its contribution to the achievement of SDG 13 (Climate Action) in coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2022–2024. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from sustainability reports. The sample consists of 17 coal companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 51 observations. Data analysis is conducted using content analysis with a dummy scoring method based on 17 indicators of the TCFD metrics and targets pillar. The results indicate that the level of environmental risk disclosure shows an increasing trend, from 37.71% in 2022 to 48.44% in 2024. However, the overall level remains moderate, indicating that companies are still in a transition phase toward more mature climate reporting practices. Basic indicators such as total emissions and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions are widely disclosed, while advanced indicators such as Scope 3 emissions and emission reduction targets remain limited. The findings also reveal that the contribution to SDG 13 is uneven: strong in providing baseline emission data, moderate in emission intensity efficiency, and weak in comprehensive inventory and long-term mitigation strategies. Furthermore, companies are categorized into three groups—best practice, intermediate, and resistant—based on their level of disclosure and EMA readiness. Companies with more developed EMA systems demonstrate stronger contributions to climate action. Overall, the study concludes that the coal sector shows positive but not yet optimal alignment with SDG 13, requiring improvements in methodological transparency, Scope 3 measurement, and science-based emission targets.

ata were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 88 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Gorontalo State University and analyzed using SPSS version 25 by conducting validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results show that: (1) the Theory of Planned Behavior has a positive and significant effect on the Intensity of E-Wallet Usage, (2) Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on the Intensity of E-Wallet Usage, and (3) both variables simultaneously exert a significant influence. The results indicate that financial literacy significantly increases fintech usage, and fintech usage positively influences digital shopping behavior. The direct effect of financial literacy on digital shopping behavior becomes insignificant when fintech usage is included in the model, indicating that fintech usage fully mediates this relationship. These findings suggest that financial literacy encourages students to be more active in using fintech, and it is the intensity of fintech usage that drives their digital shopping behavior. This study highlights the importance of strengthening financial literacy and understanding financial technology to foster healthy financial behavior among students.

bMed, Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, and Google Scholar for studies published between 2015 and 2025. Eligible articles were original research (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods) focusing on service delivery or care models for older adults and explicitly addressing inclusivity, integration, person-centeredness, or collaborative care, with full-text availability in English or Indonesian. From 1,280 records, 1,010 unique articles were screened, 80 full texts were assessed, and 10 studies were included in the final synthesis. Across studies, inclusive elderly care was most consistently implemented through integrated, person-centred, team-based delivery combining comprehensive assessment, individualized care planning, coordinated follow-up, and cross-sector collaboration. Stronger benefits were typically observed among frail older adults when care intensity was aligned with comlplex needs by risk stratification and case management. Mental health integration emerged as a critical component for community-dwelling older adults, supporting the integration of psychological care into routine elderly healthcare pathways rather than parallel programs. Evidence from institutional settings indicated that partnership-based models involving nurses, caregivers, and older adults can improve functional outcomes. Overall, the findings support scaling integrated community and institutional partnership approaches, while future research should strengthen reporting on implementation fidelity, equity impacts, and cost-effectiveness to guide sustainable adoption of inclusive, gerontic-friendly care models.

Changes in consumer behavior that increasingly rely on digital platforms to obtain information, evaluate purchasing decisions, and interact with brands have made adaptation to digital marketing an unavoidable requirement. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and effectiveness of digital promotion strategies through the utilization of digital advertising (paid advertising), endorsements, and social media campaigns in enhancing brand awareness and consumers’ purchase intention toward JNC Cookies. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation of social media activities, and analysis of the performance of implemented digital marketing campaigns. In addition, several supporting indicators were measured, such as content reach, engagement rate, consumer interactions, and changes in sales volume during the campaign period. The collected data were subsequently analyzed to identify the relationship between digital promotional activities and consumer responses. The expected outcomes of this study include the formulation of an applicable digital promotion strategy model for food-sector MSMEs, recommendations for the development of sustainable social media campaigns, and the mapping of the roles of endorsements and digital advertising in strengthening the brand positioning of JNC Cookies. The findings of this study are expected to provide practical contributions for MSME practitioners in optimizing the use of digital media as an effective, measurable, and consumer-oriented promotional tool.

The methods used include initial surveys, digitalization socialization, application usage training, hands-on assistance, and evaluation. The results show that MSME actors experienced improvements in transaction recording accuracy, inventory control, and accessibility of sales reports. The implementation of the Sales Master application positively impacts operational efficiency and supports the independence of local MSMEs.

n of perioperative pain management in a patient with appendicitis at UPT RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. A descriptive case study design is employed using a perioperative nursing care approach covering preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. The subject is a 44-year-old male patient diagnosed with appendicitis who undergoes appendectomy. Data are collected through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation, with pain assessed using the Numeric Rating Scale. Nursing interventions focus on non-pharmacological pain management, including deep breathing relaxation in the preoperative phase and Benson relaxation therapy in the postoperative phase. The results show a decrease in pain intensity and anxiety before surgery, effective control of intraoperative bleeding, and gradual reduction of postoperative pain accompanied by improved tissue integrity and patient knowledge. This case study demonstrates that appropriate non-pharmacological nursing interventions effectively support perioperative pain management and enhance patient recovery in appendicitis cases.

Physical environmental factors, including air quality, temperature, humidity, and wind speed, play an important role in influencing dust generation, dispersion, and inhalation exposure. This narrative review aims to synthesize current evidence on the influence of physical environmental conditions on silica exposure and silicosis development, integrating findings from environmental monitoring studies, epidemiological research, and experimental Wistar rat models. A literature search was conducted using major scientific databases to identify relevant peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2024. The reviewed evidence indicates that prolonged or high-intensity exposure to silica dust is strongly associated with chronic pulmonary inflammation and progressive fibrosis. Environmental conditions can exacerbate exposure risk by increasing airborne particulate concentrations and respiratory vulnerability. Experimental studies using Wistar rats provide mechanistic insights into silica-induced lung injury, supporting epidemiological observations in human populations. This review highlights the importance of integrating environmental, occupational, and biological perspectives to improve risk prediction, early detection, and preventive strategies for silicosis in coal-handling regions.
