ements should ensure decent work conditions. However, in reality, there is insufficient government supervision in ensuring the fulfillment of workers’ rights in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003. The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

Validasi dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing dengan empat skenario pengujian, seluruhnya menghasilkan keluaran yang sesuai ekspektasi. The operational sustainability of a martial arts camp depends greatly on the quality of member data management. At BangRajan Muaythai Boxing, attendance recording and session monitoring still rely on manual processes, which frequently lead to data inaccuracies and allow members with expired packages to continue training undetected. This study designs and develops a web-based member management information system to address these issues. The development follows a phased approach employing UML modeling including Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The technology stack consists of Next.js on the client side, NestJS on the server side, PostgreSQL as the relational database, and Better Auth for authentication management. The resulting system integrates barcode-based smart attendance, training package management, a personal member dashboard, a comprehensive admin panel, package expiry notifications, and camp announcement management. Validation was conducted using Black Box Testing across four test scenarios, all yielding expected outputs. Implementation of this system demonstrably improves operational efficiency and data recording accuracy.

This study aims to design a web-based employee attendance information system using fingerprint recognition and Internet of Things (IoT) at PT Cahaya Panam Sejahtera Lestari Bungo to overcome manual attendance processes. The system was developed using the prototyping method with Native PHP, MySQL, and modeled using UML. The system is capable of managing attendance data in real time and in an integrated manner. The results indicate that the system improves attendance management effectiveness, minimizes recording errors, and simplifies monitoring and attendance data recapitulation with a testing score of 89.66% categorized as very good.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terbuka, rutin, dan berkesinambungan antara orang tua dan guru Sekolah Minggu mampu menciptakan kerja sama yang harmonis dalam pembinaan iman anak. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua melalui pendampingan rohani, pengulangan pengajaran firman Tuhan di rumah, dan pemberian teladan hidup Kristen memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan iman anak. Sinergitas antara keluarga dan gereja membantu anak memperoleh pembinaan iman yang lebih konsisten, terpadu, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani berdasarkan prinsip Ulangan 6:6-7.
This study aims to understand the synergy between parents and Sunday School teachers in children’s faith development based on Deuteronomy 6:6–7. The focus of the study is directed toward the communication patterns between parents and Sunday School teachers, as well as parental involvement in supporting children’s spiritual growth. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain an in-depth understanding of children’s faith development within the family and church contexts. The results of the study indicate that open, regular, and continuous communication between parents and Sunday School teachers is able to create harmonious cooperation in children’s faith development. In addition, parental involvement through spiritual guidance, reinforcement of God’s Word at home, and the provision of Christian role models has a positive influence on children’s spiritual growth. The synergy between family and church helps children receive faith development that is more consistent, integrated, and aligned with Christian values based on the principles of Deuteronomy 6:6–7.
