The implementation methods included interactive training sessions, demonstrations of AI-based applications such as learning chatbots, and hands-on support in designing technology-based lesson plans.The workshop results showed that the pre-test score totaled 1,795, with an average score of 59.83. Following the training, a post-test was conducted to measure the improvement in teachers' understanding through the use of the chatbot application. The post-test score reached 2,520, with an average post-test score of 84.00, reflecting an increase of 30 points. This significant improvement highlighted the teachers' enhanced understanding and skills in using AI to create more dynamic, student-centered learning environments. Teachers expressed greater confidence in exploring innovative teaching methods that boost student motivation and participation. It is hoped that this training model can be adapted to other educational settings to support the sustainable integration of technology.

Abstrak: Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) ke dalam praktik pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Pelatihan dimulai dengan survei penilaian kebutuhan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi sesi pelatihan interaktif, demonstrasi aplikasi berbasis AI seperti chatbot pembelajaran, dan pendampingan langsung dalam merancang rencana pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Hasil lokakarya menunjukkan bahwa skor pre-test mencapai 1.795, dengan skor rata-rata 59,83. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman guru melalui penggunaan aplikasi chatbot. Skor post-test mencapai 2.520, dengan skor rata-rata post-test 84,00, yang mencerminkan peningkatan sebesar 30 poin. Peningkatan yang signifikan ini menyoroti peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan AI untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan berpusat pada siswa, dan para guru menyatakan kepercayaan diri yang lebih besar dalam mengeksplorasi metode pengajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa. Diharapkan model pelatihan ini dapat diadaptasi ke lingkungan pendidikan lainnya untuk mendukung integrasi teknologi yang berkelanjutan.

irculation, making them vulnerable to extended power outages that can disrupt plant nutrition and lead to crop failure. The purpose of this activity is to address the issue of power outages that impacted the hydroponic gardens of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) Sepinggan Raya, Balikpapan, by implementing a solar-powered water pump and a water quality monitoring system. The program consisted of an initial survey, system development and installation, and training sessions on system operation and maintenance. Results indicate that the implementation of the solar pump and monitoring system improves hydroponic productivity while reducing operational costs previously dependent on the national electricity grid. Additionally, the project empowered the local women's group with renewable energy knowledge and modern farming technologies, promoting sustainable urban agriculture practices.

Abstrak: Pertanian hidroponik semakin populer di area perkotaan yang memiliki keterbatasan ruang karena efisiensi sumber daya dan hasil panen yang tinggi. Namun, sistem hidroponik seperti Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) sangat bergantung pada pompa listrik untuk sirkulasi air nutrisi secara berkelanjutan. Pemadaman listrik yang berkepanjangan dapat mengganggu suplai nutrisi dan berpotensi menyebabkan kegagalan panen. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan padamnya listrik yang terjadi di kebun hidroponik Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sepinggan Raya, Balikpapan dengan menerapkan pompa air tenaga surya dan sistem pemantauan kualitas air. Kegiatan meliputi survei awal, pengembangan dan instalasi sistem, serta pelatihan pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan teknologi bagi para petani. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan produktivitas kebun hidroponik dan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap jaringan listrik nasional (PLN). Selain itu, proyek ini memberdayakan kelompok tani dengan pengetahuan tentang energi terbarukan dan teknologi pertanian modern, mendorong praktik pertanian yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan urban.

The results of the outreach indicate an increase in MSME actors' understanding of the importance of digitalization and readiness to implement technology in daily business operations. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Di Kecamatan Sekupang, pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal pemahaman dan akses terhadap teknologi tersebut. Sosialisasi teknologi digital bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi, sehingga mampu bersaing di era digital. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini mencakup pemahaman dasar tentang penggunaan perangkat lunak bisnis, strategi pemasaran digital, serta pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi seminar, pelatihan langsung, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya digitalisasi, serta kesiapan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi dalam operasional bisnis sehari-hari. ce the prevalence of these diseases. The aspect used is quantitative with a participatory approach and is carried out as part of a form of community service program. This program not only aims to identify and resolve health problems, but also integrates research to support the sustainability of the interventions that have been designed by providing education regarding PHBS and providing KUJARAI herbal drinks. Data was collected through village consultations involving 924 family heads. Participants were selected purposively. Measurements were carried out using the USG (Urgency Seriousness Growth) method. Data were analyzed descriptively and statistically. Itching is the main health problem with the highest score (U=99, S=101, G=105; total 305). This program has succeeded in increasing public awareness of sanitation and personal hygiene. Community-based interventions such as simple water filtration and hygiene education have proven effective in reducing skin diseases in Jaring Halus Village. Future research needs to assess the sustainability of intervention programs to prevent the return of sanitation-related diseases.

Abstrak: Desa Jaring Halus mengalami masalah sanitasi yang serius, termasuk penyakit gatal-gatal akibat air yang tidak bersih dan lingkungan yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi masalah utama kesehatan masyarakat, merancang intervensi untuk mengurangi prevalensi penyakit tersebut. Aspek yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan dilakukan sebagai bagian dari bentuk program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Program ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan, tetapi juga mengintegrasikan riset untuk mendukung bagaimana keberlanjutan dari intervensi yang sudah dirancang dengan melakukan penyuluhan mengenai PHBS dan memberikan minuman herbal KUJARAI. Data dikumpulkan melalui rembuk desa yang melibatkan 924 kepala keluarga. Partisipan dipilih secara purposive. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan metode USG (Urgency Seriousness Growth). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik. Penyakit gatal-gatal menjadi masalah kesehatan utama dengan skor tertinggi (U=99, S=101, G=105; total 305). Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap sanitasi dan kebersihan pribadi. Intervensi berbasis komunitas seperti penyaringan air sederhana dan penyuluhan kebersihan terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi penyakit kulit di Desa Jaring Halus. Penelitian selanjutnya perlu mengkaji keberlanjutan program intervensi untuk mencegah kembalinya penyakit terkait sanitasi.

Conveniently, one class was taken as the sample of this current activity which consisted of fourteen participants coming from different grades of elementary school. A Dictation test was administered as pretest and posttest before and after intervention to portray the young learners’ achievement level. The result showed that using thematic pictures was significantly impactful in enriching young learners’ English vocabulary mastery (.00 < .05). Ultimately, some pedagogical implication were also addressed accordingly in this present activity to young learners, future facilitators as well as researchers.

Abstrak: Mayoritas pembelajar muda di Indonesia memiliki masalah dengan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah penggunaan gambar tematik dapat memperkaya kosa kata bahasa Inggris pelajar muda atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Mudahnya, satu kelas diambil sebagai sampel kegiatan kali ini yang terdiri dari empat belas peserta yang berasal dari berbagai tingkatan sekolah dasar. Tes Dikte diberikan sebagai pretest dan posttest sebelum dan sesudah intervensi untuk menggambarkan tingkat prestasi pelajar muda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gambar tematik memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam memperkaya penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris pelajar muda. Pada akhirnya, beberapa implikasi pedagogis juga dibahas dalam kegiatan ini kepada pelajar muda, fasilitator masa depan, serta peneliti.

wledge and competence of teachers in providing digital teaching materials to facilitate differentiated learning, which impacts the formation of students' character optimally. This training and mentoring is an effort to improve teacher knowledge and competence in providing teaching materials. This activity involved 30 teachers through two methods, namely: socialization, training and mentoring (the practice of making AI-based learning videos). The activity results showed that all participants experienced an increase in understanding related to the concept of digital teaching materials and increased competence in making AI-based learning videos. This is evidenced by the products that have been produced by the training participants.

SD Negeri 140 Seluma memiliki SDM dengan jumlah yang relatif banyak baik guru maupun peserta didik. Namun, hal ini sekaligus menjadi tantangan bagi sekolah SD Negeri 140 Seluma dimana beberapa permasalahan yang seringkali dihadapi yaitu masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru dalam menyediakan bahan ajar digital untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, sehingga berdampak pada pembentukan karakter peserta didik secara optimal. Pelatihan dan pendampingan ini merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru dalam menyediakan bahan ajar. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 orang guru melalui dua metode yaitu: sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan (praktik pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis AI). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memproduksi video pembelajaran berbasis AI, yang dibuktikan melalui produk video yang dihasilkan.

Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup pengumpulan data dari bahan pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. r that reason, this community service activity highlighted the impact of TOEFL preparation class on the non EFL learners’ achievement. One class was used as the sample of this activity in which it consisted of twenty students coming from different major in one of private universities in Palembang, southern region of sumatera. Descriptive analysis with experimental design was used. A test was administered to see whether or not there was a significant improvement on the non EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score achievement. The results revealed that achievement level of the participants were in the elementary and intermediate category. Besides, statistically there was a significant improvement on the EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score intervened by the provision of TOEFL preparation class. Thus, it could be further concluded that TOEFL preparation class was impactful on the non EFL undergaduates’ English achievement.

To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.

The challenges faced include: 1) the drying method for shrimp paste is conducted by sun-drying, which means that during the rainy season, the drying process for shrimp paste takes a long time and hampers the production process; and 2) sales of processed shrimp paste products are currently limited to the local community. To address these issues related to the extended drying process and to expand marketing efforts, this PkM initiative developed a shrimp paste drying tool tailored to the needs of the PKK KB Khinasih women. Additionally, outreach activities were conducted to educate them about design and packaging strategies that could be beneficial for hosting product exhibitions. The dryer has been handed over to the PKK women for suitability testing with regard to its function, quality, and capacity. KB Khinasih has also adopted label and sticker designs for packaging processed rebon shrimp paste products.
