The Effect of Implementing Project Based Learning on the Problem Solving Ability of Class X Students in Economics Learning at MAN

Abstract: This study aims to, 1) analyze the differences in problem-solving skills between students who are given treatment in the form of applying the Project Based Learning model with students who are given a conventional model… in Economic Learning at MAN Jeneponto, 2) to analyze the effect of applying Project Based Learning on the problem-solving skills of class X students in economic learning at MAN Jeneponto. The research method used is quasi-experiment with Nonequivalent (Pretest and Posttest) Control Group Design. Data collection methods are through tests (pretest and posttest), questionnaires, and documentation. The number of samples in this study were 76 students, where in the experimental class there were 38 students and in the control class 38 students. The data analysis used is the N-Gain of the experimental class and control class, as well as the experimental class Hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the N-Gain of the experimental class is in the high and effective category, while the control class is in the low and less effective category. This means that the application of Project Based Learning is effective on the problem solving skills of class solving ability of class X students in economic learning at MAN Jeneponto

Synergy of Digital Advertising Innovation in Increasing Millennial Repurchase Interest: Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" and Celebrity Endorser

Abstract: Compared to traditional-based advertising, innovations in digital advertising techniques by e-commerce players have now attracted repurchase interest from various generations, including millennials. Therefore, this study… aims to evaluate the influence of Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers on repurchase interest, mediated by purchase decisions. Using purposive sampling, this study involved 300 millennial respondents who are Shopee “COD Cek Dulu” consumers and employed a quantitative approach based on data analysis through Smart PLS. The results revealed that Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers significantly positively affect purchase decisions. Moreover, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on repurchase interest and were found to mediate the relationship between Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers with millennials' repurchase interest. However, while celebrity endorsers showed a significant positive effect on repurchase interest, advertising had an insignificant effect on repurchase interest.

Differences in Accounting Laboratory Learning Outcomes Based on Educational Background

Abstract: This research aims to find out how student learning outcomes differ in the Accounting Laboratory course based on previous educational background. The population in this sample is all 91 students who filled out the Googleform… form provided. The sample size was obtained using the Yamane formula for the two independent variables, namely SMK with 40 students and SMA with 20 students. The type of research in this research is quantitative comparative using the independent sample t-test analysis technique, with the test carried out being a difference test of one group of samples (pairs). The results of this research are that there is no statistically significant difference between the learning outcomes of students with vocational/MAK backgrounds and the learning outcomes of students with high school/MA backgrounds. Abstract: Many students decide to choose concentration because of pressure from other parties, such as parents, siblings, or the surrounding environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore and understand in depth the… he dynamics of decision-making in financial management concentration. The research was conducted with a phenomenological approach that reveals deep aspects that have not been revealed in the scientific literature so that it becomes a novelty about the dynamics of student decision-making in choosing a concentration. This research uses qualitative methodology with an interpretive paradigm and transcendental phenomenology approach. The key informants of this study were 8th students of financial management concentration. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The dynamics of decision-making regarding the choice of financial management concentration are caused by academic preferences, the impact of social interaction, and job opportunities. Even though the Pajarakan Subdistrict area has large agricultural land, it does not make farmers feel benefited when the harvest season… eason arrives, because many of the farmers feel at a loss because their crops are bought by collectors at low prices. The purpose of this research is to create a system for selling agricultural products to help farmers sell agricultural products directly to agents in order to get a higher price than the price of collectors. In this study, a system was successfully created with the name YUK TANI based on Android using Android Studio, and the CodeIgniter 4 framework for creating REST APIs, and MySQL as database storage. With this system of selling agricultural products, it is hoped that it can help farmers in the Pajarakan District area to improve their economy when post-harvest arrives.

Therefore, this system can facilitate PT Sugar Group Companies in optimizing the use of resources and developing service quality.

The Influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of PT Citra Buana Adi In East Jakarta

Abstract: The aim of the research is to determine the influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta. The method used was quantitative, through collecting… ing questionnaire data on a sample of 35 respondents. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a constant value of 4.170, a regression value for the employee performance variable of 0.260 and a regression value for the service quality variable of 0.288. This means that all independent variables have a direct influence on variable Y. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that there is an influence of 54.6%, meaning that Employee Performance and Service Quality have an influence of 54.6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. This proves that there is an influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence has become a transformative technology in the field of financial technology, leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning to identify risks and make informed decisions. However, its widespread… ead adoption presents new challenges related to ethical use, data privacy, security concerns, potential bias, and discrimination. This study aims to explore the benefits of AI-based risk management in Fintech while highlighting associated challenges and providing recommendations. This research utilises the systematic review methodology to analyse existing literature and identify important patterns, gaps, and areas for further investigation. The study utilised data gathered from the Scopus database to obtain credible scholarly materials. Research data was collected from a variety of countries including the United States, China, European nations, and other Asian countries in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of AI-based risk management on a global scale. The findings highlight the crucial role of ethical considerations in implementing AI-based risk management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Moreover, the fintech industry needs to establish strong data protection measures and address issues related to bias and discrimination in order to instil trust and uphold public confidence in AI-based risk management. Future research should emphasise  assessing the effectiveness of different algorithms and approaches while also examining potential regulatory frameworks and legal implications associated with AI-based risk management strategies.

The Role of Pricing in Increasing Customer Satisfaction: Analysis of The Barbershop Services Industry in Makassar City

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the role of price in increasing customer satisfaction in the barbershop service industry in Makassar City. The barbershop services industry has grown rapidly in recent years, and competition… between service providers has become increasingly fierce. One factor that influences customer decisions is the price offered by the service provider. Therefore, this research aims to explore how price can influence customer satisfaction in the barbershop context. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to barbershop customers in Makassar City. Data processing was carried out using regression analysis to identify the relationship between price and customer satisfaction. The research results show that price has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in the barbershop service industry. These findings indicate that barbershop service providers need to consider appropriate pricing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Competitive prices and in line with the quality of services offered can provide added value for customers. Apart from that, this research also shows that there are other factors that can influence customer satisfaction, such as service quality, barbershop environment, and overall customer experience. This research contributes to the understanding of the role of price in increasing customer satisfaction in the barbershop service industry. The results of this research can be a reference for barbershop service providers in developing effective marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maintain competitiveness in a competitive market.

Analysis of The Income Statement in The Room Department of The Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel by Aston in 2020-2022

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the Income Statement of the Room Department at Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel in the 2020-2022 time span. The hospitality industry plays an important role in the tourism industry and the… he economy of a region. The existence of hotels not only provides a significant economic impact through income and employment for local communities, but also has a social impact by improving living standards and social conditions. The results of this study indicate that although Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel offers various additional facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, massage services, and others, room types such as Superior Room and Deluxe Room continue to contribute significant departmental profits. However, there was a decrease in the Room Department's profit and loss at the end of 2017 due to room renovations and new facilities, as well as in 2019 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in guest visits. This study uses quantitative research methods with a positivism approach. Primary data was obtained from the financial statements of the Rooms Department of Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel for 2020-2022. Data collection techniques involved field research with observation, direct interviews, and documentation.
