The patriarchal system that gives power to men and places women in a subordinate position is one of the causes. The text of 2 Samuel 13:1-39 is implied in the modern context because the problem of sexual violence in private spaces such as the home is also experienced by women today. A feminist approach is used to draw out women’s values and analyze the structure of the Davidic Kingdom family, identifying the causes and impacts, and how Tamar, as a woman, faced and overcame the moral crisis and sexual violence she experienced. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach, focusing on literature review to discuss related topics. The author found that Tamar, who experienced sexual violence in the family environment, did not receive justice. The cause of violence is the patriarchal system. Power struggles and invalid laws. Tamar did not remain silent but sought justice for herself by communicating her experiences to the public through religious and social symbolism. Learning from Tamar teaches modern women how to speak out about the injustices they experience.

Fokus utama diarahkan pada eksplorasi makna teologis dari penyebutan tokoh non-Israel oleh Yesus, sekaligus implikasinya terhadap konsep universalitas anugerah Allah yang melampaui batas etnis, nasional, dan religius. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyembuhan Naaman bukan sekadar mukjizat fisik, melainkan simbol keterbukaan keselamatan Allah bagi semua bangsa yang bersedia percaya dan taat kepada-Nya. Dengan mengutip kisah Naaman, Yesus menantang eksklusivisme religius yang sering kali membatasi karya Allah hanya pada kelompok tertentu, serta menyatakan inklusivitas misi Kerajaan Allah yang bersifat lintas batas dan transformatif. Narasi ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa karya keselamatan Allah sejak Perjanjian Lama sudah diarahkan pada pemulihan universal, yang mencapai puncaknya dalam pelayanan Yesus Kristus. This activity is considered serious and carries severe consequences, especially for the people of Israel. Violating this prohibition is seen as betrayal to God and has the potential to trigger divine punishment. The theological basis for this prohibition lies in the jealousy of God, which arises when offerings are given to idols. Idol worship is equated with the practices of pagan nations and reflects unfaithfulness to God. This research also describes the history and theology behind this prohibition. Through the perspectives of Brian S. Rosner, E. L. Carlson, and Christie Kusnandar, the research demonstrates how idol worship triggers God's jealous reaction and disrupts the human relationship with Him. This message is strong in the Bible and integrated into Jewish religious teachings. Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. This research also shows the importance of the spiritual dimension in forming meaningful and authentic leadership characters in dealing with modern dynamics. The results of this study have significant practical implications for contemporary leaders. This study aims to analyze the legal framework governing OJK's supervision of market manipulation practices, assess the effectiveness of its implementation, and identify the factors influencing the success of such supervision. This study employed a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that OJK's supervisory authority is supported by a strong legal framework under Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of supervision continues to face challenges arising from technological developments, the increasing complexity of market manipulation schemes, and limitations in supervisory capacity. This study concludes that strengthening institutional capacity, optimizing the use of technology, and enhancing inter-agency coordination are essential to improving investor protection and maintaining the integrity of the capital market. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the legal framework, supervisory effectiveness, and technology-based market manipulation challenges within a single analytical framework.

ims to analyze promotional activities, identify factors influencing promotional effectiveness, and formulate promotional strategies to increase tourist visits. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation, supported by interactive data analysis and triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that promotional efforts still rely primarily on annual festivals and direct interpersonal communication without systematic support from planned digital media. This condition has contributed to fluctuations in tourist arrivals, increasing from 587 visitors in 2022 to 711 visitors in 2023, before declining to 503 visitors in 2024 and 468 visitors in 2025. Constraining factors include limited human resources, weak digital media management, and the underdeveloped institutional capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The study concludes that promotional strategies should be directed toward digital marketing, strengthening cultural identity and local storytelling, as well as enhancing community and institutional capacity. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a sustainable promotional model that integrates digital marketing, cultural storytelling, community participation, and the strengthening of Pokdarwis institutions in accordance with the characteristics of Daiama Tourism Village as a nature- and culture-based tourism destination.

professional communication skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of job interview simulations and examine their impact on the job readiness of Generation Z in Bandung City. The study employed a descriptive-evaluative method involving 45 Generation Z participants. Data were collected through observation, performance assessments, documentation, and participant feedback. The findings indicate that job interview simulations effectively enhanced participants’ readiness, as evidenced by 85% of participants reporting that they felt highly prepared and confident, while the remaining 15% reported feeling prepared and confident after completing the program. Interviewers’ evaluations revealed that 70% of participants demonstrated a very good improvement in their ability to respond to interview questions, 18% showed good improvement, and 12% exhibited fairly good improvement. Participant satisfaction with the program was also notably high, with 77% reporting being very satisfied, 15% satisfied, and 8% fairly satisfied with the implementation of the activity. The results confirm that job interview simulations are effective in improving participants’ self-confidence, communication competence, and overall job readiness. The novelty of this study lies in the application of interview simulations based on authentic recruitment scenarios, evaluated through the dimensions of job readiness, communication competence, and participant satisfaction, thereby offering a practical career development model for Generation Z.

The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive conceptualization of AI as a co-counselor that supports the entire e-counseling service cycle through a collaborative model integrating the analytical capabilities of technology with the humanistic competencies of counselors, thereby fostering more effective, ethical, and inclusive counseling services.
