Abstract:Academic achievement is a measure of students' learning outcomes, encompassing aspects of knowledge and skills. Academic performance serves as a crucial indicator in evaluating students' learning progress. MAS Al-Wasliyah…
h Petatal is committed to providing quality education but still faces limitations in applying technology to evaluate student learning. The current evaluation process relies on teachers' subjective assessments, which restricts the information about students' progress. Therefore, the implementation of machine learning is proposed as a solution to enhance objectivity in student learning evaluation through more effective data processing. The method used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which can group or classify data based on specific patterns. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which machine learning can process student learning evaluation data through the analysis results obtained from the clustering process, which are then used as benchmarks to improve the evaluation system and provide feedback for students needing improvement in their academic performance. The data used comprises students' grades from the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 210 data points. The clustering results produced three clusters: the "good" cluster with 60 students, the "average" cluster with 99 students, and the "low" cluster with 51 students.
Abstract:The Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) is a government house renovation program aimed at low-income communities. This program aims to enhance self-sufficiency in construction and improve the quality of houses,…
facilities, infrastructure, and public utilities through the principle of mutual cooperation. BSPS recipients must meet several criteria, such as income, house ownership status, house size, floor type, wall type, roof type, and water source. To address issues based on these criteria, Data Mining techniques using the Naive Bayes method were employed. This study utilized a dataset of BSPS recipients in Air Genting Village, Air Batu Sub-district, comprising 88 samples. The classification results from applying Naive Bayes yielded a precision value of 84%, a recall value of 81%, an F1-score of 82%, and an accuracy of 81%. The objective of this research is to facilitate the classification of eligible and rightful recipients of government assistance in the form of BSPS. The results of this study are expected to provide an alternative solution in determining BSPS recipients in Air Genting Village, Air Batu Sub-district
Abstract:Efficient queue management is a major challenge in public services, including in Cibeunying District. Traditional manual systems often lead to unorganized queues, long waiting times, and public dissatisfaction. This study…
y aims to design and implement a more modern and structured technology-based queue numbering system. The system is designed as a web-based application that allows users to take queue numbers directly on-site or via mobile devices. Additionally, the system is equipped with an automatic call feature, where if a number is not present after two calls, the next number is automatically called. The implementation results show that this system can improve service efficiency, reduce waiting times, and provide a more convenient experience for the community. With this system, the Cibeunying District can significantly optimize the quality of its public services.

The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data analysis techniques using sources according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The number of informants in this study was 10 informants. research results. Based on the discussion of the three dimensions of tangible public service, reliability, and responsiveness, it can be concluded that public services in Harapan Makmur Village have shown real efforts to meet community expectations, although their implementation still faces various challenges. In terms of tangible, the availability of information boards is quite good physically, but not yet fully effective in conveying messages clearly and inclusively. From the aspect of reliability, the commitment to timely and procedural services is indeed visible, but it is not evenly distributed and there are still complaints regarding inconsistency. Meanwhile, in terms of responsiveness, village officials have shown good intentions to respond to community needs, but consistency in responding to complaints and needs of residents still needs to be improved.

Abstract:This study aims to identify the effectiveness of farmer group associations (Gabungan Kelompok Tani) in empowering the farming community in Kampung Jaya Makmur, Kurik District. The research employs a descriptive qualitative…
ve approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study analyzes organizational effectiveness based on four indicators: Human Relations (focusing on organizational involvement), Open System Model (adaptation and innovation), Internal Process Model, and Rational Goal Model (productivity and goal achievement). The results show that in Kampung Jaya Makmur, the head of the farmer group association has never conducted socialization or training for farmer groups on how to produce or provide natural fertilizers using locally available materials, despite the uncertainty of continuous fertilizer supply. The effectiveness of farmer group associations in empowering the community is highly needed to support farmers in becoming more independent. Farmer group associations can provide services such as access to technological information and capital, as well as establish partnerships with external parties. This study recommends that farmer group associations strengthen participation and member involvement through more regular deliberation forums and active engagement of all levels of farmers. It also emphasizes the need to enhance the use of technology and alternative agricultural methods, such as organic fertilizers, and to expand training and mentoring programs so that farmers can reduce their dependence on chemical fertilizers.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the social interaction of the Kanum ethnic group as cross-border actors between the Sota area (Indonesia) and Waiber (Papua New Guinea). The Kanum people are indigenous…
communities residing on both sides of the border, sharing strong historical, cultural, and economic ties. The research was conducted in Kampung Sota, Sota District, Merauke Regency, South Papua Province, using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and interactive model analysis by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings reveal that the key supporting factors for social interaction are mostly located in Sota-Indonesia, including better geographic access, infrastructure availability, border pass policy, favorable security conditions, and active economic and educational activities. On the other hand, the main hindering factors are found in Waiber-PNG, such as difficult geographic access, lack of infrastructure, limited governmental policies, and issues related to civil registration. Culturally and socially, the Kanum people experience no barriers due to shared values, traditions, and language. This study concludes that cross-border interdependence is not solely determined by national boundaries but also shaped by socio-cultural dynamics and inclusive policies.

can be designed to optimize village potential, overcome internal weaknesses, and take advantage of opportunities and face external threats. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that Tof-Tof Village has strengths in the form of potential natural resources and strong social cohesion, but faces weaknesses such as limited basic infrastructure and village apparatus capacity. Development opportunities come from the support of Papua's special autonomy policy and partnerships with external institutions, while threats include geographical isolation and dependence on external assistance. The conclusion of this study shows the need for participatory and adaptive strategic planning in facing the dynamics of sustainable village development.
