atforms; however, the effectiveness of the implemented strategies requires further examination. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies employed by Amanda Brownies Samarinda, their role in enhancing brand awareness, and the factors that support and hinder their effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this research. Data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings reveal that Amanda Brownies Samarinda implements an integrated digital marketing strategy through seven platforms, namely Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. These strategies contribute to enhancing brand awareness through four dimensions: recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption. Consistency in visual identity, promotional intensity, ease of access to information, transaction convenience, product quality, and consumer engagement were identified as the primary factors supporting the success of digital marketing implementation. Nevertheless, the utilization of TikTok has not yet been optimized compared to the other platforms. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive analysis of the role of integrating seven digital platforms in enhancing brand awareness through the dimensions of recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption, thereby providing a more holistic understanding of digital marketing effectiveness within the culinary industry, particularly at Amanda Brownies Samarinda.

District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. Therefore, sellers must ensure product quality that meets the requirements of sacrificial animals and customer preferences, as this significantly affects satisfaction.

This helps users search for nearby services and navigate easily. The system was created using the Agile method which includes planning, design, testing, and implementation stages. This research also includes user needs analysis and system testing with the black box method to ensure all functions work properly. The results showed that this application can work well according to user needs. This application makes it easier to access information, send reports online, and monitor reports directly. This application helps improve digital services at tourist attractions and makes the tourist experience safer and more efficient.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi web sebagai tempat informasi dan pengaduan bagi pengunjung wisata Kampung Eropa Harau, yang berada di Lembah Harau, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Sumatera Barat. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membuat wisatawan merasa aman dan nyaman. Fitur utamanya termasuk pelaporan masalah dan peta interaktif yang terhubung dengan Google Maps. Ini membantu pengguna mencari layanan terdekat dan menavigasi dengan mudah. Sistem dibuat menggunakan metode Agile yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, pengujian, dan pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini juga termasuk analisis kebutuhan pengguna dan pengujian sistem dengan metode black box untuk memastikan semua fungsi bekerja dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini bisa bekerja dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah akses informasi, pengiriman laporan secara online, dan pemantauan laporan secara langsung. Aplikasi ini membantu meningkatkan layanan digital di tempat wisata dan membuat pengalaman wisatawan lebih aman dan efisien.

The main issue faced by the store is that the inventory often falls short, leading to stockouts, which disappoints customers and decreases sales. This problem can be attributed to various factors, one of which is the efficiency of the supply chain. A smooth supply chain is crucial for a business that distributes goods. Toko Arif Jaya often faces stock shortages, which result in customer dissatisfaction and a decline in sales. To address this issue, it is proposed to implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) using PHP and MySQL technologies. This system is designed to facilitate real-time inventory control, ensuring better product availability and enhancing customer satisfaction. With this SCM, Toko Arif Jaya can respond to market demand more quickly and accurately, reduce the risk of stockouts, and optimize inventory management. Currently, if the store's inventory is low or out of stock, Toko Arif Jaya still uses the traditional method of contacting suppliers through WhatsApp to restock. Based on the above problems, a system will be developed to assist the store owner and suppliers in controlling inventory data by implementing Supply Chain Management using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation of the Supply Chain Management method will facilitate real-time inventory monitoring for both suppliers and store owners, thereby ensuring efficient distribution of goods to end-users.

Abstrak: Toko Arif Jaya adalah toko serba ada yang beralamat di Jl. Protokol, Binjai Serbangan, Kec. Air Joman. Toko ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2016 oleh pemiliknya yaitu Bapak Muhammad Nur Arifin. Toko tersebut menyediakan kebutuhan seperti alat tulis kantor, perlengkapan rumah tangga, mainan dan kebutuhan lainnya. Permasalahan yang ada pada toko tersebut adalah persediaan barang sering kali tidak mencukupi yang menyebabkan kehabisan stok di toko sehingga mengecewakan pelanggan dan mengurangi penjualan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya ialah kelancaran rantai pasokannya. Kelancaran rantai pasokan ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan yang menyalurkan barang. Toko Arif Jaya menghadapi masalah kekurangan stok barang yang sering kali menyebabkan kekecewaan pelanggan dan penurunan penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) menggunakan teknologi PHP dan MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah kontrol persediaan barang secara real-time, sehingga memastikan ketersediaan produk yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan SCM ini, Toko Arif Jaya dapat merespons permintaan pasar lebih cepat dan akurat, mengurangi risiko kekurangan stok, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan inventaris. Selama ini jika persediaan barang pada toko telah berkurang atau sampai kehabisan, Toko Arif Jaya masih menggunakan cara lama dalam menghubungi pihak supplier yang terkait melalui whatsapp untuk memasok barangnya lagi. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka akan dibangun sistem yang dapat membantu pemilik toko serta supplier dalam mengontrol data persediaan barang dengan menerapkan Supply Chain Management menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penerapan metode Supply Chain Management akan memudahkan pihak supllier dan pemilik toko dalam mengetahui persediaan toko secara realtime sehingga kegiatan penyaluran barang kepada pemakai akhir.

Therefore, this study aims to design an expert system application using Certainty Factor which is intended to provide convenience for students in choosing the right extracurricular according to the interests and talents that exist in the student. This application is designed using the PHP programming language model and the system database uses MySQL. Methods The research uses descriptive qualitative methods and tends to use analysis. The final results obtained in the existing data sample show that student interest in Mading Extracurricular has a percentage of 86.9% and Paskibraka Extracurricular has a percentage of 80.8%, so that the data will be used as a student's choice in determining extracurricular activities at school.

Abstrak: SMKN 1 Setia janji ini merrupakan slah satu SMKN yang ada di Urung Pane, Kec. Setia Janji, Kab. Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Penetapan lokasi penelitian di SMKN 1 Setia janji ini dikarenakan masih minimnya fasilitas untuk mendukung para siswa dalam menentukan minat dan bakat yang ada pada diri siswa itu sendri terutama dalam fasilitas pendukung ekstrakulikuler sehingga membuat kurangnya siswa dalam menemukan minat dan bakat didalam diri siswa. Maka dari itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi Sistem Pakar dengan menggunakan Certainty Factor yang ditujukan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dalam memilih ekstrakurikuler yang tepat sesuai minat dan bakat yang ada pada diri siswa tersebut. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan Model bahasa pemograman PHP dan database sistem menggunakan MySQL. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Hasil akhir yang di dapat dalam sample data yang ada menunjukan bahwa minat siswa tentang Ekstrakurikuler Mading memiliki persentasi sebesar 86.9 % dan Ekstrakulikuler Paskibraka memiliki persentasi sebesar 80.8 %, sehingga data tersebut akan bisa di gunakan sebagai pilihan siswa dalam menentukan Ekstrakurikuler di sekolah.

In general, all participants were involved in activities with strong and consistent motivation. Training as teachers and principals of certain schools to strengthen learning capacity. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.

SMP Widiatmika merupakan sekolah swasta beralamat di Jalan Raya Kampus Udayana, Pondok Taman Nusantara No.01, Jimbaran. Dari hasil wawancara dengan mitra diperoleh permasalahan bahwa pihak sekolah masih terbatas dalam memanfaatkan alat peraga khususnya dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penggunaan alat peraga ini dalam pembelajaran sangat penting dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran. Alat peraga yang dimanfaatkan secara maksimal dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang lebih baik dan sistematis, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, serta dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan alat peraga lingkaran di SMP Widiatmika telah berjalan lancar. Kegiatan yang berlangsung selama satu hari ini telah dilaksanakan secara luring. Semangat para dosen dan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pendampingan begitu juga dengan antusias guru dan siswa pelatihan membuat kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstrak: Rambu-rambu lalu lintas yang dipasang pada kanan kiri jalan yang sering kita lihat saat berkendara dijalan raya memiliki arti dan tujuan tertentu. Pemasangan rambu-rambu lalulintas adalah salah satu dari pelayanan publik yang wajib diadakan pemerintah oleh dinas terkait demi kenyamanan pengguna jalan dan mengurangi angka kecelakaan lalulintas. Selain sebagai penunjuk jalan, rambu tersebut juga difungsikan untuk peringatan untuk pengguna jalan tentang kondisi dan situasi jalan yang akan dilalui. Untuk hal tersebut maka pengguna jalan harus mengerti dan memahami arti dari rambu-rambu yang terpasang. Namun dengan berbagai sebab, banyak masyarakat yang belum berkesempatan belajar dan memahami tentang arti dan maksud dari tanda rambu lalu lintas. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi komputer dan video animasi, metode pembelajran tentang pemahaman arti dan maksud dari rambu lalulintas dapat dibuat semakin mudah dan efisien untuk menarik minat masyarakat dalam memahaminya. Karena berbentuk video animasi dan tutorial, sehingga mudah ditampilkan dan putar ulang jika peserta pemebelajaran belum paham. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat dari STMIK Royal ke Polsek Porsea ini, kami berusaha membantu polsek untuk mengenalkan rambu lalulintas kepada masyarakat dengan metode video tutorial animasi. Video tutorial animasi ini menggunakan adobe flash.
