The results showed that there is a decline in the quality and quantity of employee performance, such as high absenteeism, lack of discipline, and vacant positions in the organisational structure. Factors affecting employee performance include technological understanding, work motivation, and work environment factors. From the perspective of organisational effectiveness, employee performance has a significant impact. A decline in individual performance can hinder the achievement of overall organisational goals. This research contributes to theoretical understanding in public administration and provides practical insights for practitioners in managing employee performance and improving organisational effectiveness in the field. The recommended improvement measures include developing technological understanding, increasing work motivation, and improving the work environment.

The informants in this study were 7 people. The data analysis technique in this research is by condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Informants as many as 7 people. Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that the Village Market Management strategy in Increasing Village Original Income in Bentar Village, Salem District, Brebes Regency has been running, but it is not optimal because problems are still found including: An incomplete organisational structure and limited facilities and infrastructure. Implementation that is not in accordance with planning and the absence of management training activities. No regular and programmed supervision and evaluation.

parents or guardians of early childhood living in Seran Hamlet. The research method used is a quantitative approach with direct data collection. The research sample consisted of 28 early childhood. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the simple regression method to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, namely Gadget Use, and the dependent variable, namely Early Childhood Behaviour. The results showed that there is a correlation and influence between the use of Gadgets and early childhood behaviour, with a correlation coefficient that exceeds the alpha (5%) significance level, namely 0.45> 0.05. Based on the analysis conducted, the results showed that the use of Gadgets has a negative relationship with early childhood behaviour, with a significance level of -91.289. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Gadgets has a negative impact on early childhood behaviour in Seran Hamlet.

The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis consisting of three flows, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking is done by triangulation. Triangulation is the process of finding conclusions by rechecking from various angles. Based on the results of the research and discussion that: 1) The role of the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg Sub-district, Ciamis Regency has not fully run optimally. 2) The obstacles faced by the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency are lack of information and confirmation and lack of understanding and the same agreement 3) The efforts made in overcoming these obstacles are carried out by dialogue and deliberation and providing input to the village government so that information can reach the community.

n this context, youth not only act as users of technology, but also as developers of innovations that support the efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness of public services. Secondary data collected through document searches of literature, journal articles, government reports, and other official documents form the basis of this research analysis. The descriptive-analytical qualitative method is used to describe and criticise various aspects of the role of youth in e-government. Case studies such as "LAPOR!" and "Qlue," as well as hackathon initiatives, show how youth directly contribute to the development of digital solutions. In addition, their participation in e-participation platforms such as "Musrenbang Online" shows active engagement in technology-based decision-making processes. Youth also play a role in digital literacy campaigns, helping less tech-savvy communities to utilise e-government services. Involvement in advocacy and research further underlines the potential of youth as a source of innovative ideas and solutions. The results of this study confirm that the contribution of youth in supporting e-government is significant and covers various aspects, from technology development, participation in policy processes, to education and advocacy. Thus, youth are the main key in accelerating the digital transformation of government, ensuring that technology can be maximally utilised to improve the quality of public services and meet the needs of society in the digital era 5.0.

influence the quality of public services at the Buton Regency Population and Civil Registration Service? The research location is the Population and Civil Registration Service of Buton Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling with primary data from in-depth interviews supported by documentary data and field observations. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely an interactive analysis model through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it was concluded that the strategy implemented by the Buton Regency Population and Civil Registration Service has generally worked well, although it has not been fully implemented, this has been felt by the community. The failure to implement this strategy optimally is caused by a lack of communication between authorities, because there are no local government regulations that clearly regulate communication patterns between authorities.

Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kependudukan (SIMK) berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi kependudukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan aplikasi SIMK berbasis web, serta pelatihan bagi aparat kampung dalam mengoperasikan sistem tersebut. Keberhasilan program ini diukur berdasarkan perubahan cara kerja dari pencatatan manual menjadi digital, peningkatan keterampilan aparat kampung, serta kemudahan akses dan pengelolaan data kependudukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan SIMK berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan aparat kampung dalam mengelola data secara digital. Para peserta mampu menginput, memperbarui, dan mengakses data kependudukan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur internet dan masih perlunya pendampingan dalam penggunaan perangkat keras dan lunak. Oleh karena itu, dukungan berkelanjutan dalam bentuk peningkatan infrastruktur dan pelatihan lanjutan sangat diperlukan agar implementasi SIMK dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Oleh karena itu, pengukuran kinerja perusahaan saat ini tidak lagi hanya berfokus pada kinerja laporan keuangan tetapi juga kinerja non-keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk., dan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, konsumen, proses bisnis internal, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan yang tercermin dalam metode pendekatan balance scorecard. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persentase kinerja yang berhasil dicapai oleh PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan sebesar 71,5%. Sedangkan persentase kinerja yang berhasil dicapai oleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan adalah sebesar 42,8%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kategori baik pada kinerja yang diperoleh PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kinerja yang diperoleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. yang berada pada kategori cukup baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran penyerapan tenaga kerja dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kawasan Timur Indonesia melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari temuan empiris, didukung oleh teori ekonomi pembangunan, teori tenaga kerja, Human Capital Theory, teori pertumbuhan ekonomi, serta berbagai penelitian terdahulu. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyerapan tenaga kerja belum menjadi pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kawasan Timur Indonesia. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh dominasi sektor ekstraktif yang bersifat padat modal, tingginya tenaga kerja pada sektor informal, rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja, serta belum optimalnya transformasi struktural menuju sektor-sektor yang memiliki nilai tambah tinggi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi memerlukan kebijakan yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada penciptaan lapangan kerja, tetapi juga pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, produktivitas tenaga kerja, pengembangan industri padat karya, dan hilirisasi sumber daya alam agar pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

r kredit UMKM Bank Papua yang hanya mencapai 4,63% dari total kredit, meskipun potensi sektor UMKM di Merauke cukup besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian mencakup pelaku UMKM dan pegawai Bank Papua dengan jumlah sampel 50 responden. Variabel penelitian terdiri atas faktor internal dan eksternal yang dianalisis menggunakan alat IFAS dan EFAS dalam kerangka SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama Bank Papua terletak pada pemahaman lokal dan dukungan pemerintah daerah, sedangkan kelemahan mencakup keterbatasan inovasi produk, infrastruktur, dan promosi. Peluang berasal dari pertumbuhan UMKM dan kebijakan pemerintah, sementara ancaman berasal dari persaingan bank nasional. Implikasi manajerial menekankan perlunya digitalisasi layanan, inovasi produk kredit, peningkatan literasi keuangan, dan kolaborasi strategis dengan pemerintah daerah untuk memperluas pangsa pasar kredit UMKM.
