n make presentations in front of the class. In the previous community service, we discussed training regarding increasing students' self-confidence. The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

nd importance of careers for students, self-awareness to increase self-awareness, Johari window to increase knowledge about oneself, set the goals using the SMART method, reveal one's potential through SWOT analysis, and personality analysis through the RIASEC test to determine the suitability of personality with the desired career. Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.

Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi presentasi yang mendalam, interaksi tanya jawab yang aktif, serta dokumentasi kegiatan secara komprehensif. Hasil analisis data dari kuesioner menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta setelah dilakukan sosialisasi. Respon positif peserta terhadap manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan robot personal assistant menggambarkan kesuksesan sosialisasi ini. Abstrak:UMKM merupakan usaha produktif yang dimiliki seseorang atau badan usaha yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro, usaha kecil dan usaha menengah. Yang menjadi dasar penentuan jenis usaha dilihat dari rata-rata pendapatan usaha tersebut dalam setahun serta berdasarkan kekayaan bersih usaha tersebut. Dalam menjalankan usaha keuangan merupakan hal terpenting bagi pengusaha, namun masih banyak UMKM belum memahami pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Kurang fahamnya dalam pengelolaan manajemen keuangan mengakibatkan permasalahan tidak terkontrolnya modal yang digunakan serta pendapatan yang dihasilkan. Sering kali keuangan pribadi bercampurbaur dengan keuangan usaha, tentu hal ini akan menjadi fatal apabila pengusaha tidak dapat mengetahui berapabesar dana yang sudah dikeluarkan dan yang digunakan serta berapa besar sebenarnya keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usaha tersebut. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan dengan Metode Pendidikan Masyarakat yaitu melakukan kegiatan persentase tentang bagaimana mengelola manajemen keuangan yang baik. Lebih dari itu, usia sekolah bagi anak juga merupakan masa rawan terserang berbagai penyakit. Oleh karena itu, penanaman nilai-nilai PHBS disekolah merupakan kebutuhan mutlak dan dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan dengan PMR (Palang Merah Remaja) yang merupakan binaan dari PMI (Palang Merah Indonesia) setempat..Target khusus kegiatan ini akan melibatkan 30 anggota PMR Madya di wilayah Binaan PMI Kota Magelang. Kegiatan ini meliputi pemberian materi terkait teknik mencuci tangan dengan baik dan benar serta menjaga kebersihan diri, Bahaya Rokok dan Napza, HIV AIDS, serta Penggunaan Jamban Sehat. Implementasi dengan adanya simulasi untuk penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat melalui bentuk kampanye dan demonstrasi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku sasaran dalam memahami serta menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dan dapat mengaplikasikan dalam upaya menjaga kesehatan lingkungan sekolah dengan menghindari perilaku-perilaku yang beresiko menimbulkan penyakit.
