Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi awal pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, masih ditemukan anak-anak yang mengalami kesulitan memahami konsep pengurangan karena proses belajar lebih banyak menggunakan metode konvensional tanpa didukung media pembelajaran yang menarik. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi penggunaan media pembelajaran Papan Jurang (Papan Pengurangan) sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu anak memahami konsep pengurangan secara konkret. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan cara penggunaan media Papan Jurang sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung pengurangan pada anak sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan memperkenalkan media, mendemonstrasikan penggunaannya, memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta untuk mencoba secara langsung, serta melakukan pendampingan selama proses belajar berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan antusias, mampu menggunakan media pembelajaran dengan baik, serta lebih mudah memahami konsep pengurangan. Penggunaan media Papan Jurang menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih aktif, menyenangkan, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal pengurangan. Dengan demikian, media Papan Jurang dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran matematika yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung pengurangan pada anak sekolah dasar.

yee engagement. This study aims to explore the role of transformational leadership in enhancing employee engagement within contemporary organizational contexts using a qualitative research design. Guided by a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in depth semi structured interviews with employees who had direct supervisory relationships in digitally mediated or hybrid work settings. Thematic analysis revealed four major themes: visionary inspiration and meaningful work, individualized support and psychological safety, intellectual stimulation and professional growth, and trust based relationships and organizational identification. The findings indicate that transformational leadership strengthens employee engagement by cultivating meaningfulness, empowerment, trust, and intrinsic motivation, which collectively enhance employees’ physical, cognitive, and emotional involvement in their work roles. The study extends existing leadership and engagement theories by providing contextualized insights into how transformational leadership is experienced in modern organizational environments. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of developing transformational competencies among leaders to sustain engagement and performance in increasingly complex and interconnected workplaces

This community service activity aims to increase students' knowledge at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru about the dangers of cyberbullying and encourage them to use social media responsibly. This activity was conducted through interactive outreach and education, such as video screenings, discussion sessions, and role-plays involving students. The activity results demonstrated increased students' understanding of the impacts, causes, and preventive measures of cyberbullying. Furthermore, students showed enthusiasm for becoming anti-cyberbullying digital literacy agents in their schools and communities.

This program aligns with the government's "Red and White Cooperative" initiative, which promotes digitalization and professional cooperative governance. The Pelatihan was conducted using a participatory approach involving lecturers, students, and cooperative actors. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of transaction recording, the preparation of simple financial reports, and the importance of transparency in cooperative fund management.
