d flexibility, it also presents various ethical challenges and professional demands for school counselors. This study aims to identify the ethical challenges associated with school-based e-counseling, analyze the professional considerations required of counselors, and examine the interrelationship among ethics, professionalism, and institutional support in the implementation of e-counseling services. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework through a comprehensive search of articles indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, ERIC, Scopus, and ProQuest published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the primary challenges of e-counseling include data confidentiality, client privacy, digital information security, professional boundaries, and limitations in nonverbal communication. The results further indicate that digital competence, adherence to professional ethical standards, and institutional support from schools are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of e-counseling services. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis that positions ethics, counselors’ digital professionalism, and institutional governance as three interrelated pillars essential for the development of safe, ethical, and professional e-counseling practices within school settings.

professional communication skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of job interview simulations and examine their impact on the job readiness of Generation Z in Bandung City. The study employed a descriptive-evaluative method involving 45 Generation Z participants. Data were collected through observation, performance assessments, documentation, and participant feedback. The findings indicate that job interview simulations effectively enhanced participants’ readiness, as evidenced by 85% of participants reporting that they felt highly prepared and confident, while the remaining 15% reported feeling prepared and confident after completing the program. Interviewers’ evaluations revealed that 70% of participants demonstrated a very good improvement in their ability to respond to interview questions, 18% showed good improvement, and 12% exhibited fairly good improvement. Participant satisfaction with the program was also notably high, with 77% reporting being very satisfied, 15% satisfied, and 8% fairly satisfied with the implementation of the activity. The results confirm that job interview simulations are effective in improving participants’ self-confidence, communication competence, and overall job readiness. The novelty of this study lies in the application of interview simulations based on authentic recruitment scenarios, evaluated through the dimensions of job readiness, communication competence, and participant satisfaction, thereby offering a practical career development model for Generation Z.

This study aims to analyze the electrical installation condition of SDN 002 Bontang Utara through the evaluation of lighting systems, power requirements, conductors, protection systems, and air conditioning based on PUIL 2011 standards and DIALux simulation. The study employed a field research method with a quantitative descriptive approach through observation, technical measurements, documentation, and lighting simulation analysis. The findings indicate that the school’s electrical installation still exhibits several discrepancies with actual technical requirements, particularly regarding the number and capacity of lamps, air conditioner capacity, and electrical power demand. DIALux simulation revealed that several rooms have not yet met the required lighting standards, while power analysis demonstrated that the actual demand of 25,794 VA exceeds the installed capacity of 22,188.8 VA, thereby necessitating adjustments to the protection and conductor systems to enhance installation safety and efficiency. The study concludes that the electrical installation of SDN 002 Bontang Utara requires improvements in lighting, cooling systems, power capacity, and electrical protection. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated evaluation of elementary school electrical installations through field analysis, PUIL 2011 technical calculations, and DIALux simulations across rooms with diverse functions, thereby producing more comprehensive and applicable recommendations.

This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. A qualitative approach was employed through a Systematic Literature Review of scholarly articles published between 2016 and 2026. The data were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis to identify key themes related to digital guidance and counseling services. The findings reveal that digital technologies enhance service accessibility, flexibility, and effectiveness, while also fostering innovation through the utilization of digital applications and artificial intelligence. Nevertheless, the transformation continues to face challenges, including counselors’ limited digital competencies, barriers to virtual therapeutic communication, and concerns related to ethics, privacy, and data security. The study concludes that a hybrid service model integrating face-to-face counseling with digital counseling represents the most appropriate approach for addressing students’ needs in the digital era. This study aims to analyze community empowerment through the development of tourism based on cultural weaving products, strengthen the bargaining position of local artisans, and examine efforts to maintain a balance between economic benefits and cultural preservation. The study employed a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design and involved 150 respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys. The findings reveal that experiential tourism increased average household income by 35% and enhanced women's participation by 42% through their involvement in production activities, training programs, tour guiding, and the management of creative enterprises. Traditional weaving products were successfully developed as the primary tourism attraction, generating greater economic value while preserving cultural integrity through the clear distinction between sacred and commercial products. The utilization of digital media further expanded market access and strengthened product competitiveness. . This condition highlights the importance of a strong theological foundation for cultivating Christ-centered spirituality. This study aims to examine the concept of the ethics of the cross in Philippians 2:5–11 from the perspective of Pauline Christology, identify the ethical values embedded within the passage, and explain their implications for congregational spiritual formation. The study employs a qualitative method with a theological-expository approach through library research and exegetical analysis of Philippians 2:5–11. The findings reveal that the ethics of the cross is rooted in Christ’s self-emptying, His taking the form of a servant, His obedience unto death on the cross, and His subsequent exaltation by God. This ethical framework is expressed through three principal values: relinquishing personal rights and privileges, serving with humility, and demonstrating complete obedience to the will of God. The findings further indicate that congregational spiritual formation should be centered on the transformation of the mind, a life characterized by service, and communal relationships that reflect the character of Christ. The novelty of this study lies in its formulation of the ethics of the cross as a systematic and Christ-centered model of spiritual formation that bridges Pauline Christology and the spiritual development of contemporary congregations.

This study aims to analyze the effects of training, work discipline, and organizational commitment on the performance of KSH in Medokan Ayu Sub-district, Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design involving 30 cadres selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that training has a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.312; p = 0.008), work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.354; p = 0.004), and organizational commitment exerts the strongest positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.421; p = 0.001). These results indicate that improving cadre performance requires the integrated enhancement of competencies, work discipline, and organizational commitment. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating that organizational commitment is the most dominant factor in improving cadre performance within community-based public service organizations, thereby extending the human resource management literature in the context of grassroots public service delivery.

The research problem focuses on how visual elements are constructed as an effective persuasive communication strategy to capture attention, evoke emotions, and influence audience perceptions and interests through the peripheral route based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model framework. The study employs a qualitative approach using content analysis of 11 Instagram posts from @colorrunfestivalid selected through purposive sampling, supported by observation and interviews. The findings indicate that visual dominance reaches 82%, characterized by the use of bright colors, expressions of happiness, and interactive activities that effectively generate emotional appeal and rapid audience engagement. Most audiences pay greater attention to visuals than to text and demonstrate a willingness to participate after viewing the experiential representations presented. The psychological effect of fear of missing out further reinforces this response. The persuasion process is found to occur predominantly through the peripheral route, marked by low cognitive elaboration and a high reliance on visual cues. The study concludes that visuals function as the primary determinant of effective digital persuasive communication, as they simultaneously construct meaning, emotion, and experiential expectations. The novelty of this research lies in affirming visuals as the core of digital persuasion strategies through the integration of emotional, social, and psychological dimensions, while also reinforcing the dominance of the peripheral route as a key mechanism in contemporary media consumption.
