oys a comprehensive case study methodology to examine the policies crucial for ensuring sustainable economic growth in the aftermath of the pandemic. Industrial expansion's direct and indirect effects on job creation, economic diversification, technological advancement, and resource distribution are all examined in this analysis. Considering the varying degrees of development and infrastructure across Indonesia's regions, the study also identifies the distinct impacts of economic disparities across these areas. The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Contributing to the economic recovery of the nation, the study finds sectors of the Indonesian economy with potential for expansion in the post-pandemic period. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry. The research also emphasizes the lack of dedicated business activities focused on a specific industry.

Abstract:The importance of Islamic education in the lives of all individuals cannot be ignored. Education is considered an important means to achieve life goals, both in happiness in this world and the hereafter. One of the basics…
s of Islamic education that is used as a reference is the hadith. In this article, researchers present the important role of hadith in the context of Islamic education. The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

getting used to it, and so on. (Ahmad Tafsir, p.12 ). The obstacles that exist at the time of learning are many such as, the lack of learning hours for Islamic religious education in schools, the lack of discipline from students, environmental factors that cause them to be lazy to learn to read the Qur'an at an early age, and family factors that do not encourage their children to learn to read and write the Qur'an. The efforts of teachers are expected to be able to help overcome the problem of difficulty reading the Qur'an and make it their special purpose to overcome the difficulty of reading the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng. The teacher is an educator after the parents so the teacher has an important role in shaping the character. To find out the efforts of teachers to teach qur'an literacy, difficulty learning to read and write the qur'an, factors of difficulty reading and writing the qur'an, obstacles to the difficulty of reading and writing the Qur'an and the efforts of teachers in overcoming the difficulties of learning to read and write the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng, to find out the problems that exist in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods by making observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research, the teacher's efforts in terms of educating and teaching about the literacy of the Qur'an to students when teaching are: The teacher conveys almost the same group of letters as Ta with Tsa, Sin with Syin, Dzal with Za. Then next is the grouping of children who have not been biased to read with those who are already fluent with the aim that those who are already fluent can guide those who are not yet fluent.

Abstract:This study examines the effectiveness of regulations preventing child marriage in the city of Surabaya after the enactment of Law No. 16 of 2019, which raised the minimum age for marriage to 19 years, but still allows for…
r marriage dispensations through Article 7 paragraph (2). This normative loophole raises academic questions about how the law works in social reality and how preventive measures can be institutionalized. This study aims to assess the implementation of regional policies, particularly Perwali No. 32 of 2024, and to examine the practices of religious courts in deciding on marriage dispensations using Lawrence M. Friedman's Legal System Theory and the principle of Sadd al-Dzarīʿah as analytical tools. Empirical research methods were used through interviews, observations, documentation, and qualitative analysis of two cases of marriage dispensation that were rejected and granted. The results of the study show that the significant decrease in the number of marriage dispensations in Surabaya occurred due to the synergy of the legal structure (Religious Court, DP3APPKB, Ministry of Religious Affairs, RT/RW), legal substance through the Perwali which tightened procedures, and changes in the legal culture of society. The courts applied new standards that are more protective and based on maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah , making marriage dispensations an emergency mechanism rather than a legalization of child marriage. This study provides theoretical implications in the form of an integrative model between maqāṣid and the modern legal system, as well as practical implications in the form of recommendations to replicate the Surabaya model in other regions in an effort to protect children.

oach based on Edward III’s model, the study analyzes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data from 684 respondents were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results show PBJT significantly increases PAD (R²: 71.7%–76.0%; p < 0.001), with bureaucratic structure and resources as the most influential factors. However, challenges remain, including unclear communication, limited resources, and low taxpayer compliance. Strengthening institutional capacity, improving coordination, and enhancing taxpayer compliance are recommended to optimize PAD.
Abstract:The legal provisions governing the marriage contract according to the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Constitutional Court Decision No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015 can be carried out after marriage, because the meaning…
ing of Article 29 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law is interpreted as long as the parties are bound. The agreement of both parties can submit a written agreement that is accepted by the contract drafter or notary. The Judge's opinion that the relevant application is stated in the Applicant's Marriage Agreement and the legal issues are also acceptable. The legal analysis of the permissibility of the marriage contract arises from the perspective of the law of the contract that the legal provisions of the marriage contract also bind third parties, so that the marriage contract must be registered with the Civil Service Secretariat or the Ministry of Religion. Because the MK decision as it is does not mean anything about registration, whether registration must be carried out immediately or wait for further registration/registration laws. Therefore, the legal consequences of a marriage contract can create legal guarantees for others.
