Dynamics Of Decision Making: A Phenomenological Study Of The Choice Of Financial Management Concentration

Abstract: Many students decide to choose concentration because of pressure from other parties, such as parents, siblings, or the surrounding environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore and understand in depth the… he dynamics of decision-making in financial management concentration. The research was conducted with a phenomenological approach that reveals deep aspects that have not been revealed in the scientific literature so that it becomes a novelty about the dynamics of student decision-making in choosing a concentration. This research uses qualitative methodology with an interpretive paradigm and transcendental phenomenology approach. The key informants of this study were 8th students of financial management concentration. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The dynamics of decision-making regarding the choice of financial management concentration are caused by academic preferences, the impact of social interaction, and job opportunities. The results of the study state that the Exponential Smoothing method can be used effectively in raw material inventory control information systems, both in industries that have high differences in demand for raw materials. Therefore, this system can facilitate PT Sugar Group Companies in optimizing the use of resources and developing service quality.

Abstract: Artificial intelligence is likely to have a significant impact on marketing strategies and customer behaviors in the years ahead. Research in this field has grown considerably, demonstrating AI's ability to simulate human… n behavior and perform tasks intelligently. With growing interest among marketing researchers and practitioners, this research aims to provide an overview of the evolution of both marketing and AI research fields. This paper explores the emerging role of artificial intelligence in personalized engagement marketing, which focuses on creating, communicating, and delivering customized offerings to customers. Utilizing the Systematic Literature Review technique, we examined over 300 academic articles to uncover prevalent themes and gain a deeper understanding of current AI utilization in marketing. We then propose a plan for future research that examines potential changes in marketing strategies and customer behaviors while emphasizing critical policy considerations related to privacy, bias, and ethics. The implications for marketing managers are discussed along with predictions about how AI will impact branding and customer management practices going forward. Our research highlighted several benefits of integrating AI into marketing such as improved customer interactions, increased revenue, reduced expenses, and enhanced overall efficiency. However, this research also pointed out areas requiring further investigation including challenges posed by AI integration like shortage of skilled personnel and data privacy concerns.

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence has become a transformative technology in the field of financial technology, leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning to identify risks and make informed decisions. However, its widespread… ead adoption presents new challenges related to ethical use, data privacy, security concerns, potential bias, and discrimination. This study aims to explore the benefits of AI-based risk management in Fintech while highlighting associated challenges and providing recommendations. This research utilises the systematic review methodology to analyse existing literature and identify important patterns, gaps, and areas for further investigation. The study utilised data gathered from the Scopus database to obtain credible scholarly materials. Research data was collected from a variety of countries including the United States, China, European nations, and other Asian countries in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of AI-based risk management on a global scale. The findings highlight the crucial role of ethical considerations in implementing AI-based risk management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Moreover, the fintech industry needs to establish strong data protection measures and address issues related to bias and discrimination in order to instil trust and uphold public confidence in AI-based risk management. Future research should emphasise  assessing the effectiveness of different algorithms and approaches while also examining potential regulatory frameworks and legal implications associated with AI-based risk management strategies.

The Impact of Covid-19 on The Profitability of Manufacturing Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This sample was taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock… Exchange (IDX) which can be accessed via the website (www.idx.co.id), the research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method of 22 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from financial reports that have been audited and published by manufacturing companies listed on the 2019-2021 Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data collection is done by using Documentation technique. In this research, the data source used is secondary data. The analytical methods used in this study include: Using Descriptive Statistical Tests and Difference Tests (Paired Sample T-Test) The results of this study indicate that it is concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. NPM, ROA, and ROE underwent significant changes after the pandemic, indicating a decrease or increase in the financial performance of these companies. These results indicate the need for companies to adapt their business strategy and financial management to face the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure the continuity and profitability of the company in the future.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CHILD-FRIENDLY EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT TO DEVELOP INDEPENDENCE AND STUDENT CREATIVITY

These two aspects can develop well through the implementation… ion of child-friendly educational management, which creates an environment that supports active learning and character development. This research aims to determine the impact of implementing child-friendly education management on student independence and creativity at Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Buah Hati. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers. The data sources for this research are fifth grade students and teachers at SDIT Buah Hati. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to describe current conditions. The research results showed a significant increase in the aspects of independence, creativity, time discipline, ability to work together, and students' self-confidence after implementing child-friendly education management. Student independence increased by 20%, creativity increased by 20%, and time discipline and the ability to work together also showed significant improvements. The implication of this research is that the implementation of child-friendly educational management is effective in increasing student independence and creativity. Therefore, schools are expected to implement child-friendly principles in every aspect of learning to support maximum student development.

BASIC FINANCIAL TRAINING FOR SMEs ACTORS IN RUMAH HASANAH COMMUNITY BANDUNG

Abstract: Financial management training for small and medium enterprises is very relevant in overcoming the challenges faced by new business owners, especially in the Rumah Hasanah community as the target community. With a focus on… n financial management, this training aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how to build a new business in terms of financial management so that the business can run effectively. This activity considers the limited resources often faced by new businesses, such as limited budgets and lack of experience in financial administration issues. To overcome this gap, this accounting training uses an Android platform-based application, namely the SME Accounting Application from developer Wiinfeel. Thus, SMEs can get updated financial accounting knowledge as well as improve the skills of recording financial transactions so that their digital financial literacy level increases. The results of this training received a very positive response from the participants because they could gain new understanding and experience related to basic financial concepts and effective financial management techniques. And as much as possible they want similar activities to be carried out on an ongoing basis in the future.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze parental involvement in children's spiritual education as a key factor in their holistic development. Employing a library research method, the researcher explores various literatures on the concepts… cepts and practices of parental spiritual education. The findings indicate that active parental involvement, through the application of moral values, behavioral modeling, and open communication, significantly contributes to children's emotional, social, and academic development. The research reveals that children receiving adequate spiritual education are likely to possess better psychological resilience and more mature interpersonal skills. Although challenges such as economic pressures and time constraints hinder spiritual education at home, support from educational institutions and collaboration with the community can enhance its efficacy. The implications of this research highlight the importance of strengthening parental roles in spiritual education to shape children's character and moral identity, as well as to prepare them for future challenges. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of educational policies that emphasize parental involvement in supporting children's spiritual education. The contextual learning model (Contextual Teaching and Learning/CTL)… ning/CTL) is a learning approach that emphasizes the relationship between subject matter and real-life situations of students. This model aims to help students understand academic concepts by connecting the knowledge gained from school with its application in everyday life, both in personal, social, and cultural contexts. Through contextual learning, teachers act as facilitators who encourage students to actively build knowledge and skills through direct experience, problem solving, and collaboration in learning communities. Contextual learning integrates several main components, including constructivism, inquiry (discovery), asking, learning communities, modeling, reflection, and authentic assessment. This approach requires students to think critically, creatively, and innovatively, and be able to relate learning materials to real problems faced in their environment. Thus, learning outcomes are expected to be more meaningful, increase motivation, and equip students with adaptability and problem solving skills that are relevant to future life.

Army Human Resources Development Strategy through Human Capital Approach

Abstract: The focus of research on the statement is the strategy of developing human resources (HR) of the Army through a human capital approach in increasing the professionalism, capability, and effectiveness of military personnel… l to support the operational success of the Army in facing various security challenges. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Human Resource Development Strategy of the Indonesian Army through the Human Capital Approach.  The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis tools and tree analysis. The theory used in this research is human capital. The results showed that the strategies used for HR development with a human capital approach are (1) Improving the quality of education and training of soldiers through evaluation and inclusive curriculum development. (2) Utilizing good education and training to improve soldiers' capabilities through an integrated and sustainable human capital approach. (3) Improving the professionalism of soldiers through merit-based personnel management system reform. (4) Improving soldiers' welfare by providing access to specialized higher education through the Defense University. (5) Improving transparency and efficiency through information and communication technology, keeping soldiers' focus on the main task of defense. By adopting a human capital approach, the Army is expected to improve the quality and capability of soldiers, so that they are ready to face future challenges and support the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.
