Thus, religious activities at MTs Terpadu Berkah are not only school routines but also crucial means in shaping the character and morals of students, as well as strengthening their bonds with religious values. The implementation of religious activities at MTs Terpadu Berkah is supported by effective coordination among all team members, guided by the headmaster and educators. Through meticulous supervision, every step in the implementation of activities is evaluated and improved to ensure compliance with the established plans. Supervision not only focuses on material aspects but also considers the spiritual dimension to maintain consistency with religious values. District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. Therefore, sellers must ensure product quality that meets the requirements of sacrificial animals and customer preferences, as this significantly affects satisfaction.

Andhika Kanishka ship at Muara Pantai Port, focusing on the factors, consequences, and strategies for addressing it. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis, and data was triangulated for analysis. The subjects for interviews included the ship's captain and crew. The research results indicate that: 1) Factors contributing to negligence are carelessness and psychological factors; 2) Consequences include errors during loading, difficulty in closing hatches and hatch covers, and cross-deck becoming dirty; and 3) Strategies for addressing negligence during duty involve maintaining communication, shifting cargo, and cleaning the ship's deck.

Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran karyawan terhadap pentingnya pelayanan prima. Pada setiap tahapan 4D, peserta mampu mengidentifikasi praktik pelayanan terbaik yang telah dimiliki perusahaan, merumuskan harapan pelayanan di masa depan, menyusun strategi penguatan budaya layanan, serta berkomitmen untuk menerapkannya dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan perbandingan hukum (comparative approach). Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan atas Al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab-kitab fikih muamalah, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta jurnal hukum mutakhir, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep ijarah bi al-’amal menempatkan upah sebagai hak yang harus dipenuhi secara adil, proporsional, dan tepat waktu, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur’an Surah At-Talaq ayat 6, Surah Al-Qashash ayat 26-27, dan hadis riwayat Ibnu Majah. Prinsip tersebut memiliki keselarasan nilai dengan semangat Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan, meskipun keduanya berbeda pada aspek sumber otoritas, mekanisme penetapan upah minimum, dan bentuk sanksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar nilai-nilai ijarah bi al-’amal, khususnya prinsip maqashid syariah, diintegrasikan sebagai basis etik dalam pembaruan kebijakan pengupahan nasional, terutama untuk melindungi pekerja pada sektor informal dan ekonomi gig yang belum sepenuhnya terjangkau oleh regulasi ketenagakerjaan formal.
Wages are a fundamental right of workers that must be protected, both from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This study aims to examine the concept of ijarah bi al-’amal in Islamic law as a philosophical foundation for wage protection, and to compare it with wage regulations under Indonesia’s Manpower Law. The results show that ijarah bi al-’amal positions wages as a right that must be fulfilled fairly, proportionally, and in a timely manner, as affirmed in the Quran Surah At-Talaq verse 6, Surah Al-Qashash verses 26-27, and the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, examining legal materials from the Quran, hadith, classical fiqh literature, statutory regulations, and recent legal journals. The findings reveal that the principles of ijarah bi al-’amal align with the spirit of Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 on Wages, although they differ in terms of the source of authority, minimum wage determination mechanisms, and forms of sanctions. This study recommends integrating the values of ijarah bi al-’amal, particularly maqashid syariah principles, as an ethical basis for reforming national wage policy, especially to protect informal and gig-economy workers not yet fully covered by formal labor regulations.

nd real-time network monitoring system, so network administrators often discover disruptions after receiving reports from users. This condition results in slow response to disruption handling and suboptimal network performance. This study aims to implement The Dude as a network monitoring system to support the optimization of Royal University's network infrastructure performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the stages of problem identification, literature study, system analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The monitoring system is implemented with The Dude Server architecture running on MikroTik CHR, while The Dude Client is used by the administrator via a laptop. The results show that the system is capable of performing network discovery, monitoring device status in real-time, displaying network topology visualization, recording monitoring history, and providing notifications when disruptions occur. System testing proves that all monitoring functions run according to the analyzed requirements. Thus, the implementation of The Dude is proven effective in increasing the speed of disruption detection, troubleshooting efficiency, and optimizing the network performance of Royal University.

Abstrak: Perkembangan infrastruktur jaringan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi menuntut adanya sistem pemantauan yang mampu mendeteksi gangguan secara cepat dan akurat. Universitas Royal belum memiliki sistem monitoring jaringan yang terintegrasi dan real-time, sehingga administrator jaringan sering mengetahui gangguan setelah menerima laporan dari pengguna. Kondisi ini berdampak pada lambatnya respons penanganan gangguan serta kurang optimalnya kinerja jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan The Dude sebagai sistem monitoring jaringan guna mendukung optimalisasi kinerja infrastruktur jaringan Universitas Royal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem monitoring diimplementasikan dengan arsitektur The Dude Server yang berjalan pada MikroTik CHR, sedangkan The Dude Client digunakan oleh administrator melalui laptop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan network discovery, memantau status perangkat secara real-time, menampilkan visualisasi topologi jaringan, mencatat histori monitoring, serta memberikan notifikasi ketika terjadi gangguan. Pengujian sistem membuktikan bahwa seluruh fungsi monitoring berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah dianalisis. Dengan demikian, implementasi The Dude terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi gangguan, efisiensi troubleshooting, dan optimalisasi kinerja jaringan Universitas Royal.

Because of this, kids may stop participating in extracurricular activities and never discover their true passions. Hence, it is necessary to have a decision-support system that can appropriately suggest extracurricular activities to kids according to their abilities. The purpose of this study is to develop and construct a recommendation system that makes use of the MCDM technique, more especially the ELCTRE method, which stands for the Elimination and Choice Translation Reality. By applying predefined criteria to a set of alternatives, this approach can choose the optimal one. The goal of this approach is to help students reach their full potential by recommending extracurricular activities that are both relevant and accurate.

Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang merasakan dampak dari pertumbuhan eksponensial dalam daya komputasi. Pemrosesan data dan pengambilan keputusan semakin bergantung pada penggunaan sistem teknologi informasi. Memilih kegiatan ekstrakurikuler secara manual di SMA Swasta Panti Budaya menyebabkan anak-anak kehilangan minat pada apa yang mereka sukai dan apa yang mereka kuasai. Karena hal ini, anak-anak mungkin berhenti berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan tidak pernah menemukan gairah sejati mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat secara tepat menyarankan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepada anak-anak sesuai dengan kemampuan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan membangun sistem rekomendasi yang memanfaatkan teknik MCDM, khususnya metode ELCTRE, yang merupakan singkatan dari Elimination and Choice Translation Reality. Dengan menerapkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya pada serangkaian alternatif, pendekatan ini dapat memilih yang optimal. Tujuan dari pendekatan ini adalah untuk membantu siswa mencapai potensi penuh mereka dengan merekomendasikan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang relevan dan akurat.

Abstrak: PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa yang berlokasi di Hessa Air Genting, Kecamatan Air Batu, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara.Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang penjualan dan distribusi yang memiliki cakupan cukup luas di pulau Sumatera. PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa menjual produk utama Indofood salah satunya minyak goreng bimoli. Kendala yang dialami oleh PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa sering mengalami masalah ketersediaan stock barang dikarenakan banyaknya permintaan produk dari konsumen. Selain itu ada masa dimana terlalu banyaknya persediaan (over stock) yang ada sehingga mengakibatkan terlalu tingginya beban biaya guna menyimpan dan memelihara bahan selama penyimpanan di gudang padahal barang tersebut masih mempunyai opportunity cost (dana yang bisa ditanamankan / diinvestasikan pada hal yang lebih menguntungkan). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode SMA dalam memecahkan masalah prediksi permintaan minyak goreng pada periode selanjutnya. Selain itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem peramalan yang digunakan oleh PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa dalam meramalkan permintaan Minyak Goreng tiap bulannya dan mengimplementasikan Metode Single Moving Average dalam meramalkan Permintaan Minyak Goreng khusunya minyak goreng Bimoli Pada PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa.
