Poltekad sets a long-term goal to create defense technology innovations that can benefit the TNI, which is realized through the short-term goal of making Airless Tires. The data used comes from secondary sources in the form of company financial statements. In this study, liquidity, solvency, activity, profitability, and market value ratios were used as analytical tools. This study used four state-owned enterprises in the building construction sub-sector that conducted stock offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017-2021 as samples. The results of the study as a whole show that based on the calculations and analysis carried out on the overall ratio, PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. are companies with a better level of financial performance compared to state-owned enterprises in other building construction sub-sectors.

In this regard, this analysis aims to provide an overview of the economic characteristics in the province of Bali before the pandemic and during the pandemic and identify potential sectors that need to be developed. This study uses the Location Quotient, Shift-Share, Klassen Typology, and Overlay analysis methods from 2010 to 2021. From the results of the research, Bali Province before the pandemic had five leading sectors, but during the pandemic, Bali Province did not move only one base sector can become a mainstay, further innovation strategies are needed to stimulate Bali's economy to rise to the way it was before the pandemic. The investment performance of a region can be reflected in the Capital Output Ratio (COR) and Incremental Output Ratio (ICOR). The development of the availability of investment in an area can be measured from the Capital Output Ratio (COR) which is the ratio between realized investment and the income of a region or GRDP. Meanwhile, the amount of investment capacity of a region in increasing any increase in regional income can be measured from the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). If you look at the development of ICOR in Pekanbaru City, it has fluctuated, in 2016 it rose to 15.62 then in 2017 it decreased to 14.27, then in 2018 it became 15.57 and in 2019 it increased to 13.27 and in 2020 it decreased to -17.33 this is influenced by the Covid 19 Pandemic factor which causes all business sectors to slow down, in 2021 with a value of 15.87. From the results of the analysis of the Projection Investment Needs formulation, it is found that the investment needs in the city of Pekanbaru as much as Rp. 129 682.91 billion, it can be seen that the Base sector is in dire need of investment in 2023, which is 65.4%, the Business Fields are Manufacturing, Construction, Wholesale and Retail Trade., Car and motorcycle repair.

While the independent variables are industrial production index (IPI), inflation, BI rate, composite stock price index (CSPI) and exchange rates. The analytical method used is Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). The data used in this study are monthly time series data from January 2010 - December 2015. The results of the study state that in the long term the influence of the Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets ( ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a positive and significant impact on Return on Assets (ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant influence on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a negative and significant effect on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). The short-term effect of macroeconomic variables on financial performance (ROA, FDR and BOPO) does not show a significant relationship.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Quality of Public Services at the East Banjarmasin District Office, Banjarmasin City. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service standards at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but many people do not understand the service standards in the office, because the service standards are not installed at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office. The quality of public services at the East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office, Banjarmasin City can be said to be good, but there are indicators that have not been running according to community expectations, namely the unfriendliness of service employees in serving service users. So that makes people uncomfortable in taking care of all their needs.

-19. This study aims to analyze the behavior of preventing COVID-19 in the elderly group. This type of research is descriptive analytic, with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this study used three analyzes, namely univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The results showed that 69.8% of the elderly with less Perceived Susceptibility but had good COVID-19 prevention. 64.7% of the elderly with good Perceived Severity but have less prevention. 63.6% of respondents have good Perceived Benefits as well as COVID-19 prevention. 69.1% of respondents have less Perceived Barriers but have good COVID-19 prevention and 69.1% have good Cues to action plus good COVID-19 Prevention. The most dominant factors that can be used in COVID-19 prevention are Perceived Severity with an OR value of 2.77 and Perceived Barriers with an OR value of 2.76. The Health Belief Model has a relationship and can cause behavioral changes in preventing the potential for COVID-19 in the elderly.
