Teachers' creativity is pushed to constantly update how they present materials and evaluate students' knowledge in order to foster a collaborative and pleasurable learning environment. This community service project will help Pekanbaru high school instructors create collaborative and real-time learning tools. The Community Service Team employed an observation strategy to get a sense of learning at Santa Maria High School, which served as an example school. The proposed solution is technologically based, making use of the Padlet application. The Community Service Team offers training methods on smartphones and computers to help people grasp Padlet. The community effort resulted in a polished Padlet that teachers may use to study with students at any time. It is intended that studying using the Padlet application would boost teacher innovation and student learning results at Santa Maria High School, as well as high schools around Pekanbaru.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran Kolaboratif (Collaborative Learning) mengarahkan guru dan peserta didik dalam suasana belajar yang interaktif setiap saat. Permasalahan muncul pada saat media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tidak mendukung hal tersebut, termasuk guru-guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Pekanbaru. Kreativitas guru ditantang untuk selalu memperbaharui cara penyampaian materi, cara mengevaluasi pemahaman peserta didik hingga penilaian, demi terciptanya suasana belajar yang kolaboratif dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru SMA di Pekanbaru dalam mempersiapkan bahan pembelajaran yang kolaboratif dan real time. Tim Pengabdian melakukan metode observasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran pembelajaran melalui SMA Santa Maria yang dijadikan sebagai sekolah sampel. Metode yang diusulkan berbasis teknologi melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi Padlet. Untuk memudahkan pemahaman Padlet, Tim Pengabdian menggunakan metode pelatihan, baik melalui komputer maupun smartphone. Hasil pengabdian adalah Padlet jadi yang dapat digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran bersama peserta didik setiap waktu. Diharapkan pembelajaran melalui aplikasi Padlet mampu meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMA Santa Maria khususnya dan SMA di Pekanbaru umumnya.

Hamzah sesuai zamanya. Yang dilakukan CV. Hamzah selama ini masih menggunakan spandu promosi dan kabar dari siswa-siswa yang pernah belajar di CV tersebut. Dengan metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini berupa observasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan digital. Melalui sebuah wawancara dengan bapak Hamza sebagai pemilik CV. Hamza telah mandapatkan informasi dalam membangun sebuah mempromosikan CV tersebut. Kemudian melalui pengamatan ini telah dapat bahwa setelah kegiatan pelatihan siswa yang belajar di CV. Hamza dapat membantu mempromosikan melalui media sosial dengan baik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah siswa yang belajar di CV. Hamza, dimana jumlah siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dalam menambah siswa dan dikenal banyak orang.

s in processing words, numbers and presentations. Understanding and mastering this application is a basic ability that must be owned by every individual in the present. As is the case with students at SMA Letjen Haryono MT while studying at school. However, the use of Office has not been maximized by them. They were only introduced to Microsoft Office applications but did not understand how to use them. Therefore, students need to be equipped with additional learning that focuses on using Microsoft Office as a medium to assist student learning and also prepares students to take advantage of this application in the future. The features available in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point are also less known by students. Departing from this, it is necessary to equip students with learning about Microsoft Office applications. Learning activities provide a range of 77% through questionnaires filled out by students which means that the training provided provides good knowledge benefits to the 28 students who take part in the training. The target planned by the implementation team was achieved where students were assisted in understanding and learning to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point applications.

Abstrak: Salah satu penerapan TI yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat adalah Microsoft Office. Aplikasi ini membantu berbagai pihak dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah serta dimanfaatkan berbagai pihak untuk kebutuhan pekerjaan kantoran dalam pengolahan kata, angka serta presentasi. Pemahaman dan penguasaan aplikasi ini merupakan kemampuan dasar yang wajib dimiliki oleh tiap individu di masa sekarang. Seperti halnya dengan murid-murid di SMA Letjen Haryono MT selama belajar di sekolah. Tetapi, penggunaan Office belum dimaksimalkan oleh mereka. Mereka hanya diperkenalkan aplikasi Microsoft Office tetapi kurang memahami cara penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, maka murid perlu dibekali dengan pembelajaran tambahan yang berfokus pada penggunaan Microsoft Office sebagai media untuk membantu pembelajaran murid dan juga mempersiapkan murid manfaatkan aplikasi ini di masa mendatang. Fitur-fitur yang tersedia di Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dan Microsoft Power Point juga kurang diketahui oleh murid-murid. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, maka perlu melengkapi murid dengan pembelajaran akan aplikasi Microsoft Office. Kegiatan pembelajaran memberikan nilai range 77% lewat kuesioner yang diisi murid yang berarti pelatihan yang diberikan memberikan manfaat pengetahuan yang baik kepada 28 murid yang mengikuti pelatihan. Target yang direncanakan tim pelaksana tercapai di mana murid-murid terbantu dalam memahami dan mempelajari penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dan Microsoft Power Point.

hile studying due to the limitation of parents as substitute teachers during online learning. Parents of students with all their activities are required to help and assist their children in making school work. So the phenomenon that occurs in the field is the uncontrolled control of parental emotions towards children, so that online learning seems to be a frightening specter for elementary students. The purpose of implementing this Online Counseling Guidance is to provide insight to elementary school teachers who are members of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) Central Kalimantan regarding the mechanism for utilizing counseling which can be done online through the Competency Assessment and Career Development Service Center (PPAKPK) web. The method of implementing this service is carried out online through Conference Via Zoom and tutorials on using the web on a YouTube account which are distributed to Bimtek participants. The results obtained at this Bimtek show that all Bimtek participants are interested in the use of Online Counseling to serve as a means of consulting both students to teachers or guardians of students to teachers or teachers to psychiatrists who can be contacted when the teacher needs student problem solving.

Abstrak: Musim pandemi covid-19 saat ini memberi perhatian khusus bagi para siswa yang belajar di rumah melalui metode daring. Hal yang menjadi perhatian adalah sering terjadinya kekerasan pada anak usia SD saat belajar dikarenakan faktor keterbatasan orang tua sebagai guru pengganti selama pembelajaran daring. Orang tua siswa dengan segala kesibukannya dituntut untuk membantu dan mendampingi anak-anak mereka membuat Pekerjaan Sekolah. Maka fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan adalah pengendalian emosi orang tua yang tidak terkendali kepada anak, sehingga pembelajaran daring terkesan menjadi momok yang menakutkan bagi para siswa SD. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Bimtek Konseling Online ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para Guru SD yang tergabung di dalam Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) Kalimantan Tengah terkait mekanisme pemanfaatan konseling yang dapat dilakukan secara daring melalui web Pusat Pelayanan Asesmen Kompetensi dan Pengembangan Karir (PPAKPK). Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara daring melalui Conference Via Zoom dan tutorial penggunaan web pada akun youtube yang dibagikan kepada para peserta Bimtek. Hasil yang diperoleh pada Bimtek ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh peserta Bimtek tertarik dengan pemanfaatan Konseling Online untuk dijadikan sebagai sarana konsultasi baik siswa kepada guru ataupun wali murid kepada guru ataupun Guru kepada ahli Psikiater yang dapat dihubungi saat Guru membutuhkan pemecahan masalah siswa.

Systems Study Program, still faces challenges in increasing the percentage of students who graduate on time. This study aims to identify factors that influence students' on-time graduation and build a prediction model using the multiple linear regression method. This method was chosen because it is able to analyze the simultaneous influence of several independent numeric variables on one dependent variable, making it suitable for studying the complex relationship between factors that influence student graduation. The independent variables analyzed in this study include GPA, parental income, and student part-time jobs with student graduation as the dependent variable. The results showed that parental income and part-time jobs had a significant positive effect on on-time graduation, while GPA had a negative effect. The model built had an R² value of 0.6153 and a standard error of 4.0653, indicating that the model was quite strong and accurate. These findings recommend Universitas Royal to strengthen the academic monitoring system and support working students, as well as design policies based on students' socio-economic conditions to increase the on-time graduation rate.

Abstrak: Kelulusan tepat waktu merupakan indikator penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan pendidikan tinggi serta mencerminkan efektivitas proses akademik di perguruan tinggi. Universitas Royal, khususnya Program Studi Sistem Informasi, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan persentase mahasiswa yang lulus tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kelulusan tepat waktu mahasiswa serta membangun model prediksi menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menganalisis pengaruh simultan beberapa variabel independen numerik terhadap satu variabel dependen, sehingga sesuai untuk mengkaji hubungan kompleks antar faktor yang memengaruhi kelulusan mahasiswa. Variabel independen yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi IPK, penghasilan orangtua, dan pekerjaan sambilan mahasiswa dengan kelulusan mahasiswa sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghasilan orangtua dan pekerjaan sambilan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kelulusan tepat waktu, sedangkan IPK justru memiliki pengaruh negatif. Model yang dibangun memiliki nilai R² sebesar 0,6153 dan standar error 4,0653, menandakan model cukup kuat dan akurat. Temuan ini merekomendasikan Universitas Royal untuk memperkuat sistem monitoring akademik dan mendukung mahasiswa yang bekerja, serta merancang kebijakan berbasis kondisi sosial-ekonomi mahasiswa guna meningkatkan angka kelulusan tepat waktu.

The results from the experts in media, language, and subject matter showed that the e-module using Heyzine flipbooks was valid for use, with an average percentage of 96%. In the testing phase, 32 students provided responses that were highly suitable for use, with an average percentage of 96%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the e-module learning material using Heyzine flipbooks on the topic of energy transformation developed in this study is proven to be valid, easy, and engaging for students to use, and highly suitable for study.
