Abstract:This in-depth research on "The Influence of Transformational Leadership in Improving the Performance of Educational Organizations" uses a qualitative library research method. The main focus of this research is to understand…
and how transformational leadership affects organizational culture, employee motivation, and academic performance in educational settings. The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. Although this study provides a deeper understanding, recognition of the critiques and limitations of previous studies provides a foothold for further research in exploring the complexities of transformational leadership in educational organizations.

lementation of frontliner service procedures, varying employee discipline, and weak coordination among organizational units. A quantitative survey design was applied to test the causal relationship between leadership style and public service quality. Data were collected from 50 respondents consisting of 24 district employees and 26 community service users through structured questionnaires supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. Leadership style was measured through decision-making ability, motivational ability, subordinate control, and emotional control, whereas public service quality was measured using the SERVQUAL dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data were processed using IBM SPSS with validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination procedures. The findings show that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The regression model produced a positive coefficient, a standardized beta of 0.906, and an R Square value of 0.820, indicating that leadership style explained 82.0% of the variation in public service quality. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on district-level public service governance in an archipelagic urban context, where leadership is not only administrative but also coordinative and adaptive. The study implies that stronger leadership supervision, staff arrangement, and service discipline are necessary to improve the consistency of public service delivery.

e, religion, and so on, if not based on tolerance for each other. Multicultural education is an educational process that develops the full potential of humans who have different cultures, nationalities, and religions. The concept of multicultural education is expected to minimize conflicts that arise from differences in perspectives, attitudes, culture, and so on in society. In Islam, Islamic educational philosophy is a science that studies various issues related to education, such as humans as subjects and objects of education, curriculum, methods, environment, teachers, and so on based on Islamic teachings sourced from the Qur'an and al-Hadith. The Qur'an discusses the concept of multicultural education a lot, such as the concept of mutual recognition and respect for various cultures, races and religions, including Surah Al Hujurat verse 13 and Surah Ar Rum verse 22.
Abstract:This study explores the impact of asset structure and sales growth on capital structure, emphasizing the moderating influence of profitability. As firms navigate the complexities of financing decisions, understanding how…
these variables interact is crucial for optimizing capital structure. The findings reveal that asset structure and sales growth significantly affect capital structure, with profitability playing a critical role in moderating these relationships. Firms with substantial tangible assets are better positioned to leverage debt financing, while those demonstrating strong sales growth are viewed favorably by investors and creditors. However, the extent to which sales growth influences capital structure is contingent upon profitability; high profitability enables firms to capitalize on growth opportunities, whereas low profitability may inhibit their capacity to leverage growth potential. Empirical research supports these conclusions, indicating that asset structure, sales growth, and profitability significantly shape capital structure decisions across various industries. Ultimately, this study provides valuable insights for financial managers, highlighting the importance of balancing growth aspirations with profitability to achieve effective capital structure management. This, in turn, can lead to sustained competitive advantage, a state where a firm outperforms its competitors over a prolonged period in a dynamic economic environment.
Abstract:This study explores the intricate relationship between corporate governance mechanisms—specifically Board Directors, Independent Commissioners, and the Audit Committee—and Accounting Conservatism, focusing on the moderating…
erating effects of Firm Size. The findings reveal that Board Directors have a statistically significant impact on Accounting Conservatism, primarily through their ability to provide oversight and challenge aggressive financial practices. However, the influence of Board Directors is moderated by Firm Size, as larger organizations often exhibit complexities that dilute their effectiveness. Similarly, the study underscores the pivotal role of Independent Commissioners in promoting conservative accounting practices. However, their impact is not amplified by Firm Size. The pressures faced by larger firms can lead to more aggressive financial reporting, thereby limiting the effectiveness of Independent Commissioners. Additionally, the Audit Committee is identified as a crucial governance mechanism in fostering Accounting Conservatism, but its effectiveness is also diminished in larger firms due to complex organizational structures. Overall, the research underscores the critical need for governance frameworks to be adaptive and tailored to the unique challenges posed by Firm Size. By recognizing and addressing these complexities, organizations can enhance the integrity and transparency of their financial reporting, thereby fostering trust among stakeholders and contributing to corporate accountability.

n of risk management in the context of strategic decision making, with a focus on the process of risk identification, risk evaluation, mitigation strategies, and their impact on achieving organizational goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main methodology. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with organizational leaders and analysis of documents related to risk management. The analysis steps include risk identification, risk evaluation using impact and probability assessment methods, as well as risk mitigation strategies applied in strategic decision making. The research results show that a comprehensive risk identification process provides a strong basis for designing effective risk management strategies. In-depth risk evaluation allows organizations to prioritize the most significant risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions. Implementation of risk mitigation strategies such as prevention, mitigation, transfer or retention of risk has contributed significantly to reducing the negative impact of risks faced by organizations. This research confirms that risk management is not only a tool to protect organizational value, but also a proactive approach that supports the achievement of long-term strategic goals. By implementing best practices in risk management, organizations can build a solid foundation for sustainable growth and success in a competitive and dynamic marketplace.

Abstract:This study examines the management processes involved in developing green infrastructure for Islamic educational institutions, specifically focusing on the construction of madrasah buildings using green building concepts.…
. It investigates how environmental sustainability principles can be systematically integrated into the planning, design, construction, and operational phases of madrasah development projects. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach combined with document analysis, this research analyzes two madrasah building projects in Indonesia that have implemented green building strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with project managers, architects, contractors, madrasah leaders, and stakeholders, alongside analysis of project documents, designs, and specifications. Findings reveal that successful implementation requires an integrated management approach encompassing green design adaptation to local context, sustainable material sourcing, energy and water efficiency integration, waste management during construction, and life-cycle cost considerations. The study identifies key enablers including leadership commitment, technical expertise, community participation, and Islamic ethical alignment, while highlighting challenges such as budget constraints, regulatory gaps, and technical capacity limitations. This research contributes a framework for madrasah green building project management that balances environmental responsibility with educational functionality and Islamic architectural values.
