The law states that the purpose of adopting a child is simply to improve the welfare of the child.This research aims to find out and examine Islamic legal regulations regarding the inheritance rights of adopted children. The position of children in Islamic law is still attributed to their biological guardians and not to their adoptive fathers. Moreover, in Islamic inheritance law, adopted children do not get inheritance privileges from the father who supports them, but the freedom of inheritance returns to the biological father of the child being cared for. Children raised in Islam can acquire property from their supportive father through a bequest course and then a mandatory will course. Since taking over, the children and their supportive father have been seen as having been a huge help in their respective lives. Therefore, as a substitute for the freedom inherited from the younger generation, Islamic law provides a way through mandatory gifts and wills.

The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The problem in this research is that students have low disciplinary attitudes when in class and also during the teaching and learning process. This is because the subject is a person who is not comfortable studying and remaining silent in class for a long time. In this problem, to overcome this problem, behavior modification is carried out using the token economy technique. The subject used in this research was 1 boy from class 2 of SD Muhammadiyah Gresik who had a low disciplinary attitude. This research aims to determine the increase in student discipline by modifying behavior using the token economy technique. In the implementation, research subjects were given intervention or treatment in the form of rewards by sticking stickers for 21 days with pretest, intervention and posttest stages, then their disciplinary attitudes were observed and at the end of the session if the target behavior that was changed showed good changes then the subject would be given a reward according to the agreement at the beginning. where the prize is exchanged for the number of stickers obtained during the session. This can be seen from the pretest results, the significance value obtained was 10 and for the posttest results the significance value obtained was 13. Based on the gain score calculation, it showed that the subject experienced an increase of 3 scores from the pretest score of 10 to 13. During the posttest this showed an increase but it was not significant.

The ability to build strong relationships with the congregation significantly influences their spiritual development. Additionally, empathy and compassion are qualities that pastors must possess to support their interpersonal skills. Diagnostic skills are also crucial for a pastoral counselor. With these skills, the counselor can identify the problems faced by the congregation and provide assistance or refer them for further treatment. Interpersonal skills help build open relationships, while diagnostic abilities are essential in identifying the root causes of the congregation's issues. In the diagnostic process, assessment and interpretation skills are vital to understanding the congregation's problems comprehensively—emotionally, mentally, socially, culturally, and spiritually—so that the solutions provided can be effective and accurate. In teaching, the Lord Jesus often used natural media as a way for Him to convey His Word. This research discusses the role of audio visual media used by teachers in delivering various topics. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. nefits, the use of AI also presents challenges related to the quality of therapeutic relationships, privacy, data security, and ethical considerations. This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the roles, impacts, and ethical challenges of AI within a single framework, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the development of e-counseling based on collaborative interaction between technology and professional counselors.

to get healing instructions. This research aims to uncover the ritual communication contained in Balian Bawo, which is communication between ancestors and the Balian Bawo. Researchers used hermeneutical phenomenology methodology by taking 6 people as sources. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that Balian Bawo ritual communication is seen in three ways, namely 1. Communication is with communicators, namely Balian and ancestors as communicants to convey messages about healing instructions through the intermediary of sowing rice which then includes dance and the sounds of bracelets as a connecting frequency amplifier; 2. Communion in the Balian Bawo Ritual in traditional medicine occurs not because of periodic activities every year, but is present when people need treatment; and 3. Common means that the local community can help the family prepare for the Balian Bawo Ritual activities and the Balian Bawo ritual procession can be followed by the local community as long as they comply with the existing regulations during the activity procession which is a form of community awareness of the existence of the Balian Bawo healing ritual.

As such, Christian youth play a very important role in addressing this threat. This research aims to examine the contribution of Christian youth in preventing the spread of religious radicalism ideology through social media. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study, where data is obtained from various relevant scholarly sources. The results of the study show that Christian youth can use social media as a tool to spread messages of peace, tolerance, and inclusivity. This is important in fostering harmony amidst religious diversity in Indonesia. Christian youth can play an active role by correcting the misconceptions often propagated by radical groups. By spreading positive and constructive messages, Christian youth can help society become more discerning in filtering information, thus reducing the potential spread of hatred. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with an ethnographic perspective, allowing the researcher to observe and understand phenomena within a broader social context. Data collection was carried out through interviews with traders and market visitors, direct observation of the coin exchange activities, and documentation of activities related to these transactions. The collected data were then analyzed using three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the practice of coin exchange not only facilitates transactions in the market but also serves as a medium for applying arithmetic operations in everyday life. This activity encourages the development of logical thinking skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, which are frequently used in the bargaining process or in determining the price of goods. Furthermore, coin exchange helps maintain price stability and increases transaction efficiency in the market by reducing dependence on paper money, which is often difficult to divide accurately. Thus, the study concludes that the application of ethnomathematics in coin exchange activities at Sarwono Market provides dual benefits, both in the economic context and in mathematics education.
