barang sekali pakai yang menjadi isu krusial selama 15 tahun terakhir. Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat tepatnya di Lombok, bergantung pada sektor pariwisata terutama pantai. Namun perkembangan pariwisata ini memicu masalah sampah di kawasan pantai khususnya sampah plastik. Sampah plastik yang sulit terurai mengancam ekosistem laut dan menurunkan daya tarik wisatawan. Penulis mengusulkan inovasi mesin Macoving sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah sampah plastik di kawasan pantai Lombok. Mesin ini mampu mengolah sampah plastik menjadi paving block bernilai ekonomis, menawarkan solusi ramah lingkungan, dan membuka peluang pekerjaan baru bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi pustaka relevan. Paving block ini dijual lebih murah dan memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat untuk bisa mengelola sampah. Inovasi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah sampah, mencegah kerusakan lingkungan, dan mendukung ekonomi hijau. Hal ini sejalan dengan fokus Indonesia pada transisi energi baru terbarukan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan guna mencapai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.

This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

The results of this study are to improve the quality of student graduates at MAN Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands through Arabic language learning, then it can use madrasah principal management, namely through; a) planning, b) organizing, c) implementing, and e) supervising. Planning includes needs analysis, short and long term goals, and relevant curriculum development. Organizing by setting a clear organizational structure with specific assignments and responsibilities for each Arabic language teaching staff. Implementation by actively implementing an innovative Arabic language curriculum, ensuring that Arabic language learning materials are always up-to-date and relevant to student needs. Supervision by conducting periodic monitoring of the Arabic language learning process to ensure that the curriculum and teaching methods are implemented according to plan.

Through the utilization of research and development (R&D), the primary focus of investigation can be directed towards the creation, advancement, and assessment of learning media in terms of design and viability. The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. These scores placed the results of the study in the “Very Good” category. The study has reached its conclusion. The development step use the RPG Maker MV program. improving the educational services of the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the Riau Islands. This research is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research covers aspects related to the commitment of madrasa heads in organizing the cultural governance of educational services at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah in the Riau Islands, which consists of the leadership of the MTsN Riau Islands, as well as teachers and other educational staff. The data collection techniques are through documentation, behavioral observation, or interviews with participants. The data was then analyzed through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that madrasa heads must be committed to taking real action to improve the quality of education at State MTs in the Riau Islands. Concrete steps that can be taken are to initiate teacher training programs, update the curriculum to reflect the latest developments, and strive for (tangible) facilities that are comfortable and conducive to learning. Madrasah heads must also try to always be open to input from all parties involved in the educational process.

This research aims to examine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation to teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau. This research is research with an associative quantitative approach with a survey design taking the location of SMPN Kepulauan Riau. The population in this study was 801 teachers with civil servant status and the sample was 80 teachers. The results of the analysis show that there is a simultaneous direct influence between organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation to teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau with a multiple correlation coefficient of (0.460) with a contribution of (73.96%). The conclusion is that organizational culture, principal leadership and teacher work motivation partially or simultaneously influence teacher commitment. The implication is that the better the organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation, the higher the teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau.

hrimp broth as an additive in Griya Batu Aji Housing in Batam, Riau Islands, with this activity participants gain insight and skills in utilizing papaya, and shrimp broth as a natural additive. Shrimp stock that is usually discarded can be utilized productively, as well as ripe papaya that is easily rotten can now be preserved in the form of sauce. The objective of this training is to make papaya sauce with shrimp stock as additive in Griya Batu Aji Housing Estate, Batam, Riau Islands. The results of the training showed that the women of Griya Batu Aji housing who participated in the training were happy (93.5%) with the training held because the women were enthusiastic because they had just learned that sauce could be made from papaya, they hoped that similar activities could be carried out again. The obstacle faced is the limited time in finding a combination of sauce filling ingredients so that the results obtained are many and have a good taste. Making papaya sauce with shrimp broth is very simple, namely papaya fruit is made into a paste mixed with spices. From this training program, it is hoped that housewives will be able to make sauces using natural ingredients for personal consumption.

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keresahan warga terhadap bahan sambal yang berbahaya yang beredar di pasaran, sehingga mereka berharap dapat membuat sambal rumahan yang lebih higienis. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah membuat sambal pepaya dengan bahan tambahan kaldu udang di Perumahan Griya Batu Aji Batam Kepulauan Riau, dengan kegiatan ini peserta memperoleh wawasan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan bahan tambahan kaldu udang, dan pepaya sebagai bahan tambahan alami. Kaldu udang yang biasanya dibuang dapat dimanfaatkan secara produktif, begitu pula dengan pepaya matang yang mudah busuk kini dapat diawetkan dalam bentuk sambal. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu perumahan Griya Batu Aji yang mengikuti pelatihan merasa senang (93,5%) terhadap pelatihan yang diadakan karena ibu-ibu antusias karena baru mengetahui bahwa sambal dapat dibuat dari bahan dasar pepaya, mereka berharap kegiatan serupa dapat dilaksanakan kembali. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah dengan metode ceramah, praktik lapangan, diskusi. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu keterbatasan waktu dalam mencari kombinasi bahan isi sambal sehingga hasil yang diperoleh banyak dan memiliki cita rasa yang enak. Membuat saus pepaya dengan kaldu udang sangat mudah, yaitu buah pepaya dibuat menjadi pasta yang dicampur dengan rempah-rempah. Dari program pelatihan ini, diharapkan para ibu rumah tangga mampu membuat saus dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan alami untuk konsumsi pribadi.
