oming and outgoing mail is one of the tasks that must be carried out so that the service process is maximized. But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.

Abstrak: Program Studi Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Terbuka. Tugas dan tanggung jawab program studi adalah mengelola layanan akademik maupun non akademik. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Model yang digunakan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan model watelfall, sedangkan model pengujiannya menggunakan black box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui usability dari implementasi surat masuk dan surat keluar di Program Studi Sistem Informasi

Abstrak: Semakin meningkatnya jumlah mahasiswa yang diluluskan setiap tahunnya menyebabkan banyaknya data mahasiswa yang perlu diolah sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengelompokan data tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan Data Mining dengan menggunakan metode Clustering untuk mengelompokkan kualitas lulusan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu berdasarkan IPK dan Program Studi. Algoritma yang digunakan yaitu K-Means Clustering, dimana data dikelompokkan berdasarkan karakteristik yang sama akan dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok yang sama dan set data yang dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok tidak tumpang tindih. Informasi yang ditampilkan berupa kelompok – kelompok lulusan mahasiswa yang mendominasi Program Studi, sehingga diketahui kelompok yang memiliki kualitas lulusan terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini akan membantu pihak Universitas dalam menganalisa kualitas mahasiswa yang diluluskan dan program studi yang paling berpotensi diminati. Software yang digunakan untuk membantu pengelompokan ini adalah Rapid Miner.

ased on the scopus database, descriptive bibliometric analysis with the visualization tool VosViewer was used to assess 385 documents on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and SDGs, which peaked in 2024 based on the period of 2010-2024. Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). This research sample involved the Language UPT of Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University as the research subject, with a focus on the implementation of the TOEFL test and related programs. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The collected data was analyzed using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The research results show that the implementation of the TOEFL test at the UPT Bahasa Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University has several weaknesses, especially related to inadequate physical facilities, lack of training for instructors, and lack of flexibility in the test implementation schedule. Despite this, the program was successful in improving participants' English language skills, although there is still a need to focus more on developing broader practical and communication skills. This evaluation provides recommendations for improvement and further development in the implementation of the TOEFL test program, with the hope that these steps will improve the quality of test implementation and provide a greater contribution to students' academic and professional progress.

System. This article details the design and development of the system using the waterfall method. The main objective of this system is to make it easier for administrative staff and students to process tuition payments. The research method used a needs analysis approach, consisting of observation and interviews. The waterfall approach was utilized for system implementation. The process involved requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and operation. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) served as an object-based system design visualization tool. The tuition payment information system provides login access with divided access rights for students, the Academic Administration Bureau, and the Financial Administration Bureau. The system includes features such as student data management, tuition payment verification, and report preparation. The results of implementation show positive changes in the efficiency and convenience of the tuition payment process for students and administrative staff. This article highlights the role of information systems in improving the efficiency of financial administration and services at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. By allowing students to monitor payments online, the system provides significant support for tuition payment management. Hopefully, this system will contribute positively to improving the quality of educational services at this university, creating efficiency in financial administration, and providing a basis for further development of the information system.

Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya juga menerapkan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Uang Kuliah yang efisien. Artikel ini merinci perancangan dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan staf administrasi dan mahasiswa dalam memproses pembayaran uang sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebutuhan yang terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Pendekatan waterfall digunakan untuk implementasi sistem. Prosesnya melibatkan analisis persyaratan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan operasi. Unified Modeling Language (UML) berfungsi sebagai alat visualisasi desain sistem berbasis objek. Sistem informasi pembayaran SPP menyediakan akses aktor login dengan hak akses terbagi untuk mahasiswa, Biro Administrasi Akademik, dan Biro Administrasi Keuangan. Sistem ini mencakup fitur-fitur seperti pengelolaan data siswa, verifikasi pembayaran SPP, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan perubahan positif pada efisiensi dan kenyamanan proses pembayaran SPP bagi mahasiswa dan tenaga administrasi. Artikel ini menyoroti peran sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan pelayanan keuangan di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. The 107 educational staff members of Bosowa University in 2026 make up the study population, and a complete sampling technique is used. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and personnel data recording were used to gather data. Descriptive statistics, basic linear regression, and various tests were employed in data analysis. Kinship-based recruitment procedures fall into the top category, according to the study's results (score 4.17). An estimated 52% of the 42 educational employees hired between 2023 and 2025 did so through non-competitive means that included nepotism. The performance of education staff hired prior to 2023 (score 3.70) and those hired between 2023 and 2025 (score 2.31) differs significantly, by 37.6%. 48.3% of the reduction in performance is positively and significantly impacted by family-based recruitment techniques. For education staff hired through non-merit methods, this report suggests implementing a meritocracy system, thorough HR audits, and competency improvement initiatives.

The results indicate a statistically significant increase in participants’ post-test scores compared to pre-test scores, confirming the effectiveness of the training intervention. The findings further demonstrate that the systematic alignment of needs analysis, instructional design, material development, interactive implementation, and quantitative evaluation contributed to positive learning outcomes. This study contributes to the literature on instructional design and talent development by providing empirical evidence that ADDIE-based training can effectively enhance negotiation skills in higher education contexts.

This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants consisting of the General Manager, Head of the Research and Development Division (Litbang), Head of the Member Resource Development Subdivision (PSDA), and members of LPM DINAMIKA UIN SU. The results of the study indicate that HRM plays a role in improving member quality through various coaching and competency development programs, and helps increase member activity through continuous motivation, coaching, and coordination. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as low member commitment, time constraints, and differences in motivation levels. Therefore, more effective and sustainable HRM management is needed to support the development of the organization and its members.
