Prihatiningsih, Diah Prihatiningsih, Ulfianjani, Ni Komang Ayu Resiyanthi
Abstract: Thalassemia is a blood disorder that is passed down genetically from parents to their children. The body cannot form normal red blood cells resulting in them being damaged easily and having a short life of less than 120… days and anemia, requiring continuous blood transfusions to maintain hemoglobin levels in the body. A history of repeated blood transfusions can cause excess iron in the body which is characterized by an increase in serum ferritin levels which can cause damage to kidney function by looking at creatinine levels. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between ferritin and creatinine levels in children with thalassemia. This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling technique. The sample used was 12 samples. Data processing in this study used the Shapiro-Wilk Normality test and the Pearson Correlation test in bivariate analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between the ferritin and creatinine levels in children with thalassemia where the value of Sig. 0.212 > 0.05 (p> 0.05), and shows a significant negative correlation of -0.389. Ibrahim Nazaril Al-Qotani, Andi Brata Nugraha, Eliyanto Anugerah Putra, Rustamaji
Abstract: Signal interference or noise is one of the main problems in data transmission that can reduce information quality in both analog and digital systems. This study aims to visually analyze the effects of noise using audio software.… oftware. The method used is simulation-based, where a pure signal is used as an initial reference before being subjected to various levels of interference. The analysis results show that in analog signals, noise causes permanent waveform distortion that is difficult to recover. In contrast, digital signals tend to maintain data integrity as long as the interference does not exceed a certain threshold. These differences in signal characteristics can be visually observed through waveform displays in the software. The results indicate that digital systems have advantages in maintaining signal quality in noisy environments and have the potential to be used as educational media for basic telecommunication and signal processing studies.

Abstract: BPJS services certainly cannot be separated from efforts to maintain service quality standards which at least include service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure, as… s well as the competence of service personnel. Therefore, BPJS as an institution that provides health insurance to the public should measure the quality of services provided, especially through the HIS program. The aim of this research is to describe how the Health Insurance Administering Agency (BPJS) provides services at the Merauke Regency Regional General Hospital (RSUD Merauke Regency). The research method used is a qualitative descriptive technique. Based on the research results, the availability of adequate health facilities and equipment at BPJS counters can help officers in carrying out their duties in providing services to BPJS participants and is a factor that influences services at BPJS counters in Merauke-General Region. the affected hospitals are physical evidence. In accessing health services, officers must be sensitive in handling patient complaints and nursing staff must be responsive in resolving complaints from BPJS participants. Apart from that, nurses or civil servants must be punctual and each have an educational background related to BPJS. This applies to both training in the health and non-health sectors and the last is certainty, namely that to get services from BPJS, patients must follow the procedures set out in regional regulations, do not follow

Efektivitas Pengelolaan Kelas pada Masa Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas di SMAN 6 Sinjai

Andi Fadilah Mutia
Abstract: This study is motivated by changes in the education system due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which have led to the implementation of Limited Face-to-Face Learning (Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas/PTMT) in schools, thereby requiring… equiring more adaptive and effective classroom management at SMAN 6 Sinjai. The research problem is how teachers’ classroom management strategies are implemented and the extent of their effectiveness in supporting the learning process under conditions of limited time, interaction, and facilities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of classroom management during PTMT using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that classroom management is categorized as highly effective, with 85% of learning activities implemented as planned, 88% of teachers applying active learning strategies, and 90% of classroom arrangements complying with health protocols, resulting in a 40% reduction in classroom disturbances. Furthermore, 78% of students reported greater comfort in a conducive learning environment, while the utilization of sanitation facilities consistently reached 95%. Although 82% of teachers experienced an increased workload, learning stability was maintained through adaptive strategies and collaboration. The study concludes that the effectiveness of classroom management is determined by the integration of instructional planning, environmental management, and students’ psychosocial adaptation. The novelty of this study lies in the concept of crisis-based adaptive classroom management that simultaneously integrates pedagogical, health, and character-building dimensions, while emphasizing teachers’ dual roles as facilitators and risk managers in the PTMT context. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing classroom management practices in secondary schools during crisis and educational transition situations, as well as strengthening more responsive, flexible, and sustainable learning policies aimed at improving student learning outcomes in the current Indonesian educational context.

Differensiasi Kurikulum sebagai Strategi Pembelajaran Efektif bagi Anak Cerdas dan Berbakat Istimewa di Kelas Inklusi

Intan Shajida Raehanun, Eka Zulbaeni, Mesatun Hasanah
Abstract: An inclusive education structure that prioritizes equitable access and participation without discrimination, gifted and talented children (GTC) are often overlooked by the system due to the dominance of a homogenized curriculum… riculum not designed to address their unique needs. GTC possess complex learning profiles, characterized by high intellectual capacity, rapid knowledge acquisition, and intense interests and creativity that exceed the average. The mismatch between conventional teaching approaches and the distinctive needs of GTC in inclusive environments creates serious pedagogical challenges, notably the hindered realization of their full potential. This article aims to critically examine the effectiveness of differentiated instruction as an adaptive curriculum strategy in addressing the diverse needs of GTC within inclusive classrooms. Through a systematic literature review, the differentiation approach is analyzed within the framework of modifying content, process, and product of learning based on students' readiness, interests, and cognitive profiles. The findings indicate that the implementation of differentiation significantly enhances intrinsic motivation, active engagement, and academic achievement of GTC, while maintaining social cohesion in the classroom. Differentiated instruction also contributes to the creation of an inclusive, dynamic, and pedagogically equitable learning environment. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual integration of differentiation principles with inclusive practices as a foundation for curriculum design that emphasizes individual excellence and appreciation of diversity. These findings offer substantive contributions to the development of a more transformative and responsive pedagogical paradigm, while also providing both theoretical and practical foundations for educators in designing curriculum interventions that empower all learners, including those with exceptional capacities.

Pendekatan TEACCH dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Anak dengan ASD: Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis

Lukmanul Hakim, Muh. Hasani, Muh. Rusli Umaini
Abstract: Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) commonly face challenges in independent learning and mastery of functional skills due to deficits in communication, social interaction, as well as repetitive and restricted… behaviors. The Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children (TEACCH) approach was developed to address the specific educational needs of this population through structured, visually based, and strengths-based learning. Although the effectiveness of TEACCH has been widely reported globally, studies systematically examining its application within the Indonesian educational context remain limited. This study aims to critically evaluate the effectiveness of the TEACCH approach in enhancing independent learning among children with ASD in Indonesia. Using a systematic review method based on the PRISMA protocol, 15 scholarly articles published between 2017 and 2024 were thematically analyzed to identify TEACCH’s contribution to increasing independence in academic contexts and activities of daily living (ADL). The analysis revealed that TEACCH implementation consistently enhances children’s independence, as indicated by significant improvements in academic task completion (with an average score increase of 34–50 points), as well as improvements in ADL skills such as dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene. The success of this approach is determined by the integration of structural elements, such as environmental organization, the use of visual aids, consistent routines, and collaboration between teachers and parents. This study concludes that TEACCH is an adaptive, effective, and relevant approach for implementation within the Indonesian education system. The novelty of this research lies in its contextual focus on TEACCH application in Indonesia, as well as strategic recommendations for its integration into special education (SLB) and inclusive school curricula through systemic educator capacity-building.
