skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.

The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan atas Al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab-kitab fikih muamalah, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta jurnal hukum mutakhir, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep ijarah bi al-’amal menempatkan upah sebagai hak yang harus dipenuhi secara adil, proporsional, dan tepat waktu, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur’an Surah At-Talaq ayat 6, Surah Al-Qashash ayat 26-27, dan hadis riwayat Ibnu Majah. Prinsip tersebut memiliki keselarasan nilai dengan semangat Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan, meskipun keduanya berbeda pada aspek sumber otoritas, mekanisme penetapan upah minimum, dan bentuk sanksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar nilai-nilai ijarah bi al-’amal, khususnya prinsip maqashid syariah, diintegrasikan sebagai basis etik dalam pembaruan kebijakan pengupahan nasional, terutama untuk melindungi pekerja pada sektor informal dan ekonomi gig yang belum sepenuhnya terjangkau oleh regulasi ketenagakerjaan formal.
Wages are a fundamental right of workers that must be protected, both from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This study aims to examine the concept of ijarah bi al-’amal in Islamic law as a philosophical foundation for wage protection, and to compare it with wage regulations under Indonesia’s Manpower Law. The results show that ijarah bi al-’amal positions wages as a right that must be fulfilled fairly, proportionally, and in a timely manner, as affirmed in the Quran Surah At-Talaq verse 6, Surah Al-Qashash verses 26-27, and the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, examining legal materials from the Quran, hadith, classical fiqh literature, statutory regulations, and recent legal journals. The findings reveal that the principles of ijarah bi al-’amal align with the spirit of Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 on Wages, although they differ in terms of the source of authority, minimum wage determination mechanisms, and forms of sanctions. This study recommends integrating the values of ijarah bi al-’amal, particularly maqashid syariah principles, as an ethical basis for reforming national wage policy, especially to protect informal and gig-economy workers not yet fully covered by formal labor regulations.

Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist the school in determining the priority of bullying prevention strategies. This study aims to design and implement the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method in a decision support system to determine the most appropriate bullying prevention strategy. The criteria used include program costs, target scope, resource requirements, and speed of implementation. The system was developed web-based to facilitate data processing and analysis. The results showed that the strategy of Integrating Bullying Material into Learning was the most appropriate strategy with a value of 0.0464. With this system, the resulting bullying prevention strategy recommendations are more measurable and data-based.

Abstrak: Perundungan di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan sosial yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena dapat berdampak pada kondisi psikologis dan proses belajar siswa. SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menentukan strategi pencegahan perundungan yang paling tepat, karena pemilihan strategi masih bersifat reaktif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu pihak sekolah dalam menentukan prioritas strategi pencegahan perundungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) pada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menetapkan strategi pencegahan perundungan paling tepat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi biaya program, lingkup sasaran, kebutuhan sumber daya, dan kecepatan pelaksanaan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Integrasi Materi Perundungan Ke Dalam Pembelajaran menjadi strategi yang paling tepat dengan nilai 0.0464. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi strategi pencegahan perundungan yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur dan berbasis data.
