ent placement and decreased trust from stakeholders. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

ch collected quantitative data through surveys of 150 respondents from Islamic educational institutions and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with 15 school principals and pesantren administrators. The research results show that although technology has been adopted by most Islamic educational institutions, significant challenges arise related to infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital skills, and access disparities in various regions. Adaptive and technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in designing policies that support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. This research suggests the importance of intensive training for educators and equitable access to technology so that Islamic education management can be more responsive to social and technological changes, and capable of improving the quality of education in the future.

Adopting a qualitative research design and a case study approach, the research investigates how ethical principles such as transparency, integrity, equity, respect, and responsiveness are applied within PT KAI’s operational and strategic frameworks. Data collection involved document and thematic analyses, emphasizing ethical practices’ impact on stakeholder relationships and competitive outcomes. The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. The study concludes that integrating PR ethics into organizational culture enhances competitive advantage and ensures long-term sustainability in a dynamic market.

shift has presented significant challenges for labor laws, which are often designed for traditional work environments. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.
