The Miracle Language Center in Mueang, Narathiwat, Southern Thailand is home schooling. The facilities and infrastructure at the Miracle Language Center include a prayer room, library, men's dormitory, women's dormitory and toilets. This study uses a qualitative method. The qualitative method aims to describe data analysis in a narrative manner that emphasizes analysis or descriptiveness. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah dokumen, tantangan ini diperkirakan akan semakin kompleks dan berdampak negatif pada efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen di lembaga tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merancang sistem pengarsipan digital dengan menggunakan metode Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSADM). [1] Metode SSADM dipilih karena mampu membantu dalam menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna secara mendetail serta merancang sistem yang lebih efisien dan dapat meminimalkan kesalahan. Tahapan yang dilalui dalam metode ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pengumpulan informasi melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta pembuatan desain sistem yang mencakup diagram konteks dan diagram aliran data (Data Flow Diagram). Desain sistem ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan pengelolaan dokumen dan mempermudah proses pencarian arsip. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap perancangan sistem, tanpa implementasi penuh di lapangan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini belum mencakup uji coba atau evaluasi langsung terhadap efektivitas sistem pengarsipan digital yang dirancang.
