ital era. Some of the problems identified include low interest in reading, difficulty in simple arithmetic operations, and lack of clarity in the library. Therefore, students have developed several programs to improve digital literacy and numeracy in schools. Recommended programs such as reading fluency, coloring pages, math puzzles, bullying education, library organization, and literacy corners will help students improve their literacy and digital skills. Interactive and varied learning methods aim to increase student interest and participation in the learning process. Apart from that, the use of technology is also an important part of increasing digital literacy and numeracy. Through training, workshops, development of digital educational content, and integration of digital and computing skills into the curriculum, we aim to enable students to develop skills that meet the needs of our time. Through these programs, it is hoped that students will improve their literacy and numeracy skills, help them handle digital information better and prepare them to face the challenges of this digital era. We hope that the results of this Teaching Campus program can provide great benefits for education and the development of students' skills at school.

ency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that employee performance is generally good but not yet optimal. The organizational characteristics show that duties and functions have been carried out properly, although challenges remain, particularly regarding employee capabilities, which affect the timeliness of task execution. The work environment is divided into external and internal environments. The external environment, which includes factors outside the organization, influences decision-making and organizational actions. The internal environment, which encompasses the organizational climate, plays a crucial role in the overall functioning of the organization. Regarding employee characteristics, there is a variation in educational levels and employee competencies, which contribute to delays in completing tasks. Efforts to improve performance are being made through training provided by the sub-district head, which gradually helps employees master their duties.

n this context, youth not only act as users of technology, but also as developers of innovations that support the efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness of public services. Secondary data collected through document searches of literature, journal articles, government reports, and other official documents form the basis of this research analysis. The descriptive-analytical qualitative method is used to describe and criticise various aspects of the role of youth in e-government. Case studies such as "LAPOR!" and "Qlue," as well as hackathon initiatives, show how youth directly contribute to the development of digital solutions. In addition, their participation in e-participation platforms such as "Musrenbang Online" shows active engagement in technology-based decision-making processes. Youth also play a role in digital literacy campaigns, helping less tech-savvy communities to utilise e-government services. Involvement in advocacy and research further underlines the potential of youth as a source of innovative ideas and solutions. The results of this study confirm that the contribution of youth in supporting e-government is significant and covers various aspects, from technology development, participation in policy processes, to education and advocacy. Thus, youth are the main key in accelerating the digital transformation of government, ensuring that technology can be maximally utilised to improve the quality of public services and meet the needs of society in the digital era 5.0.

The research method used is a qualitative descriptive technique. Based on the research results, the availability of adequate health facilities and equipment at BPJS counters can help officers in carrying out their duties in providing services to BPJS participants and is a factor that influences services at BPJS counters in Merauke-General Region. the affected hospitals are physical evidence. In accessing health services, officers must be sensitive in handling patient complaints and nursing staff must be responsive in resolving complaints from BPJS participants. Additionally, conversation visualization programs are employed to help children understand and develop vocabulary. The study found that the learning process demands patience, creativity, and technological support to improve the cognitive and communication skills of deaf children. The school also emphasizes practical skill development through activities like woodworking and beauty salon workshops, preparing students for independent living. This research highlights the importance of inclusion-based character education, family involvement, and a supportive social environment, which are expected to enhance the active participation of deaf children in their communities. ironment, which is full of academic and social demands, requires good self-adjustment for students to cope with pressures and achieve academic performance. This study aims to identify the influence of self-efficacy on academic adjustment through a systematic literature review by analyzing journal articles from the last five years obtained from electronic databases such as Science Direct, ProQuest, Springer Link, and Google Scholar. From this search, six journals relevant to the research theme were identified. The review results indicate that five journals show a direct relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, while one journal shows an indirect involvement. In conclusion, self-efficacy significantly helps new students adjust to the academic and social challenges at the university, which in turn enhances academic performance and reduces stress. This study highlights the importance of studying new students and using a systematic literature review to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, which has not been widely discussed in previous research.
