on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.

The research method used by the author is quantitative research. The population in this study was all 30 students in class IX M at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining. This shows that student learning outcomes in the subject of moral aqidah have a very high level. Based on the research results, there is a significant positive influence of the use of learning media on student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. This is proven by the calculation results of the equation Y 140.383 + 0.219 In the table for testing the significance of the regression line equation from the 5th column regression row, namely Fcount (b/a) 1.407, and p-value 0.245 > 0.05, so that H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that the regressions of Y and X are significant. The correlation coefficient value obtained r_xy 0.219 < r_table 0.374 is included in the weak correlation because it is in the value range 0.20-0.39. The results of the coefficient of determination show that visual learning media (print) has an influence of 4.8% on student learning outcomes, while 95.2% is influenced by other factors.

The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

process at school. The method used in this research is the ADDIE method which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and evaluation. In this research, validation tests were carried out on experts, namely media experts, language experts, and material experts. The validation results from media experts obtained 83% with very feasible criteria. The linguist's validation results were 100% with very feasible criteria. The material expert validation results were 94.4% with very feasible criteria. The results of the student response questionnaire were 97.4% with very adequate criteria. These results show that interactive video learning media using Canva on theme 1 the Beauty of Togetherness subtheme 1 learning 1 is proven valid, interesting, innovative, and very suitable for use in the learning process.

is study aims to describe the role of the Teaching Assistance program in improving the teaching competence of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Teaching Assistance program significantly supported the improvement of four dimensions of student teaching competence, namely pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competence. Students gain direct experience in the world of education, practice teaching skills, prepare learning tools, and build positive communication and interaction with school residents. In addition, students also develop character and personality as prospective professional educators. Thus, the Teaching Assistance program has proven to be an effective strategy in preparing competent PGSD graduates who are ready to face the real world of education work.

Academic Year 2022/2023. The form of this research is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was all students of class XI MIPA at SMA Swasta Gajah Mada Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The sample in this study was taken using cluster random sampling, namely the experimental class of 30 students implemented to the Jigsaw cooperative mastery model assisted by PhET and the control class of 28 students implemented to the DI version. This observation tool uses an essay test with ten proven questions used in this study. The average pre-test score of the experimental class is 32.89 with a normal deviation of 2.99 and the average post-test score is 84.33 with a normal deviation of 2.72. These figures are based entirely on research findings. The suggested pretest ratings and desired deviations for the manipulation style were 35.44 and 3.82, respectively , and the intended posttest ratings were 71.33 and 5.93. Lcount Ltable was accepted for each instruction with a daily distribution, even as Fcount obtained Ftable for homogeneous elegance. The results of the statistical test (t-party test ) and dk 56 found that the initial abilities of the 2 lessons were the same because tcount < ttable, or -0.84 1.94, is true. Furthermore, exclusive treatment has been applied to 2 lessons and towards the end of the lesson a publication test was given. ngetahui pengaruh variasi waktu dan suhu oven terhadap daya terima serta kandungan vitamin C, kalium, dan kafein kopi buah mengkudu ( Morinda citrifolia L. ) bagi penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial 3×2 dengan suhu oven 80°C, 100°C, dan 120°C serta waktu pengovenan 10 dan 15 menit, sehingga diperoleh enam formula. Uji daya terima dilakukan pada 30 panel konsumen berdasarkan warna, aroma, dan rasa menggunakan skala hedonik enam tingkat. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis dan Mann-Whitney , sedangkan rumus terbaik ditentukan melalui metode De Garmo, nilai rata-rata, dan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi waktu dan suhu oven berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya terima warna (p<0,001), tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap aroma (p=0,061) dan rasa (p=0,117). Formula terbaik adalah F6 pada suhu 120°C selama 15 menit dengan rata-rata keseluruhan 4,46. Hasil laboratorium menunjukkan vitamin C 0,6818±0,03 g/100 mL, kalium 4.400,53 mg/100 g, dan kafein tidak terdeteksi. Kopi buah mengkudu berpotensi menjadi alternatif minuman bagi penderita hipertensi.

The data collection process relies on literature review techniques to gather trusted supporting scientific literature. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are utilized as analytical stages to dissect the entire lecture recording based on Aristotle's rhetorical triangle theory. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.
