Dan kasus kekerasan seksual di Jombang berjumlah 32 berita mulai tanggal 05 Juli- 01 Desember 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan Analisis Framing ModelZhondang Pan dan Gerald M.Kosicki sebagai teknik analisis. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa unsur sintaksis headline dan lead pada berita yang diterbitkan oleh Detik.com sudah cukup menunjukkan kejelasan. Unsur skrip ditemukan bahwa media Detik.com tidak memenuhi unsur kelengkapan berita 5W+1H. Dimana bagian how kurang dijelaskan dan ditekankan secara mendetail. Pada struktur tematik portal berita Detik.com cukup dapat mendeskripsikan berita yang diungkapkan karena sumber informasinya jelas. Dibeberapa berita juga Detik.com memasukkan sumber informasi dari kedua belah pihak. Walau dibeberapa berita hanya satu pihak saja, namun informasi yang dituliskan akurat. Struktur retoris ditemukan dalam kata dan gambar. Namun foto-foto yang terbit didalam berita Detik.com terkesan seperlunya saja dan tidak menonjol.

The source of the data is uses the primary data and secondary data. This research found that; (1) there was two kinds of religion value found in the ground zero novel namely; (1) positive religion valuethere are religion value of source of hope and optimism form that found on the data 01 and 21; promotes feelings of belongingness. This can be found on the data 3, 10, 12, 22, and 24; boosts self-esteem, and this can be found on the data 16, 17, and 25’ provides protection from existential threats. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Kepalasekolah, guru dan sumber lain yang memungkinkan dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kasus tunggal (single casedesign) dengan model analisis data yang diperkenalkan oleh Miles dan Hiberman, yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dataserta verifikasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menyetakan bahwa peran kepala sekolah mempunyai peran sebagai supervisor, manajer dan administrator, leader of educator, innovator. Peran-peran tersebut di jalankannya dengan baik guna mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah MI Nurul Anwar. Adapun Faktor penghambat dan pendukung kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Nurul Anwar Sumber Pandan Prenduan yaitu; a. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen member berbasis web sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Pendekatan pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan pemodelan UML meliputi Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Stack teknologi yang digunakan mencakup Next.js pada sisi klien, NestJS pada sisi server, PostgreSQL sebagai basis data relasional, serta Better Auth untuk manajemen autentikasi. Sistem yang dihasilkan mengintegrasikan fitur absensi cerdas berbasis barcode, pengelolaan paket latihan, dashboard personal bagi member, panel administrasi lengkap, notifikasi kadaluarsa paket, dan manajemen pengumuman camp. Validasi dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing dengan empat skenario pengujian, seluruhnya menghasilkan keluaran yang sesuai ekspektasi. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pencatatan data secara signifikan.
The operational sustainability of a martial arts camp depends greatly on the quality of member data management. At BangRajan Muaythai Boxing, attendance recording and session monitoring still rely on manual processes, which frequently lead to data inaccuracies and allow members with expired packages to continue training undetected. This study designs and develops a web-based member management information system to address these issues. The development follows a phased approach employing UML modeling including Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The technology stack consists of Next.js on the client side, NestJS on the server side, PostgreSQL as the relational database, and Better Auth for authentication management. The resulting system integrates barcode-based smart attendance, training package management, a personal member dashboard, a comprehensive admin panel, package expiry notifications, and camp announcement management. Validation was conducted using Black Box Testing across four test scenarios, all yielding expected outputs. Implementation of this system demonstrably improves operational efficiency and data recording accuracy.

The data gathered from the FM team supporting different clients and as senior leaders, signifies that there is no significant difference in operations and technology to support clients. However, minor improvements and recommendations by senior leaders can be considered and can contribute to effective and efficient operations.

The principal performs academic supervision of all teachers, in which the principal is assisted by the vice principal and senior teachers who are given a letter of assignment. Supervision of academic supervision, the principal checks and signs the teacher's administrative documents and monitors when the teacher conducts teaching and learning activities in the classroom.
