The fact is that vocational school students cannot compete and are not ready to use it in the world of work, even though they are prepared to be able to immediately enter the business world. This phenomenon shows that the behavioral perspective which focuses on student behavior is unable to reconstruct vocational school students' entrepreneurial knowledge as literacy to provide knowledge for entrepreneurial readiness. Therefore, the aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial learning, internship experience and informal education on entrepreneurial readiness through entrepreneurial literacy as a study on vocational school students in Pangkep Regency.This research is quantitative research that emphasizes analysis based on data and numbers and relies on the conclusion of the results on an error probability of rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho) which is built on a strong theory. Data was obtained through observation, questionnaires and documentation with a population of 2,121 students using probabilistic sampling techniques. The research sample was 337 students. Next, the data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using structural equation modeling techniques to test the 8 hypotheses in the research. The results of the research show that the variables of entrepreneurial learning and internship experience have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial literacy and entrepreneurial readiness. However, informal education does not have a positive and significant effect on literacy. entrepreneurship and students' entrepreneurial readiness. In line with this, entrepreneurial literacy can mediate entrepreneurial learning, internship experience, informal education and entrepreneurial literacy towards the entrepreneurial readiness of Vocational High School (SMK) students in Pangkep Regency.

ed on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to evaluate and map student career readiness. The study uses 20 student samples and five assessment criteria: field-specific competence (C1), internship experience (C2), communication skills (C3), digital literacy (C4), and English language proficiency (C5). Each criterion is assigned a weight based on its relative importance. The TOPSIS method involves decision matrix construction, normalization, weighted normalization, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, distance calculation, and preference value calculation. The results show that Y11 achieved the highest preference value of 0.8296, followed by Y6 (0.7951), Y19 (0.7274), Y5 (0.7116), and Y2 (0.6999), while Y9 obtained the lowest preference value of 0.3112. Based on the classification results, 1 student (5%) was categorized as Highly Ready, 5 students (25%) as Ready, 12 students (60%) as Moderately Ready, and 2 students (10%) as Not Ready. These findings demonstrate that TOPSIS can effectively rank and classify student career readiness based on multiple assessment criteria. The proposed system can support higher education institutions in identifying students’ readiness levels and developing more objective, targeted, and data-driven career development strategies.

Metode pelaksanaan internship dilakukan melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pembuatan konten media sosial, desain grafis untuk kebutuhan branding, produksi video promosi dan office life, serta penulisan artikel SEO berdasarkan riset kata kunci menggunakan tools digital marketing. Selain itu, penulis juga berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan operasional pendukung seperti meeting evaluasi, kunjungan warehouse, serta event pameran industri. Hasil dari kegiatan internship menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi digital marketing berbasis konten kreatif dan optimasi SEO mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan brand awareness perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui terciptanya lebih dari 30 konten digital di PT Mitra Teknindo Sejati dan lebih dari 140 konten desain di Publishjurnalofficial, peningkatan followers media sosial, serta publikasi artikel SEO yang berhasil masuk halaman pertama Google Search Engine Results Page (SERP) dan Ringkasan AI Google. Selain memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi perusahaan, internship ini juga meningkatkan kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill penulis di bidang digital marketing. Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan flowchart dan UML. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu membantu pengelolaan data konsumen secara lebih terstruktur, mempercepat pencarian data, serta mendukung pembuatan laporan dengan lebih mudah.

This internship aimed to analyze the existing processes and design a more effective consumer data management information system. The study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results indicate that the proposed system can support more structured consumer data management, accelerate data retrieval, and facilitate report generation more efficiently.

un berdasarkan kegiatan magang yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa selama empat bulan di Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pelaksanaan rapat paripurna, mahasiswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman administratif, tetapi juga mengembangkan kompetensi profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, serta mendukung layanan administrasi dan publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa magang melalui kontribusi dalam Tata Kelola Persidangan dan Komunikasi Publik pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung, keterlibatan aktif dalam tugas, dan komunikasi informal dengan pegawai. Narasumber penelitian ini terdiri dari staf Sub Bagian Persidangan serta staf Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan sidang paripurna. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa magang berkontribusi aktif dalam mendukung administrasi persidangan, penyusunan notulen hasil rapat dan risalah rapat, pengelolaan dokumentasi kegiatan, serta koordinasi teknis pelaksanaan rapat paripurna. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan rapat paripurna.
The internship program is a policy that provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. One implementation is internships in government agencies. This research was compiled based on internship activities carried out by students for four months in the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. Through direct involvement in the implementation of plenary sessions, students not only gain administrative experience, but also develop professional competencies that are relevant to the needs of the world of work, as well as support administrative and publication services. This study aims to analyze the development of student intern competencies through contributions to Trial Governance and Public Communication at plenary sessions of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. The methods used in this activity include direct observation, active involvement in tasks, and informal communication with employees. The sources for this research consisted of staff from the Trial Sub-Section and Public Relations and Protocol staff of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council who were directly involved in the implementation of the plenary session. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation techniques by comparing the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the interns actively contributed in supporting the administration of the trial, preparing meeting minutes and minutes of meetings, managing activity documentation, and technical coordination of the implementation of plenary meetings. In addition, this study shows that the synergy between the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations at the plenary session of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of plenary sessions.
